We would be lost without Elm House. Our daughter has been there almost 2 years now. It took her so long to settle in and they were extremely accommodating and ensured focus was on my child and her feeling comfortable and confident there without me or her Dad. She loves the staff and has made really
special and strong bonds. My daughter is non verbal and on the autism pathway and I cannot thank the nursery staff enough especially Maria and Stacey in really supporting us with this and ensuring my daughters needs are met and we have all seen how much she is thriving and coming on leaps and bounds-a huge part due to nursery. The children are also all lovely and although my daughter cannot tell me who her friends are I see in the updates the other children bonding with her which is so amazing to see. It really is a very special setting with the best staff honestly every staff member is outstanding and it's so warming to see how happy my little girl is to go in and see everyone.

My child has been at this setting for the last 6 months and I couldn't be happier. The staff are lovely. They've made me feel comfortable and reassured, especially when settling my little one in. They keep you up to date throughout the day with the app on your child's meals, nappies and sleep. As well
as observations about their progress including pictures. They also can give you information to help boost your child's development at home. It's also nice to see that staff from different rooms and the office know my child well. It makes fun r a more personal experience and helps settle any anxieties around other staff covering in different rooms.My little one has come along so much since being at this setting in all different skills. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

I now have my second child at Elm House and I could not imagine having her anywhere else. The staff are amazing, they care so much and forge strong bonds with the children. I get so many lovely photos and a thorough handover every time I pick my little one up. They do loads of extra events and just
done a brilliant parents early education partnership group. I am dreading my child leaving because she's so at home here and I trust the staff completely. A wonderful nursery.

Huge thank you to all staff at Elmhouse Nursery, my son is absolutely thriving here and has come on leaps and bounds thanks to all your hard work! He is currently in the baby room and I am kept up to date with everything through the app including all the activities he gets up to. He loves it that much
that he walks in and doesn't look back, whilst all his friends shout his name. This is such a reassuring feeling. Looking forward to my baby girl starting September :). Thanks again to Sarah, Eve, Whitney & Marnie you girls are doing an amazing job with my son.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Not only are the staff truly wonderful, but the facilities themselves provide an excellent environment for the children to learn and grow. The team has been incredibly supportive throughout my child's journey, taking the time to understand his individual
challenges and putting tailored play plans in place to support his development. We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and encouragement they show every day.

My daughter CeCe started at Elm House Nursery West Derby in January and loves it here especially when playing outside in the garden area on the slide etc and also doing different activities with the other children. Managers and staff are all welcoming and lovely people which has made CeCes settling
in so much easier. I could not fault Elm House and glad I made the best decision to put CeCe in this nursery.

Beautiful setting, fabulous staff, all round 5 star!!!!
I have worked in nurseries myself and when viewing settings for my son, I knew within 30 seconds this was the place for us.
The App used for updates is great.
Staff are all amazing. Management included! It is like a little family, and i am so
glad my boy gets to be a part of it. I Can't recommend elms house west derby enough!

My son started end of Nov, I was so worried about him starting. Especially as he has a dairy allergy & being so young he was 10 months when he started. They've been fantastic! Bobby loves going in and me and his dad can see how much he's thriving. He loves everyone there goes in smiling and leaves smiling
too. He's came on leaps and bounds. I can tell he feels safe and secure. Any issues the girls are great to inform us either via the app or over the phone. They are amazing with updates on Bobbys development and any observations. I was so nervous about passing him over to other people to care for but he's loved it from day one!! I knew when I went to visit that first day that it was the right place for us.

My son attends Elm House Day Nursery in Gateacre for 5 months and we have been really happy with the care and support he receives. My daughter started at Elm house at the start of October and she is absolutely loving it. Choosing a nursery is a difficult decision as you want to pick the perfect one, I am so happy we went with elm house. The girls who work there are so lovely and I just know my daughter is in the best hands with
how caring they are towards the children, they keep me and my partner up to date throughout the day which is brilliant and keeps our mind at ease seeing how much fun she is having. My daughter comes out of her sessions there with a big smile on her face each time. The progress she is making is amazing and it's down the girls dedication and hard work they put in to making the nursery a perfect place the for children to grow.

My daughter started baby room recently and she is absolutely loving it! I was so nervous about my daughter starting nursery but they stick to her home routine as much as possible and ask me about everything involving her care from her food to nappy changes, everything is centered to her. I especially
love the app where I can send messages asking how she is and see when she slept and ate and how much she had. The staff are so friendly and put every worry I have to ease.

As a parent, it is so hard to pick a nursery but I have never doubted my decision in sending my little boy to Elm House. The staff go above and beyond everyday and they have really created a family feel.
My little one loves going into nursery every morning and practically runs in (as quick as his
little legs can take him at least). I have found that his speech and confidence has come on loads since starting at Elm House too. He is beginning to create sentences and I really enjoy seeing the posts on their app. I especially love when he comes home all proud with pieces of work he has done.
The staff are great at updating the app with all the essentials of the day such as nappy changes and food intake. I have always found the staff really responsive whenever I've had a question, especially the managers. I have really appreciated how they have answered anything I may ask or find out for me if they don't have the answer right away.
I would highly recommend Elm House.

My little girl has been attending Elm House Day Nursery for 2 years and has made her way up through 3 classes/rooms. Every carer has been amazing with her and she loves going to nursery and seeing her friends. All the staff have been so friendly with us and are amazing with the children in their care.
The confidence my little one has gained going to nursery and the independence she has is amazing and I couldn't ask for any more from a nursery setting. So glad she has another year here before starting school.

Our nearly 3-year-old has been attending Elm day house nursery for the past 6 months, and we're already so pleased with the progress and happiness we've seen.


From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and attentive.


They've created a warm, nurturing environment where

our child has settled in quickly and now looks forward to going each day.


In just a short time, we've noticed improvements in confidence, social skills, and communication. It's clear that the activities are thoughtfully planned to support early development, and the balance of play and learning is just right.
