Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school in Mosley Common has been providing exceptional care and education for babies and children since 1998.

In 2021, the nursery moved to a modern, purpose-built building located on Parr Bridge Retail Park, with five bright and spacious playrooms that promote social and physical development. Children enjoy plenty of extra-curricular activities including swimming lessons and Spanish classes alongside having access to an incredible sensory room and large soft play area.

Modern outdoor environments include a second-floor open area terrace as well as a fabulous all-weather sensory garden, mud kitchen, and dedicated baby green. Parents can keep track of their child’s activities and development using the nursery’s online learning journal.

Delicious, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared in the nursery kitchen, providing children with a balanced diet bursting with fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish.

Partou Best Friends is located on Mosley Common Road, just off the A580 East Lancashire Road, within easy reach of Tyldesley and Ellenbrook.

We moved our daughter to Best Friends following a bad experience with another nursery. The management team facilitated a seamless transition to integrate our daughter into the nursery. All the nursery staff provide a top level of care and are extremely professional in their work. In addition to this
the food provided during the day is first class, this, together with the nursery's excellent facilities, convenient opening times and value of service meant we had no hesitation in sending out second daughter to the nursery.

My daughter has been attending Best Friends since she was 9 months old. Now approaching 3 years, she is confident, happy, energetic, and loves her time at nursery. My daughters speech is fantastic and her communication skills are far better than my friends children of similar ages not attending Best
Friends. She interacts with others very well and is very happy. Best Friends have played a huge part in her development and for that we are very grateful.

My son has been at the nursery for 2 years and has developed during this time, has been monumental of a significant part of the character his is today. He is subjected to a wide range of experiences , people and places which is the reason why we chose this nursery. The establishment has been consistent
during this time and we are not second guessing to bring our second child here (even though we still have 3 months before she is born!)
All the staff are friendly, approachable and informative. The food is nothing short of excellent on all levels from choice, quality and variety, I wish I could come and eat here 3 days a week too. I am fully satisfied with the mind set that he is looked after for his well being rather than for it being somebody's job.

An excellent nursery in all respects. The staff and management are highly professional and excellent at what they do. The facilities are fantastic and they have a really good variety of activities for the children. My daughter has really advanced under their care, they are great at feeding back how
she is doing and working with us as parents to progress in certain areas. The food is also excellent. A lot of care, effort and consideration obviously goes into all they do at the nursery.

My son has been in this nursery since he was 9 months old. He leaves for school in September and we'll be so sad to leave. Staff are fantastic and so caring and supportive to both the children and parents. They have made me feel so comfortable about my sons progress and development, giving him cuddles
and encouragement when needed. Special thanks to his key person who has been incremental in his development and confidence. Excellent nursery, fantastic staff!!!

My son loves nursery. The staff are courteous and treat each child as individuals, they do lots of group activity work like singing, dancing, painting and lots of outdoor play. From day one it has been excellent. We have watched our son develop in confidence and happiness since being at Best Friends. My daughter has been here since she was age 1 (she is now 3). She has been well cared for and she has developed really well. Her interactive skills, her confidence, her speech, empathy. She's always enjoyed her days at nursery, and told me how much fun she has had with her friends. I am amazed by the
stories she comes home with. I think Best Friends is a great nursery as they are always looking for ways to improve and always take parents views and concerns on board. I had no hesitation to put my second baby in - she is 1 now and has been here for two months.

My son has had fantastic support during his time at nursery. The staff have gone above and beyond as he had delayed speech and so the support has been exceptional in helping and encouraging his development. In my opinion, the nursery is very safe and secure with 'FOB' entry access or via intercom, the

Our daughter has only been at nursery for 1 month and we are amazed at how quickly she has settled in. She is a very happy and confident little girl. She is no longer upset at all when I drop her in the mornings as the girls have been so good with settling her. It's harder for me - but the staff are
always brilliant when I call 10 times a day to see if she is okay!!
We are really happy with everything, everyone is really friendly and our daughter enjoys her time at nursery, staff go the extra mile to make sure mummy and baby are happy.
