Kids Planet Newbank House

My son has been attending since April 2024, the staff are friendly and helpful and I always receive good feedback about his day and meals with his key worker or room leader after each session. The nursery is well kept and usually very clean. My son enjoys the meals and we have regular updates on new menus. Regular newsletter and correspondence via email is also very helpful.

Since my child attended Newbank, she has settled in very well. All staff have welcomed my child and made her very happy I would definitely recommend this nursery. My daughter came to this nursery during a difficult time and she has a good bond with all the staff. I can't thank the staff and management enough for everything

Fantastic nursery, warm and wonderfully compassionate staff. Our son has only just started after an issue with a previous nursery and he has settled brilliantly, and the staff have made him feel so welcome. Their education and learning programme is working wonders for my 1 year old, and he's flourishing in such a short amount of time. As parents we also appreciate the detailed hand overs and being able to see and hear about what he has done and eaten during his day is appreciated, and we couldn't be happier with his development so far.

Two teachers in particular and the girls always go the extra mile to support babies learning.

I was anxious when my daughter started as she had been at her previous nursery for 2 and a half years. She was welcomed and has thrived since she started. The staff genuinely love her and she loves them.

The staff at Newbank have all been amazing. They have made me and my daughter feel most welcome and made my decision of starting in and going back to work easy, as my daughter settled really well. The management team are super helpful and are hands-on and made it easy for me, as it was a big thing leaving my child.

My daughter has attended Newbank for almost 18 months and we have been impressed with the progress she has made in all rooms. Staff go over and above to ensure she reaches her full potential. I have no worries at all recommending Newbank House to any parent wanting to send their child to nursery. I also love their outdoor facilities, and how private everything is.

The additional rooms for sensory etc. are exceptional.

We have had a brilliant experience at Newbank and are so thankful to all the staff for everything they do looking after our little girl. She settled in very quickly and talks about all the staff at home with the biggest smile and tells us how she loves them. The staff have accommodated our childs allergies and dietary requirements providing her with a range of different foods to try. Newbank has been amazing with my daughter. She has developed so much and I can't thank the staff enough. They have so much time for the babies and I know my child is well looked after. They give such a thorough run through of each day and I love hearing all about my daughter's day. I can't thank Newbank enough and I would highly recommend!

My youngest daughter currently attends and is in tweenies but started in dinkies. The staff in all the rooms are absolutely fantastic and take their job very seriously and so passionately. I would always recommend Newbank, hands-down!

I honestly can’t thank Newbank House enough. My baby girl started this week at only 4 months old. As a parent I was so nervous, but I honestly can’t thank the baby room enough. They all go above and beyond to ensure my child's needs are met and she is happy and content always. The room is always spotless and the activities they set up are very inclusive. I have received a daily diary with information of what my child does and messages about her day which is very reassuring. When I go my baby girl is always happy and smiling and playing and it makes me feel so at ease leaving her so young. Honestly, can’t thank them enough!

I found the process of looking at nurseries for my 13 month old son really nerve-wracking, but I knew as soon as I visited Newbank that I had the right gut feeling! My son has now been attending for 3 months, but only 2 days a week, so I expected it would take some time for him to settle. His key person (special thanks to her) and all of the team in Tweenies have been so reassuring throughout the process and he has settled much quicker than I anticipated. The variety of food and activities planned each day always amazes me! I know that he is having a fun-filled day with lots of learning opportunities and I have no worries whatsoever. I’m so pleased with my choice of nursery and would recommend to anyone who is as nervous as I was. I look forward to hearing about all of the fun activities that my little man has enjoyed when I pick him up at the end of the day!

My son has only recently joined the nursery. He is in Dinkies with the most amazing girls. Not only has my son settled in to nursery life very easy due to the hard work and determination of the staff members, but he has also found a family away from home. He literally walks into nursery with a smile on his face, excited to see what the day holds for him. He has a range of different activities set out throughout the day which can also relate to home life. Each and every lady in the nursery will go above and beyond for any one of the children. Not only is it a relief to know he’s in such good hands, but it’s nice to know that they care about your child’s progress and wellbeing. I guess he doesn't call them “Mama” for no reason. Thank you for looking after my boy.
