Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being an important piece of my daughter's jigsaw within her educational journey for the last 3.5 years.

We drop off early and the rooms is always clean and fresh for the start of another day. Management make themselves visible and available to ask any questions and routinely update the app to let you know what's happening at the nursery.

Love how they work, look after children and have made my child feel comfortable and actually want to attend nursery. They have helped with his development and speech as well as confidence. I will be gutted when he leaves to start Reception this year.

The staff at the nursery are so friendly and welcoming when drop-off and collect and also provide reassuring phone calls when ringing up to see how my little boy had settled after drop-off.

All of the staff are amazing. My child has attended for over two years, I always feel confident she is well looked after. All the staff are so supportive and patient, it would be unfair to name just one or two as every single staff member goes above and beyond. Thank you to all of you, extremely grateful!

My daughter excelled when she started in this nursery from the very caring staff to the excellent facilities they have. I always felt that my daughter was safe in the environment she was in. I felt that my daughter's confidence and wide range of knowledge exceeded my expectations and made me feel she was ready for school. My other daughter is starting this nursery, and I have no concerns and make the whole transition a lot more easier knowing that she will be in good hands.

I knew from the first visit he’d love it the nursery has a lovely vibe to it and the staff are all amazing! They’re professional, caring and attentive he’s come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially since he started doing 2 days a week. It’s like a home away from home for him and I feel at ease knowing he’s well looked after whilst I’m at work. I love the app and seeing what activities he’s been doing each day. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough all the staff go above and beyond and I’m so grateful for this.

Still, overall the experience is really positive and a huge improvement compared to the previous nursery my child attended to.

Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool has given my son huge amounts of confidence in recent months. We are so thrilled with his progress and are 100% sure that this is due to the support and care he receives at nursery. Previously he did just one day a week and wasn't thriving as well as we'd hoped. We decided, after advice from the staff, to try two days a week to build his confidence and the difference was night and day. The staff are always thrilled to see him and watch him grow. I never feel like the staff have multiple children to take care of, when I hear about his day it's like he's the only one they take care of. Would highly recommend this nursery and the amazing staff that work there.

Both my little girls have attended Bright Horizons from a very young age, my eldest began in 2020. My youngest is currently in Toddlers. My girls both love the nursery, all the staff are so lovely professional and caring, they are like a 2nd family. Both my girls have come on leaps and bounds. Thanks to the nursery environment, they have made some lovely friends for life. I can't thank all the staff enough for helping my girls to develop, have fun and make lovely friends. I can't recommend this nursery enough, it's a lovely place, I just wish they didn't have to leave.

My review is from when my child began at the nursery up until the present (September 2023). The nursery staff have always been supportive and kind to myself and my daughter. They’ve always been really attentive and I love how they update the app throughout the day so I get to see what my daughter has been enjoying whilst at nursery. I can’t recommend this nursery enough, our experience has been really pleasant.

Fantastic nursery. Staff are all friendly, professional and so helpful. Both of my sons are in the nursery and they both really enjoy all the activities and the environment. I feel very comfortable leaving my sons in nursery because I know they are in safe hands. The structure, the outdoor area and cleanliness of the nursery is excellent. I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who is thinking of putting their children into nursery. It's the best nursery around.

Great nursery. Friendly, professional staff. Always very helpful when asking for advice. My daughter really enjoys all the activities and the nursery environment. My daughter's confidence has improved massively and it's down to the support from the staff. I always recommend the nursery because I cannot fault it.

Also my daughter loves going here she would go Saturday and Sunday if she could. My daughter has come on lots since she started here. She wasn't as happy to go to school in her old nursery where I have never had a problem here. She loves it so much, thank girls.

I could not fault this nursery at all! From the first visit after visiting other nurseries for my son I instantly felt comfortable, with the staff, the structure, the garden and the cleanliness. It’s now coming up to 12 months that my son has attended and all the staff are very caring, and supportive. My son has very complex food allergies and he is always given a nutritious meal for lunch and tea. I definitely made the right decision!

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She has come on so much since starting Bright Horizons, Eldonians. I never worry about her when she is there, as I know she is in safe hands. She eats well when she is there, having plenty of fruit and veg. She smiles at the staff when they come to the door to take her in, so I know she is happy to be there.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 2020. The staff and management team have been amazing with her, helping her to settle in and helping her to develop, she is in the toddler room and is thriving so much with her learning. She is a confident and happy little girl who loves going to nursery. I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who is thinking of putting there children into nursery.

My son has been at the nursery for over two years now and the staff have been amazing from day one. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool enough. My son is so happy there and as a parent I walk away knowing he is in the best hands. The best nursery around!
