Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school

We are really pleased with the nursery, we have been at the nursery for a number of years with our two children. The nursery is excellent in every way, very caring and experienced staff. Brilliant nursery, would recommend to everyone.

We moved our daughter to Best Friends following a bad experience with another nursery. The management team facilitated a seamless transition to integrate our daughter into the nursery. All the nursery staff provide a top level of care and are extremely professional in their work. In addition to this the food provided during the day is first class, this, together with the nursery's excellent facilities, convenient opening times and value of service meant we had no hesitation in sending out second daughter to the nursery.

My daughter has been attending Best Friends since she was 9 months old. Now approaching 3 years, she is confident, happy, energetic, and loves her time at nursery. My daughters speech is fantastic and her communication skills are far better than my friends children of similar ages not attending Best Friends. She interacts with others very well and is very happy. Best Friends have played a huge part in her development and for that we are very grateful.

We are really pleased with the nursery, all the staff and facilities are great. the staff help our little boy to be very happy and are significantly aiding his development.

All the staff are friendly, approachable and informative. The food is nothing short of excellent on all levels from choice, quality and variety, I wish I could come and eat here 3 days a week too. I am fully satisfied with the mind set that he is looked after for his well being rather than for it being somebody's job.

My daughter loves her time at nursery, her excellent development is a direct result of the support and organisation of the staff. Any requirements are catered to and adhered to. My daughter loves dancing and the nursery expand on this ensuring that they add activities into the curriculum that she will enjoy.

An excellent nursery in all respects. The staff and management are highly professional and excellent at what they do. The facilities are fantastic and they have a really good variety of activities for the children. My daughter has really advanced under their care, they are great at feeding back how she is doing and working with us as parents to progress in certain areas. The food is also excellent. A lot of care, effort and consideration obviously goes into all they do at the nursery.

My daughter has been attending Best Friends since she was 8 months old, her development throughout has been excellent. The staff have always communicated with me regarding any concerns, how to overcome them and how to enable my daughter to develop in the right way. I am also impressed with the menu provided which covers everything it should for the benefit of my daughters health. A great nursery, with friendly experienced staff.

My son has been in this nursery since he was 9 months old. He leaves for school in September and we'll be so sad to leave. Staff are fantastic and so caring and supportive to both the children and parents. They have made me feel so comfortable about my sons progress and development, giving him cuddles and encouragement when needed. Special thanks to his key person who has been incremental in his development and confidence. Excellent nursery, fantastic staff!!!

My son loves nursery. The staff are courteous and treat each child as individuals, they do lots of group activity work like singing, dancing, painting and lots of outdoor play. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, always really to discuss your child's development. They are approachable and I have full confidence in the care, attention and learning they provide for my son. He is now 19 months having started the nursery when he was 4 months.

From day one it has been excellent. We have watched our son develop in confidence and happiness since being at Best Friends. The activities and facilities are very good and are continually improving, our son loves attending. Equally we love dropping him off knowing he will have a fabulous day and will learn so much. Excellent staff and management. Management are super friendly and clearly very dedicated to the nursery.

My daughter has attended Best Friends from being 11 months old. We have never had any complaints with her care and are really pleased with her development. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

My daughter has been here since she was age 1 (she is now 3). She has been well cared for and she has developed really well. Her interactive skills, her confidence, her speech, empathy. She's always enjoyed her days at nursery, and told me how much fun she has had with her friends. I am amazed by the stories she comes home with. I think Best Friends is a great nursery as they are always looking for ways to improve and always take parents views and concerns on board. I had no hesitation to put my second baby in - she is 1 now and has been here for two months.

My son has had fantastic support during his time at nursery. The staff have gone above and beyond as he had delayed speech and so the support has been exceptional in helping and encouraging his development. In my opinion, the nursery is very safe and secure with 'FOB' entry access or via intercom, the staff are professional, friendly and above all, caring. I am confident that every time I leave my children that they are safe, happy and will have lots of fun.

Our daughter has only been at Best Friends Nursery for 1 month and we are very happy with the care she receives. Everyone is really friendly, helpful and caring.

Our son loves coming to nursery. The staff are fantastic with him and he really seems to be flourishing. The range and quality of food he has is great, there is plenty of things to entertain him. Overall we are delighted with the nursery and the service they provide.

I have trust that my daughter is getting the best start possible at this nursery.

A lovely nursery, which I have already recommended to friends. We are really happy with the care and attention given. The staff are really friendly and my little boy is very happy here, plus he loves the food too!

Best Friends has been my sons nursery for over 2 years now and the staff are fantastic. They are very patient and helpful. They always look out for the best interests of my child. The facilities are also fantastic. We even had a hamster sleep over our house for the weekend.
