My son has been at Newbank now for nearly 12 month, we have seen such a huge improvement in his confidence and interactions, he loves going each morning, big smiles when dropping him off, we cannot speak highly enough for all the staff who go above and beyond, I am really happy we decided on Newbank after viewing many nurseries, thank you ladies!!!

My daughter has been attending Newbank since she was one year old, and the nursery has consistently exceeded our expectations. As an educational and schools consultant, and a Head of School, I naturally hold high standards-especially when it comes to my own child's care and development. Newbank has not only met but surpassed these expectations. My daughter goes to nursery happy and comes home just as cheerful every single day. We receive regular updates through the app, detailing her social, emotional, and educational progress, as well as what she's eaten and her toileting routine. This level of communication is incredibly reassuring. What stands out most is the genuine care the staff show. Every member of the team knows her by name and takes the time to engage with her-even when we're just passing through. It's clear they truly know and value the children in their care. While the nursery previously received an Ofsted rating that I believe was unfortunate, it has since been rightly improved.

My baby boy joined Newbank in September and I couldn't have asked for an easier transition. The team invited us for settling in days so they could get to know my baby boys personality, his routine and give him the time to familiarise himself with his new surroundings. He has come on so much since joining and he clearly enjoys his time with his new friends and the newbank team. Sending your baby to nursery is a worry for any parent, but finding a nursery that has been as accommodating as newbank has helped the process go much smoother!

I honestly can't sing the praises of this nursery enough. From day one, the staff have been incredibly supportive, kind, and accommodating - not just for my child, but for me as a parent too. They've shown such genuine care and understanding, especially when it comes to my anxiety, and their reassurance has meant the world. My little one has taken to everyone so beautifully and has become attached to all the staff members who care for her. It's clear how loved and well looked after she is each day, and she's settling in so well thanks to their warmth and consistency. Every member of the team is absolutely lovely - caring, patient, and attentive. You can really feel how passionate they are about what they do. It gives me such peace of mind knowing she's in such safe, nurturing hands. I couldn't be happier with our experience - truly a wonderful nursery that goes above and beyond! They all provide that gold standard care. Especially Leanne and Julia.

My son Zakariya absolutely loves coming to Newbank. From the very beginning he settled in so well and looks forward to his days here. The staff are amazing! They are caring, patient and always make him feel comfortable and happy. It's reassuring as a parent to know he is in such a safe and supportive environment. We're really grateful for everything the team do.

Our daughter started in the Dinkie room in May, there were lots of tears to begin with due to her separation anxiety but the staff made a plan for us to extend her hours gradually before I went back to work. The staff always go above and beyond for her and she is now thriving and learning so much! The daily app updates are brilliant and we both feel reassured she is having a good day! We can't wait to watch her grow and develop more through her time at Newbank Nursery.

Excellent nursery with lovely staff who always make time to feedback on daughters day. My daughter really enjoys going and appears to have lovely positive relationships with children and adults. I think it would be better if funded hours were spread over the year to allow for ease of knowing how much fees are each month. However, management have communicated break down of fees well. Highly recommend this nursery.

The adjustment / transition for both myself and my son has been made very easy through the support of the Dinkey room staff. They are all really kind and ready to advise and help. My son loves nursery and I'm so impressed in how quickly he's adapted. I believe this is through the kindness he's been shown by his key workers, the fun activities he does and the really interesting, lovely food (he loves his food). I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Newbank House is an excellent nursery. They encourage the learning and they are proactive with the children. My son really enjoys his days in nursery.

Newbank was always our 1st choice nursery and we are so glad that we stuck to coming here. They have been really welcoming, friendly and generally interested in our childs care. They provide a great experience for our son and he has come on so much since he started. The app is an added bonus.

Newbank has been absolutely fantastic for us. The staff are super attentive, the facilities are great and we've really seen so much development with our little one! A really lovely nursery and pre-school.

Both of my children have attended Newbank -my youngest is still there and he absolutely loves it. It is a friendly, relaxed nursery and the staff are excellent at creating new and exciting things for the children to do. The menu is healthy, diverse and offers a balance of home comforts and exciting new things for the children to try. The daily communications from my child's key worker are clear and detailed in the app, as is the daily update at pick up. The setting is clean, bright and airy and appears to be an extremely organized and well run nursery.

Our Daughter started at Newbank day nursery (in the dinkies room) in March and we are absolutely thrilled at how much Progress she has made both socially and developmentally. The staff are helpful, approachable and work tirelessly to ensure not only our daughter is cared for but other babies in their care. We are extremely happy we chose Newbank Day Nursery.

This nursery has just been fantastic with my daughter, the staff members in Dinkies are just so good at what they do. My daughter has really come on with their help and I can't thank them enough. Being a mum is so hard especially when it comes to sending them to nursery, however I have full confidence in Newbank House with how they deliver their care and look after my child. Highly recommend!

Our little boy had been at newbank for a few months now and he absolutely loves it he has come on so much since being there, the ladies in the dinkies room are amazing with him and they have formed a lovely connection with our little one, we cannot recommend them enough. My daughter had been going to Newbank since she was 4 months old. She had now transitioned to the Tweenies room and loves it! I am at peace leaving her knowing she is safe and well looked after! She loves all of the staff and it's clear to see how much they care for her! The nursery is well ran, clean and friendly! Thankyou all for making my daughter's days fun!

My daughter started in November 24 and we've had such a positive experience. The staff in the Dinkies room have been great with her, she always has a good day and does so many different activities. They want to know what you do at weekend so they can incorporate it into their nursery day. It's just such a lovely nursery.

My little boy started at Newbank House in January and he's settled in so well. We had a few tears initially as it was a new surrounding and new faces. The staff have however gone above and beyond to ensure my little boy feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I'm a first-time parent and the thought of leaving him when returning to work was making me feel anxious. After the first couple of weeks, my little boy started to settle without issue and he now loves going to nursery. He's already come on so much in his development after 3 weeks there. I am so pleased I chose this nursery and now feel super comfortable returning to work, knowing my little boy is in safe hands and he's really content there. The ladies in the Dinkies room are amazing!

My son has been attending since April 2024, the staff are friendly and helpful and I always receive good feedback about his day and meals with his key worker or room leader after each session. The nursery is well kept and usually very clean. My son enjoys the meals and we have regular updates on new menus. Regular newsletter and correspondence via email is also very helpful.

Since my child attended Newbank, she has settled in very well. All staff have welcomed my child and made her very happy I would definitely recommend this nursery. My daughter came to this nursery during a difficult time and she has a good bond with all the staff. I can't thank the staff and management enough for everything
