Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school

The staff in the baby room were excellent, so were the staff in the toddler room who were very helpful in supporting her with potty training.

What I feel was a slight let down was the constant change in staff, either from one room to another or leaving altogether (some excellent ones too). I lost count of the amount of times the manager changed. This had a knock on effect as I don't think issues were addressed as proficiency as they should have been and it certainly lost the personal touch it once had.

Overall, a good nursery which I'm sure could be great again with a long-term manager who gets to know the children and parents and looks after their staff.

The only bad point I would say, is there have been a lot of staff leave the baby room, which they haven't replaced. The girls are amazing but I think they need one more full time to support them.

I have had 2 children through this nursery. Management change within last year- great improvements in natural play and outdoor provisions. Staff enthusiastic, motivated and very knowledgeable. Menus great for children and support healthy eating. A fabulous, stimulating and nurturing environment where children are happy and safe.

My daughter really enjoys coming to the nursery and runs to the door. My daughter has settled into the toddler room really well and her speech is coming on all the time.

We are happy with the nursery and our child's development. The staff are very friendly and welcoming when coming into the nursery. We would recommend the nursery to others.

My daughter has been here for a year now and I am very pleased with the care she has received. The staff are friendly and caring. The staff are always understanding of any concerns I have and try their best to work alongside me in overcoming any problems which may arise. My daughter truly enjoys coming to this nursery and they always try their best to take the children out as much as possible. This nursery has good outdoor facilities, good staff and is run very efficiently. I would always recommend.

We are so happy with Best Friends Nursery. We had to make a sudden change in our son's childcare in December 2014. The staff were amazing and he settled very quickly. He loves nursery and runs down the path to get there every day! What more could we ask for!

Best Friends is a fantastic nursery, having both my daughters here has been the best thing for them. They have come on fantastic development wise and really enjoy coming to nursery.

Very happy with my daughters care and development at Best Friends, Worsley. Since she joined 2 years ago she has settled in well and skips into her class in the morning! As she has grown she now is thriving in her progress through excellent effort of staff and provision of enjoyable and developmental activities.

This is an excellent nursery that provides first rate care to my child. He has come on leaps and bounds in his development since he has been here and this is down to the excellent care provided by the staff. I am extremely impressed by every aspect of the care and learning provided.

He loves his food and the variety is amazing. He will stay here until reception!

I feel that Best Friends Day Nursery is a fantastic trustworthy nursery. Since my son has been here, he has come on leaps and bounds and he always looks forward to going. All the staff are brilliant and push him to do the best he can in all areas.

My son has only just joined the nursery and he has settled in well. He enjoys coming 2 days a week where he makes friends and enjoys different activities. I think the nursery will help the progress of my son

The French lessons are also welcomed as this helps her to learn and develop in other areas, and have a greater understanding of different cultures.

Staff are always professional but friendly and approachable and show genuine interest in my sons development and care. He has a number of allergies but I am totally confident and comfortable leaving him in their care. My son is extremely happy and looks forward to nursery.

"Best Friends" is the best nursery in town, as expected! My baby has a great time there. They are excellent!

Pleased with the service offered, despite my daughter still crying when I leave I know she is well cared for and settled when I am not here.

My son attends Best Friends and absolutely loves it. He is so excited to come in and is always talking about pre-school and his friends. The development and confidence in him from the nursery is remarkable. I would highly recommend to anyone. I am very impressed. He has been here since he was 6 months old and is now 3.

I would defiantly recommend Best Friends! its great to be able to say when I drop my children off in the morning I know they are in good safe hands and I know they will be enjoying there time there!

I think Best Friends Nursery is excellent, both my children love going. They have both really settled in and are really developing. The nursery keeps us up to date with parents evenings and they also encourage the children to continue to learn at home. The staff are excellent! Very friendly, very experienced and caring. They always let us know straight away if my children are poorly, the food is very good and varied. They take a real interest in the children and I am very happy I picked Best Friends!
