Partou Best Friends Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son has attended since he was about 10 months old, and he absolutely loves it. At almost 2 he's about to move into the Toddler room. I could not be happier with the room he is currently in - the staff seem to genuinely care about him. They are great at distracting him during drop off, so he rarely gets upset. They provide varied activities and he loves stretch and grow! He is absolutely thriving, when I look at the milestones expected at his age he is exceeding them and I give some credit to the excellent care he receives at nursery. When he moved from the baby room I asked for more detailed feedback, so they started a book recording his food, sleeps and activities. So far the contact I have had with the toddler room has been great. They are so positive about my son, and I really feel they will treat him as an individual, and continue to stretch him whilst also looking after him with the same care and attention. Although I would love to see more pictures on the app.

Our son is extremely happy in the Big Babies classroom and he always leaves with a smile on his face. We can see that the staff take so much care in looking after him and have really developed a loving relationship with him. His confidence and speech has really come on over the past few months which is down to the staff and the environment that he is in.

My daughter goes here, she's 7 month old and they've been amazing with her! The rooms are all engaging and she loves the sensory room so really happy with that! They've been great with helping her explore new foods too which is amazing.

Brilliant nursery. Couldn't recommend enough. My daughter has been here since 2021 and absolutely loves it. The growth and knowledge we've seen in her from attending nursery is amazing. All the staff are extremely friendly and caring.

Brilliant and caring staff who really nourish children's development. They know what my son likes to play with and encourage his creativity and curiosity and has made lots of little friends. I can't recommend it enough.

Always been really happy with best friends! The staff are all fantastic and I didn't consider sending my second child anywhere else after having such a great experience with my eldest. The new building is a fantastic environment as well.

His communication and social development has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and he is very happy and excited to be left in that environment.

Excellent staff and nursery. My daughter has been going since she was nine months old and is now just over two. She absolutely loves going in and has come on so much since starting. The staff really put you at ease.

Excellent daycare nursery, with lovely staff and great activities for the kids - especially the swim class - don’t know many other nurseries that do this. The stretch and grow are also fantastic and have taught my child a lot.

The management staff are approachable and accommodating.

He has always enjoyed his time at nursery and made lots of friends. The staff have all been lovely and caring throughout his time here and we can't thank them enough. In particular, my son's key worker in pre-school for the past 18 months. He has such a passion for his job and the children's learning and wellbeing which really stands out. He is always thinking of new ideas and activities for the children and we have really appreciated his hard work. My son has enjoyed spending lots of time outside in the preschool garden/play area and also swimming and Spanish lessons.

My little boy has absolutely loved his time at Best Friends. He had a slow start and took a while to settle in but was paired with the most amazing key worker who really took it upon himself to make my boy feel happy, safe and settled in nursery. My little boy's confidence has improved so much and he made lots of friends at Best Friends. I really cannot thank the staff, in particular his key worker, enough. He really is a superstar.

Our daughter has attended Best Friends Nursery full-time since she was nine months old and we are very happy with our choice of nursery. She settled in really well in both the 'babies' and 'tinies' rooms. She is so excited to go to nursery each day and always has big smiles when we pick her up. She loves all the activities, particularly 'stretch and grow' and the outside areas and all the staff are lovely. She is also a big fan of the food!

Shout out to a staff member in pre-school, he is always so informative and friendly and has made my son love coming to nursery!

Best Friends is an excellent nursery. The staff are caring and friendly. They clearly enjoy their roles and caring for the children. They communicate well about daily activities. I really appreciate the nursery and all their hard work. They are diligent in helping support my son's allergy.

I am very pleased with the services they offer. The kids are always happy and the nursery has got lots of activities for the kids. Everyone is treated fairly. Coming from a nursery that is very discriminative, I am impressed with Best Friends and would highly recommend the school to families.

The nursery is great. Staff are always available and happy to have a conversation and listen to any concerns. When my daughter was settling in they were in regular contact updating me on how she was after I’d left. My daughter is vegan and they have always been really accommodating with this also.

We don’t have visibility on the learning as there are minimal updates on the app. My child seems more than happy and we are happy with the nursery, it would be great to just see more of what she is doing. The staff in my child's class are excellent.
