Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school in Mosley Common has been providing exceptional care and education for babies and children since 1998.

In 2021, the nursery moved to a modern, purpose-built building located on Parr Bridge Retail Park, with five bright and spacious playrooms that promote social and physical development. Children enjoy plenty of extra-curricular activities including swimming lessons and Spanish classes alongside having access to an incredible sensory room and large soft play area.

Modern outdoor environments include a second-floor open area terrace as well as a fabulous all-weather sensory garden, mud kitchen, and dedicated baby green. Parents can keep track of their child’s activities and development using the nursery’s online learning journal.

Delicious, nutritious meals and snacks are freshly prepared in the nursery kitchen, providing children with a balanced diet bursting with fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish.

Partou Best Friends is located on Mosley Common Road, just off the A580 East Lancashire Road, within easy reach of Tyldesley and Ellenbrook.

My daughter has been going to Best Friends Nursery from the age of 4months, I have always been really happy with everything.
The girls in the baby room are fantastic and I feel they really care for my daughter. She really enjoys nursery and now goes 4 days a week.
I have recommended the nursery to
lots of friends.
The only bad point I would say, is there have been a lot of staff leave the baby room, which they haven't replaced. The girls are amazing but I think they need one more full time to support them.

I have had 2 children through this nursery. Management change within last year- great improvements in natural play and outdoor provisions. Staff enthusiastic, motivated and very knowledgeable. My daughter has been here for a year now and I am very pleased with the care she has received. The staff are friendly and caring. The staff are always understanding of any concerns I have and try their best to work alongside me in overcoming any problems which may arise. My daughter truly enjoys coming
to this nursery and they always try their best to take the children out as much as possible. This nursery has good outdoor facilities, good staff and is run very efficiently. I would always recommend.

We are so happy with Best Friends Nursery. We had to make a sudden change in our son's childcare in December 2014. The staff were amazing and he settled very quickly. He loves nursery and runs down the path to get there every day! What more could we ask for!

Staff are always professional but friendly and approachable and show genuine interest in my sons development and care. He has a number of allergies but I am totally confident and comfortable leaving him in their care. My son is extremely happy and looks forward to nursery.

We feel this is a good nursery, as our daughter is well looked after, safe, and enjoying her time here. We have noticed that our daughter is developing very well,especially with her speech and understanding.
The French lessons are also welcomed as this helps her to learn and develop in other areas,
and have a greater understanding of different cultures.

My son has attended Best Friends Nursery since July 2013 and loves his time here. He sings, dances, plays with friends all day long! He has even learnt sign language!
He loves his food and the variety is amazing. He will stay here until reception!

This is an excellent nursery that provides first rate care to my child. He has come on leaps and bounds in his development since he has been here and this is down to the excellent care provided by the staff. I am extremely impressed by every aspect of the care and learning provided.

My son attends Best Friends and absolutely loves it. He is so excited to come in and is always talking about pre-school and his friends. The development and confidence in him from the nursery is remarkable. I would highly recommend to anyone. I am very impressed. He has been here since he was 6 months

Best Friends Nursery is a fantastic nursery. My son & daughter have only been attending around 4 months and have both come on leaps and bounds. I was worried about the change from there old nursery to a new, but I had nothing to worry about! my son settled in within the first day! Everyone was so lovely
to him and welcomed him in, there was tears from me rather than my son!
The staff and management are fantastic very experienced and always keep me informed and up to date with everything.
The facilities for both children in both rooms are great lots for each child to do. The food and menu is excellent a good variety each week.
I would defiantly recommend Best Friends! its great to be able to say when I drop my children off in the morning I know they are in good safe hands and I know they will be enjoying there time there!

I think Best Friends Nursery is excellent, both my children love going. They have both really settled in and are really developing. The nursery keeps us up to date with parents evenings and they also encourage the children to continue to learn at home. The staff are excellent! Very friendly, very experienced
and caring. They always let us know straight away if my children are poorly, the food is very good and varied. They take a real interest in the children and I am very happy I picked Best Friends!
