Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school

The staff are friendly and caring and I think my little boy likes being there which as a Mum is something less to worry about.

It would be good to get more feedback/updates on the app.

Myself and my wife are so happy with this nursery. Our son has been going since June last year and absolutely loves it there, it’s a big part of his life now. He always comes home well fed and tired out from all of the activities provided. Thank you!

Our little boy has been at Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley for 8 months now, and we cannot fault the service and care he receives! His speech and eating has developed massively and I know he absolutely loves his time there. His key workers helped him settle in so well and made the transition to the older class so seamless. My child had attended since they were six months old, I couldn’t rate the nursery enough. They are flourishing at Best Friends Nursery and progressing well. The food is varied and balanced, and no day is the same.

My little girl has attended Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley since March 2022 and I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. They plan activities each day, the meals are varied and healthy. The staff are so thoughtful and friendly. My daughter clearly has a great relationship with each of the workers in her room and couldn’t be happier there.

My son has attended Best Friends Nursery for over a year and we as a family couldn’t wish for a better nursery all around. The staff are friendly and very approachable, there are always different and relevant areas of play set out for the children and I feel my son is in a stable, safe environment. I would highly recommend Best Friends Nursery.

Lovely nursery with amazing facilities and wonderful staff who really care. My little boy has SEN and has come on so much since starting in January 2022. The staff have also helped us refer him to the required agencies and when any paperwork is required. He loves going and has bonded so well with the staff.

Our son attended Best Friends from 6 months old until starting Reception in September. We would wholeheartedly recommend the nursery and preschool to any prospective parents. The standard of care as been excellent, and my son genuinely loves the manager and many many individual members of staff. He still likes to go and visit and tell them about his 'big school' adventures. I had bad postnatal depression and I personally appreciated the support given by the manager to me, as well as knowing that our son was in a loving and safe environment when I couldn't be there myself.

My child loves this nursery and its staff who are energetic, committed and attentive. He also has a milk allergy that is managed and catered for extremely well by the chef. To drop him off and pick him up and see a smiling happy face shows me I made the right decision in choosing this nursery (and I viewed a lot of others!). He is continually learning new skills and developing thanks to the time, effort and patience of the wonderful women and men working there. I am extremely grateful to be able to send him into this nursery knowing that he is safe and well cared for. Thank you to everyone at Best Friends for everything you do to make the children's time at nursery the best it can be.

The preschool room is chaotic (I am aware of nurseries being busy). My child was continuously having accidents which I felt were happening due to the room not being fully staffed. One incident resulted in a fall off the climbing frame and my daughter's head was cut open. I was not called and simply turned up to pick my daughter up as usual with her head cut open. She was very distressed and had been for some time. I had a member of staff forever talking to me about how he 'hates his job' which was so unprofessional for someone looking after my child. Communication from management was appalling. I wish I had never sent her.

I wish we had started at Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley from the beginning. So far, we are really happy with everything from the nursery. Best decision we have made!

My son has attended Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley since he was eighteen months old and he is now in his final few months of preschool. From the start, my son struggled to settle when I dropped him off every morning but I can honestly say knowing how loving and caring the girls were, I could walk away happy knowing that my son would soon calm down and be happy. Throughout the three years, my son has fully enjoyed his time here and has become such a clever, bright and outgoing child. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their love and support that they have given, it will be a very sad time when he is ready to leave for primary school.

Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley is incredible. My son is so happy there and gets treated amazingly. He adores the staff and loves all the different activities they have each day. He has developed so much over the last few months since being there. The ladies in Tinies and the manager in particular are fantastic and I couldn't praise the place more.

My son initially went to a childminders due to him having multiple allergies, so I was concerned about him being in a nursery. However, after struggling to settle we decided to move him to Best Friends Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley where he settled immediately, he has now been there for a year and a half. I must say since moving to the preschool room, my son has flourished. He has become confident, kind and learnt a range of knowledge and skills that will best prepare him for his future at reception. His key worker and other staff are kind, friendly and approachable. He benefits from group activity as well as individual smaller group work and one to one time. The process for preparing and serving his food to cater for my sons allergies is now sound. I am pleased that they have listened to mine and my sons needs in relation to what to do medically if he has a reaction whilst in the childcare setting. I am confident that they truly care for and look out for his needs whilst he is in their care.

Best Friends Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Tyldesley is a lovely nursery. The staff are very warm and friendly. Highly recommended. My son has been attending since September, I was very nervous about him going as he’s been with me for so long in lockdown but that soon changed as he settled in so well and he loves it.

A lovely little nursery, we viewed a few and the people really stood out here. They are so warm and friendly. My daughter loves her key workers and formed great bonds. She does lots of fun activities and I receive regular updates of what she is up to. She has a wide variation of food and eats really well, which is great to hear. Throughout Covid-19 the nursery has been so facilitating and remained enjoyable for my daughter, despite restrictions. We can’t wait to move to the new nursery, it looks amazing. I couldn’t of picked a better nursery and people to take care of my daughter. Thank you.
