Kids Planet Newbank House

My youngest daughter currently attends and is in tweenies but started in dinkies. The staff in all the rooms are absolutely fantastic and take their job very seriously and so passionately. I would always recommend Newbank, hands-down!

I honestly can’t thank Newbank House enough. My baby girl started this week at only 4 months old. As a parent I was so nervous, but I honestly can’t thank the baby room enough. They all go above and beyond to ensure my child's needs are met and she is happy and content always. The room is always spotless and the activities they set up are very inclusive. I have received a daily diary with information of what my child does and messages about her day which is very reassuring. When I go my baby girl is always happy and smiling and playing and it makes me feel so at ease leaving her so young. Honestly, can’t thank them enough!

I found the process of looking at nurseries for my 13 month old son really nerve-wracking, but I knew as soon as I visited Newbank that I had the right gut feeling! My son has now been attending for 3 months, but only 2 days a week, so I expected it would take some time for him to settle. His key person (special thanks to her) and all of the team in Tweenies have been so reassuring throughout the process and he has settled much quicker than I anticipated. The variety of food and activities planned each day always amazes me! I know that he is having a fun-filled day with lots of learning opportunities and I have no worries whatsoever. I’m so pleased with my choice of nursery and would recommend to anyone who is as nervous as I was. I look forward to hearing about all of the fun activities that my little man has enjoyed when I pick him up at the end of the day!

My son has only recently joined the nursery. He is in Dinkies with the most amazing girls. Not only has my son settled in to nursery life very easy due to the hard work and determination of the staff members, but he has also found a family away from home. He literally walks into nursery with a smile on his face, excited to see what the day holds for him. He has a range of different activities set out throughout the day which can also relate to home life. Each and every lady in the nursery will go above and beyond for any one of the children. Not only is it a relief to know he’s in such good hands, but it’s nice to know that they care about your child’s progress and wellbeing. I guess he doesn't call them “Mama” for no reason. Thank you for looking after my boy.

Although my daughter has only been at Newbank House Day Nursery and Out of School Club for around seven/eight weeks, she’s settled in better than I could’ve ever imagined. The ladies are always there to greet her with a happy smile every morning. The setting is bright and clean and although it sounds silly to say, I feel they take a genuine interest in her well-being and development. The change in my daughter in just seven/eight weeks is brilliant, especially her social skills and also a huge improvement in her eating. I have to do a shout out to her keyworker, the way I feel she cares about the children is just next level. Thank you Newbank for making such a nerve wracking process for a new mum so calm.

Thanks to all the staff for making my working life very easy, no more mum guilt for working holidays!

My daughter has been in Newbank House now for 5 months and she has come on leaps and bounds. The ladies at Newbank are teaching her important life skills as well as manners and following the curriculum. A huge well done to the ladies across the nursery for such a lovely Mother’s Day afternoon tea where all women of the family were invited. I enjoyed spending that special time with my daughter and getting to see the other mums and nursery staff. My little girl loves all the staff in dinkies and is excited to move up to twinnies next month, they are going above and beyond to get her introduced to all the staff in twinnies and so far so good, thank you to all the staff you are amazing at what you do.

My son loves coming to Newbank, and he has come on leaps and bounds during the 2 years in which he's been attending this wonderful nursery. Recommended very much. Thank you to all the management and ladies at Newbank.

My daughter has attended Newbank House Nursery since she was 15 months old. She was warmly welcomed into the Tweenies room and has since thrived through Main House and now Rising 3’s. She is 33 months now and her face lights up when we mention it’s a nursery morning. I feel the staff build a positive relationship straight away and they really know how to engage your child. The staff are extremely supportive in all areas of your child’s development and they have been amazing, especially when she began toilet training! The staff plan carefully and purposefully to ensure all the busy tasks in nursery are inviting and fun. She comes home every day smiling and ready to share her nursery news.

When I chose Newbank I did so because it was clean, had fantastic facilities and an amazing educational setting; it has exceeded my expectations.

I changed my son's nursery after 6 months, as I wasn't happy with the standard of care at his previous nursery. I sent him to Newbank, slightly apprehensive due to my previous experience. I'm quite an anxious mum, at the best of times, with being a first-time mum, but I couldn't recommend Newbank enough! The staff are so welcoming, kind, and polite... in comparison to other settings I've experienced, the staff are real-life angels, two in particular, the time they take to explain things, discussing development and how/what I can do things at home to assist development, every time I enter and leave the nursery, I feel at ease. They're so passionate about their job and it really does reflect! My son runs into nursery now, I don't have the heartbreak of tears every morning. If you're reading the reviews to try and pick a nursery for your child, this is the one!! I don't leave reviews usually, but this nursery deserves it. Fabulous!

When sending emails, the manager is always very quick to reply and has always been helpful with any queries or questions I've had too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Newbank. We are so happy with the way our daughter is developing since starting there. Staff are approachable, informative and take a genuine interest in our daughter. A big thanks to all the staff!

My daughter has attended this nursery for less than a year and has come on massively since. The nursery is a lovely, friendly setting and there are lots of fun activities for both children and parents to take part in. Excellent nursery and excellent staff!

Having moved my son here at a later age following problems at a different placement the staff have gone above and beyond to make him welcome and he has quickly felt secure and happy at Newbank.

Information is always effectively communicated, staff are always happy and approachable and the nursery itself is clean and bright. The outside play areas also offer a variety of experiences.

Parents are encouraged to participate in the learning programme with mini homework activities and parent's evening. The variety of food on the menu is excellent meaning my son is often trying foods I don’t necessarily serve at home. My son is always happy and cheery when he has his nursery days.

The staff are fantastic. All my children love attending here. My 1 year old has no issues being dropped off he has been in both dinkies and tweenies rooms and he has loved both. I cant find a fault. Great nursery.

Since starting with Newbank I have seen a big change in our daughter, she has grown in confidence and is so happy to go to nursery. The staff are all wonderful, they are approachable, helpful and friendly they made moving from another nursery as easy as possible and I can’t thank them all enough.
