Nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. My little girl suffers from separation anxiety and my child's key person built a really strong bond with her which has enabled her to thrive in the setting. The manager operates to a very high standard and all concerns are dealt with immediately.
I know my child is safe and happy when she attends the setting. Thank you to all at Elm House.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for the past six weeks. At first, it was very daunting for myself and my girlfriend to put the baby in nursery, but from day one we have been reassured by the nursery and the very lovely and polite staff that our daughter will be fine. Over the past six weeks,
you can tell how much my daughter has adapted and enjoyed being in this nursery. This is down to the staff and the management of the nursery. I couldn't thank the staff anymore for how welcoming they have been for my daughter and the amount of events they put on, she really enjoys going to nursery. Thanks a lot.

Amazing nursery with amazing staff, I was so nervous putting my baby into nursery for her first time and am so glad I have done it with Elm House, they have been brilliant with my daughter, she has come on brilliantly and it makes me even happier seeing the bond she's got with the teachers. Couldn't

My daughter goes to this nursery and I can tell she loves it! She is happy to go in every morning and can't wait to talk about her friends when she is picked up. The staff are very friendly and take a true interest in each child.

My daughter has attended this nursery since December 2021 and loves coming here. The settling in procedure was adapted around my child's needs and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. My daughter will often speak about her nursery experiences at home and it is lovely to see how much
fun she is having through the app. All staff are caring and happy and it puts my mind at ease leaving my daughter knowing that the staff are so caring and passionate about the children. I love all the artwork and crafts that my daughter brings home and I would not hesitate to put my other children here in the future.

My little boy goes to this nursery and I must say the manager can’t be more attentive. They have personally gone into the room to send me pictures of our son having a lovely time and have spent time with him to build bonds and relationships as he settled in. Toddler room girls are very caring and kind
and reassure me by sending me beautiful pictures, drawings and art! Thank you deeply, watching my one grow is amazing.

My son has attended this nursery since August 2019 and is still attending at present. I am happy to say I have never had a problem with staff or the nursery itself. They have helped him through every stage and he loves it there, he will be sorry to have to leave to go to school. Staff are very attentive
and if there is ever an issue it’s addressed straight away. I couldn’t recommend a safer, happier place for your little ones in their early years.

I am really happy with how my son is settling into nursery. He absolutely loves it and the staff. The garden is so lovely, and he is always telling me about the fun he had in nursery. It makes life so much easier knowing he is in the best place while I work. The staff are very friendly and nurturing.
I love the app and the information I receive about his day. Thank you to all the staff for making it such a lovely experience!

My son loves nursery, he started in August 2021 and he has really taken to the staff and settings. His keyworker, in particular, has been amazing with him as before nursery he would not go near anyone other than family and she has helped him massively! I am happy to drop him off knowing he is learning
and playing! The only issue I have is sometimes the new online system is not updated so I don't know if he's slept or had food to let my mum know as she picks him up but hopefully just teething problems!

My child has come out of her shell so much, she is interacting more with kids and has more confidence. She only goes 2 half days a week which is enough for her. She is excited to be able to do more when she turns 2.

Brilliant nursery, my child loves it and the girls who look after him. It’s brought him on so much and I’m always kept up to date about how his day has been. He has specific dietary needs and the nursery always provide him with a variety of food regardless.

All my children have been supported through this nursery over the years, which is why there was no question on where to put my third child, when thinking about nursery. The staff are wonderful and really do care about the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough as I feel at ease knowing my

We have had my grandchildren attending the nursery for over 3 years with siblings attending.
Elm house has a warm friendly family feel to it my grandchildren love going of a morning and at times prefer to stay at the end of the day haha.
The nursery staff are very informative regarding your child's
activities throughout the day and always encouraging them to try new things.
They also have been very supportive of special dietary requirements of the children I would personally recommend the nursery to friends and family and will also be sending our future grandchildren into their care.
Fabulous and caring staff keep up the good work.

Elm House is a very good and friendly nursery. You get the best support your child needs, especially when you have a child with ASDT or any disabilities. I had a son who just graduated last term and another still with them in the toddler room. Have got no concern whatsoever, good hygiene level, good
health and safety measures and good teamwork. My kids love going to the Elm House Day Nursery West Derby.

My daughter has been at this nursery for a year now; since she’s been here, she has progressed amazingly with her speech and definitely her confidence. They deal with her allergies very carefully and very safely. My daughter runs into nursery every day excited to see the staff, never mind the children.

Sending my son to Elm House Day Nursery West Derby was the best thing I could ever do for my son. He has improved and grown so much just by going to the nursery. The staff are amazing, they work with the children, and they teach them how to be independent. The nursery is not just about playing with
cheap plastic toys, it is about teaching them how to learn.
My son has made some lovely friends, including the teachers. He adores them all. Thank you for making this experience so lovely for him and me.

I have a 3-year-old who attends nursery three days per week; she has been here since she was 2-years-old. Also, a daughter who has just left Elm House to go to reception, who also attended the nursery for two years.


I am extremely satisfied with the nursery and all they do for the children and parents.


The

child's progress is closely monitored and shared with parents regularly.
The nursery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are really friendly and a big part of my daughter's life. Both my daughters love the nursery and never had any problems attending; they were and are always happy to go to nursery and always smiling when they came home.


The wide range of educational activities is impressive, which has enabled the girls to come on leaps and bounds, and they have also built up social confidence.


One of them especially loves the outdoors and can enjoy the amazing outdoor space provided.


She enjoys the menu, which is a range of healthy meals and snacks.


I would highly recommend the nursery.
