We would be lost without Elm House. Our daughter has been there almost 2 years now. It took her so long to settle in and they were extremely accommodating and ensured focus was on my child and her feeling comfortable and confident there without me or her Dad. She loves the staff and has made really
special and strong bonds. My daughter is non verbal and on the autism pathway and I cannot thank the nursery staff enough especially Maria and Stacey in really supporting us with this and ensuring my daughters needs are met and we have all seen how much she is thriving and coming on leaps and bounds-a huge part due to nursery. The children are also all lovely and although my daughter cannot tell me who her friends are I see in the updates the other children bonding with her which is so amazing to see. It really is a very special setting with the best staff honestly every staff member is outstanding and it's so warming to see how happy my little girl is to go in and see everyone.

My child has been at this setting for the last 6 months and I couldn't be happier. The staff are lovely. They've made me feel comfortable and reassured, especially when settling my little one in. They keep you up to date throughout the day with the app on your child's meals, nappies and sleep. As
well as observations about their progress including pictures. They also can give you information to help boost your child's development at home. It's also nice to see that staff from different rooms and the office know my child well. It makes fun r a more personal experience and helps settle any anxieties around other staff covering in different rooms.My little one has come along so much since being at this setting in all different skills. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

I now have my second child at Elm House and I could not imagine having her anywhere else. The staff are amazing, they care so much and forge strong bonds with the children. I get so many lovely photos and a thorough handover every time I pick my little one up. They do loads of extra events and just
done a brilliant parents early education partnership group. I am dreading my child leaving because she's so at home here and I trust the staff completely. A wonderful nursery.

Huge thank you to all staff at Elmhouse Nursery, my son is absolutely thriving here and has come on leaps and bounds thanks to all your hard work! He is currently in the baby room and I am kept up to date with everything through the app including all the activities he gets up to. He loves it that
much that he walks in and doesn't look back, whilst all his friends shout his name. This is such a reassuring feeling. Looking forward to my baby girl starting September :). Thanks again to Sarah, Eve, Whitney & Marnie you girls are doing an amazing job with my son.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Not only are the staff truly wonderful, but the facilities themselves provide an excellent environment for the children to learn and grow. The team has been incredibly supportive throughout my child's journey, taking the time to understand his
individual challenges and putting tailored play plans in place to support his development. We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and encouragement they show every day.

My daughter CeCe started at Elm House Nursery West Derby in January and loves it here especially when playing outside in the garden area on the slide etc and also doing different activities with the other children. Managers and staff are all welcoming and lovely people which has made CeCes settling
in so much easier. I could not fault Elm House and glad I made the best decision to put CeCe in this nursery.

Beautiful setting, fabulous staff, all round 5 star!!!!
I have worked in nurseries myself and when viewing settings for my son, I knew within 30 seconds this was the place for us.
The App used for updates is great.
Staff are all amazing. Management included! It is like a little family, and i am
so glad my boy gets to be a part of it. I Can't recommend elms house west derby enough!

,I just wanted to say a big thank you, we are really pleased with the nursery and how much Ivy has settled. She has become more and more comfortable and happy here.
We were very nervous when she started and you have all made this a smooth transition!

My baby has been attending Elm House Nursery for just over a month now. I was so nervous to put him into childcare after having a year off on maternity leave. The staff are all incredible. I don't have a single bad comment. The nursery feels like a home away from home, so comfortable and welcoming
and my baby adores going in and has the best time. They use an app to keep me up to date with every detail of his day and I can always call if I want to know anymore. The activities they do to keep him entertained and help his development are great and they are always changing it up to keep him engaged. I can't thank the staff in the baby room enough for looking after him so well. I have no concerns or anxieties about him being there whatsoever. I want to highlight the two amazing nursery ladies, they are so good with my baby, and he really does adore them. His face, laughs and giggles say it all and I couldn't ask for more.

Elm House Day Nursery is lovely, the staff are amazing and this shows in how much the kids love them and love going to nursery. My kids have really come on since joining the nursery. I will be sad when the girls leave.

My daughter started here in September, and I can’t thank the staff in their anymore; they are a lovely, welcoming team, and my daughter loves it.
My daughters not the best eater, and they are amazing at encouraging her to try more.
I can’t thank one lady enough for all her photos and pictures
that get sent home with my daughter.

As a first time mum I was very worried about my son going to nursery after being with me constantly for a year. I visited a number of different local nurseries and this is the one that felt right. Elm House has been amazing, they have settled him perfectly into nursery. All the staff in the baby
room have been amazing and his key worker has been like the perfect match. Thank you for making my son feel so valued and happy when he attends nursery. You have made me feel safe and secure with him coming into nursery. Staff are always consistent and get to know them which I think is key for nursery.

Our 22-month-old has been attending since she was 14 months old. The nursery is a lovely setting, she settled straight away and she loves going in, literally runs in without even saying bye.
Our child has a dairy allergy and is always well-catered for.
Her key worker is brilliant with her and she
feels incredibly comforted by her, we’ve had no issues at all.
All the other staff are also great and their communication is spot on.
We couldn’t fault anything and are glad she will be here for the next few years.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 8 months old. He is nearly 2 now and since being in this nursery it has taken him a lot to settle and even now due to separation anxiety my son can still cry going in but the staff there are amazing, they reassure me, they make sure they have got to
know my son and his comforts in order to make him feel comfortable and settle fast. I have noticed a big confidence change in him and this is down to the consistency of the staff at Elm House. He will be moving on to the preschool room soon and I am excited to watch him learn and develop more. Thank you to you all.

Our three-year-old daughter has been in the nursery for the past month now, she has absolutely loved going here. We were worried as we had to take her out of her previous nursery where she had just about settled in after being there for three months. She has, since day one enjoyed every single day
she has been in, and that's down to the rapport that has been built by the staff here. It's an absolute pleasure to see our daughter be so happy about her nursery, teachers and the environment. Thank you to each and every member of the team for the valuable time you spend with her.

My daughter had attended Elm House, West Derby for the past 9 months and our experience so far has been amazing. I took my daughter out of another nursery as she had been there for 6 months and failed to settle. Within 2 weeks of attending Elm House, West Derby she became settled and much happier
dropping off and picking up. The staff have always been very attentive and supportive to both my daughter and me. I am provided with daily updates on the app of my daughter's day at nursery however, the staff also make sure to update me in person on what my daughter has enjoyed doing that day. My daughter has recently transitioned into the next room as per age and the staff have been brilliant in ensuring it was a smooth transition. Over the past 9 months, I have been invited to various stay and play sessions as well as a day trip to the farm, each time I have seen the bond my daughter has with all the staff. I can’t thank the nursery enough for taking excellent care of my daughter.

My daughter is currently attending Elm House Day Nursery and from her first day the staff have always been so nice, my daughter loves attending nursery never cries and has come on so much. I love how they give you regular updates on the app daily so you can see them whilst at work I would highly
recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son absolutely loves Elm House West Derby and so do we! The staff and provision are truly outstanding. They know our son and meet his needs to an exceptional standard. As an example, our son's vision was flagged up as a concern and upon testing it was found that he requires a significant
prescription. Getting glasses has had a significant impact on his confidence as a learner and on his language development. We will be forever thankful for opening up our little boy's world. There are so many ways in which they open up the children's worlds everyday through teaching them new words, immersing the children in high-quality children's books and celebrating themed days with arts, crafts and messy play. We cannot recommend Elm House West Derby highly enough.

I cannot recommend Elm House Day Nursery enough! My son started in the baby room and is now in preschool and I will be so sad when he leaves for school as he loves it so much. All the staff are really lovely and helpful, nothing is ever too much for them. My son takes part in so many activities and
is progressing all the time. I have complete peace of mind when I drop him off as I know he's going to be completely looked after.
