The most wonderful nursery and could not have chosen anywhere better for my daughter to be! They went above and beyond to help my daughter settle in and now she absolutely loves it! All the staff are so polite and kind, and the managers are always willing to help where they can! You can see that they truly care about the happiness and safety of all the children.

My experience at the nursery has been fantastic overall. The management team are so accommodating and friendly, particularly during the pandemic. They made fees voluntary during lockdown which was a massive help in such stressful times. They have also done really well at keeping the young people safe from covid as far as I'm aware, as we have only had to self isolate on one occasion. The premises are clean and tidy and they adhere to all regulations around social distancing.

The staff in Tweenies helped me to feel so reassured when my son started nursery during the pandemic. I was so anxious but they really helped settle us in and my little boy has thrived ever since.

My daughter really enjoys preschool and all the staff listen to any concerns we might have. They always try hard to ensure the little ones are happy, which is really important to me.

This is a fantastic nursery, my little boy has been coming since he was 9 months old and he has come on leaps and bounds since coming here. The staff are absolutely fantastic with him. He learns something different every day! I also love that he goes out into the garden for fresh air a lot and they have a big garden space, not like the other nursery nearby! Couldn’t recommend this nursery any more. Very happy

Our son started at Newbank House last month and it is the best decision we have made for him. He is happy, settled and enjoys going into Nursery every day. The staff are warm, welcoming and place the child at the centre of everything they do.

My son started at Newbank House in May and the progress I have seen is amazing. He absolutely loves going every day and loves his key worker. The communication between staff and parents is great and I am always kept up to date with what's happening, especially with my son. I love that the staff really care about your children and it's such a happy place for little ones. I drop my son off every morning on my way to work, knowing that he is safe and happy and I have nothing to worry about while he's there, such peace of mind. I love this place and would definitely recommend it to any parent wanting to put their children in nursery.

My daughter started at Newbank in September and has settled in really well. Her key workers are all very approachable and friendly. I love the diary which tells me what my daughter has been up to and the photographs are a real treat! It is nice that the staff take time at the end of the day to go through the diary and go through any concerns with you. My daughter was initially being awkward with her eating but with perseverance and help from the staff, she has come a long way even in a matter of weeks. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family.

The staff are fabulous. They genuinely care about the children. They work with you to achieve your objectives for your child eg. with potty training. One thing that could be better is providing a regular written account of what the children have been doing during their visit. Some nurseries use a portal for staff and parents to log into which provides this information alongside photos- this would be helpful! Overall, I am very happy with the nursery.

I absolutely love taking my children to Newbank House nursery. All staff are so friendly and helpful. With being self employed I had to send my youngest to the nursery at 6 months old but they all made me feel at ease and both girls thoroughly enjoy going. It's a fantastic nursery!

Absolutely love this day nursery, the staff are amazing not just with the children but also the parents. They make sure your child gets 100% care and more. Couldn’t ask for a better place for my son to be going. Thanks again Newbank, you are all amazing.

My daughter has recently started at Newbank House and she loves it. She has only been there a short time and I can already see a huge change in her (for the better). Her key workers are fantastic and have been very reassuring. I can call them whenever I like to see how my daughter is and nothing is too much trouble. My son attended the nursery from 2017 - August 2020 and we were so impressed with the care he received at Newbank. From day one we felt very comfortable dropping him off. The staff were so caring and tentative. Communication between staff and parents was amazing. We as parents (and even his grandparents/ extended family) feel this nursery has helped develop his social skills and taught him so much which will help him in his next stages of life. We were so satisfied with every aspect that our daughter has also started at the nursery a few weeks ago. Again, I did not have any concerns about the staff or care she will receive. She has settled in really well and the staff are always so happy to help and listen to any needs/ requests. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Newbank for everything and for taking care of our babies as if they were your own.

My daughter started this month at 9 months old and I can't put into words how fantastic this nursery is. After a 10 year gap between my daughters, I had forgotten how nervous it is to leave your child with complete strangers. This feeling lasted less than a day. The staff have been amazing and my daughter goes and comes home with a big smile on her face every day. She frequently comes home with things she has made which makes me and her dad extremely proud. I'm looking forward to seeing her grow at this nursery and want to give a personal thanks to the ladies in Dinkies.

My daughter has attended Newbank Nursery for nearly four years. During that time she has really enjoyed her time at nursery and has made excellent progress. She has been able to take part in a range of stimulating activities in the lovely indoor and outdoor environment. The staff have all been lovely and have helped her to develop her confidence, independence and self-esteem. She will miss all when she leaves in a few weeks time.

Great Nursery with fantastic staff, the staff have worked well to keep the children safe during the COVID crisis, the children haven't really noticed that special measures are in place and feel comfortable with the changes.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 10-month's-old and she loves it here. Very professional organisation and the children are well educated, looked after and fed well. Couldn't be happier especially during these present times. A+
