Kids Planet Newbank House

Newbank is a lovely nursery with great staff all wanting the best for the children in all departments. They are friendly, kind and helpful and are just a phone call away. The staff do a fantastic job of keeping the place as tidy and clean as possible and provide the children with many activities. I am so grateful for all of the input they do for my son who is in Tweenies.

We visited the nursery before our son was even born as we had heard how sought after it was. From the first meeting, we fell in love with it. My son was settled in really quickly and we show the progress he made straight away. We visited a few nurseries and there was nothing that could compare Newbank to any others. As we come from a multi-cultural background, we were happy to see that they have a diverse menu to cover all needs. We are looking forward to continuing our journey with Newbank until our baby is ready for school.

My husband and I felt completely at ease with Newbank Nursery from the minute we walked through the door on our first visit, and we haven't been disappointed. I would 100% recommend this nursery - friendly staff, happy environment, clean premises, great communication with home, but most importantly our daughter is completely happy there.

My son started Newbank at age 2 after struggling with social communication. I couldn't be happier with the progress he made and how much of a fantastic relationship he built up with his keyworker and other members of staff. His communication has come on leaps and bounds and he really enjoys going. Would recommend Newbank to anyone.

The staff at Newbank are fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure the children are settled and happy. They have really varied days and the facilities are great. I always have peace of mind that my child is being looked after to the highest standard. He loves Newbank and is thriving in the setting.

We are so happy with how the nursery support our child. He has made fantastic progress whilst being at Newbank and all the staff are so keen to go above and beyond for him. I cannot recommend Newbank enough.

I would recommend Newbank to anyone who's looking for a well managed, trustworthy nursery. All 3 of my children attended this nursery and my youngest is still there. My oldest 2 both received comments when they started school about how well prepared they were and advanced in their learning. We briefly tried a nursery closer to home for my 2nd child but she only lasted 2 weeks and we came back to Newbank. I've never had to worry that my children are taken care of and interacting with other children and adults. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t send my child anywhere else, we love Newbank nursery!

From personal experience, Newbank is an outstanding nursery. My 2 year old attends part-time. The managers are amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure your little one has a great experience at nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, treat each child individually and are personal to their needs.

We came to this nursery in 2019 when our old nursery closed down and it was the best decision we ever made. As an overprotective mum and a worrier, they did everything they could to ensure me my daughter was in the best place - and she certainly was. My 2nd born started with them 3 weeks ago and we had some concerns about his development and speech. I spent a lot of time talking with the manager about my concerns and she has done everything and more to put me at ease and has contacted my child's health visitor to further support us. After 3 short weeks, my son has come on in leaps and bounds and is already showing great improvement with his development. He is so settled and loves all of the ladies in his room already - he is even eating and trying lots more food as the food menu offers such variety. The manager is so friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble for her, she will do everything she can for anyone. The building is lovely and clean and the staff are amazing.

Friendly helpful staff, my little girl loves going here, they always seem to keep the little ones busy. The office staff are always very helpful when I've had any questions and they have let my little girl come for extra hours at very short notice when necessary. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the nursery, professional and caring staff and my child loves going each day. She has really come on with the talking and general knowledge/learning. Would recommend this nursery 100%.

Great nursery for my two boys. Big space plus a massive playing field for them to safely play in. The staff are the best. Never had any problems leaving them in their hands. They try all different foods every day and learn/play constantly.

I would certainly recommend this nursery to anyone, my son absolutely loves coming here and I take great comfort knowing that I don’t have to worry about him whilst I’m working.

The main thing is my son is very very happy and very well looked after.

Really impressed with this nursery, after visiting a few different nurseries this one stood out a mile! I was pretty nervous about sending my son to nursery at 8 months old but he loves it and his key worker and all the staff are fantastic!

We have been so impressed with the experience we have had at Newbank. We were nervous about sending our daughters to nursery at 8 months but we feel so comfortable with the care she receives there. The team go above and beyond what you would expect of them. You can tell they have a genuine bond with each baby and a real interest in their development.
