My son and niece have both been in Elmhouse West Derby since they were one; they are now three and have loved their time at this nursery. They run in every morning with a massive smile. The staff are caring and motherly. Some, in particular, went above and beyond for our children when they needed it
most. Our children's development improves every week here. We have to take them out to go to school nursery, and we are sad to have to move them on. My youngest son will be 100 per cent coming when he's ready for nursery. Thank you, Elm House and all the amazing staff!

This nursery has been wonderful for our children. They have all loved every minute and come running in so happy. They have learned so much, and every night will come home and sing a different song. All the staff have been very caring and helpful. They treat our children like their own and help them
progress individually. I am so devasted it's time for our children to move on. I would highly recommend this nursery. We have all absolutely loved every minute. Thank you to all the staff; you are all amazing.

My daughter absolutely loves going into nursery every day (and gets upset the days she doesn't). Seeing how happy she is with the setting really helps with the guilt of having to leave her in a nursery setting. Also, having an older child that struggled with being left at nursery, now having a little
girl that skips in happy and excited to play with friends really is amazing.


Her social skills are amazing due to the setting and staff; her speak and learning are also well developed.

I have two children who have attended the nursery since 2018 - present.
Every single member of staff has been brilliant, from the baby room-toddler room-pre schoolroom. They have been very supportive in helping develop my girl's skills and listen to everything I ask or have to say.
Managers are amazing,
listen to every outrageous suggestion I’ve had and listened to me moan and cry, truly built a trusting and safe relationship with the nursery.
My children love their key workers and feel happy and safe in nursery.
They have accommodated any needs we have had and they’re very understanding and approachable.
My eldest child has been hospitalised before, they’ve always asked about her, supported the family and have given her a thoughtful gift each time for being so brave, even preparing her by doing role play in nursery!
I always fully recommend the nursery with full confidence and enthusiasm.
The whole process has been an easy ride, easy to apply and will answer any questions.

My two year old started at Elm House Day Nursery West Derby in October 2020. The registration process was simple, straight forward and the nursery was flexible when organising setting in sessions. My son settled fairly quick thanks to the welcoming staff, who also kept me informed every step of the
way and made the whole process as stress free as possible for my son, his dad and myself. Daily information is always shared and photographs and information of the lovely activities and learning opportunities are regularly posted on their private Facebook page which is safe, secure and only for parents and carers. The nursery plans effectively for the children, promoting good learning, healthy routines and regularly update us on my son's progress and development. My son loves nursery and comes home everyday happy, content and excited to tell us about what he's learnt and done throughout the day with his friends. Thank you to everyone at Elm House Day Nursery West Derby!
