My daughter started at Newbank in September and has settled in really well. Her key workers are all very approachable and friendly. I love the diary which tells me what my daughter has been up to and the photographs are a real treat! It is nice that the staff take time at the end of the day to go through
the diary and go through any concerns with you. My daughter was initially being awkward with her eating but with perseverance and help from the staff, she has come a long way even in a matter of weeks. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family.

The staff are fabulous. They genuinely care about the children. They work with you to achieve your objectives for your child eg. with potty training. One thing that could be better is providing a regular written account of what the children have been doing during their visit. Some nurseries use a portal
for staff and parents to log into which provides this information alongside photos- this would be helpful! Overall, I am very happy with the nursery.

I absolutely love taking my children to Newbank House nursery. All staff are so friendly and helpful. With being self employed I had to send my youngest to the nursery at 6 months old but they all made me feel at ease and both girls thoroughly enjoy going. It's a fantastic nursery!

My son has been at Newbank for 8 weeks so far and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery.
His key worker and all the staff in his room are brilliant. So friendly and nothing is too much to ask. They really go above and beyond.
He comes home with a smile on his face every day.

My grandson attends Newbank House's before and after school club, he loves going and always tells me about his time there and what he has been doing. The ladies are very welcoming. I would highly recommend.

My daughter has recently started at Newbank House and she loves it. She has only been there a short time and I can already see a huge change in her (for the better). Her key workers are fantastic and have been very reassuring. I can call them whenever I like to see how my daughter is and nothing is
too much trouble. I’m really very pleased with my experience of Newbank so far and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery!
Her first few sessions she was a bit unsure about that change, but now, she practically runs in and gets upset getting into the car on the way home.
The staff are friendly and professional.
They have dealt with the ever-changing situation that Covid has brought
excellently.
I would recommend Newbank to all parents looking for a nursery.

My son attended the nursery from 2017 - August 2020 and we were so impressed with the care he received at Newbank. From day one we felt very comfortable dropping him off. The staff were so caring and tentative. Communication between staff and parents was amazing. We as parents (and even his grandparents/
extended family) feel this nursery has helped develop his social skills and taught him so much which will help him in his next stages of life. We were so satisfied with every aspect that our daughter has also started at the nursery a few weeks ago. Again, I did not have any concerns about the staff or care she will receive. She has settled in really well and the staff are always so happy to help and listen to any needs/ requests. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Newbank for everything and for taking care of our babies as if they were your own.

My daughter started this month at 9 months old and I can't put into words how fantastic this nursery is. After a 10 year gap between my daughters, I had forgotten how nervous it is to leave your child with complete strangers. This feeling lasted less than a day. The staff have been amazing and my daughter
goes and comes home with a big smile on her face every day. She frequently comes home with things she has made which makes me and her dad extremely proud. I'm looking forward to seeing her grow at this nursery and want to give a personal thanks to the ladies in Dinkies.

Best nursery setting in Oldham with genuine care to all the children. Staff are lovely and welcoming and make an effort for all children to receive quality care and education.

My daughter has attended Newbank Nursery for nearly four years. During that time she has really enjoyed her time at nursery and has made excellent progress. She has been able to take part in a range of stimulating activities in the lovely indoor and outdoor environment. The staff have all been lovely
and have helped her to develop her confidence, independence and self-esteem. She will miss all when she leaves in a few weeks time.

My daughter has attended Newbank for almost 2 years. She loves going to nursery and is excited to tell us what she has been up to each day we collect her. The staff take time to get to know the children really well so there is a lovely personal feel to this nursery. I couldn’t be happier with how my

It was the first and only nursery we looked at.
From the first day he started, I felt so at ease leaving him and he settled in really well. All the ladies are absolutely fantastic and can’t do enough to help make sure he’s well looked after and that he's having lots of fun.
He has struggled with
his confidence to walk. So they got in contact with his health visitor in March 2020 about their’s and our concerns and since then the ladies have been brilliant, encouraging him through play and with the walkers. He has progressed so much and I can't thank them enough.
The managers are fantastic. Even at one of their hardest times of dealing with Covid-19 they put my mind at rest. I have no doubt that sending him back to nursery at the beginning of June was the best thing for him, they have made it as safe as they possibly can for any child.
We are looking forward to his journey throughout nursery with his friends and to watch his development continue.

I love this nursery! The nursery staff are lovely and work hard to keep the children busy all the time having lots of fun. The management are very helpful with whatever you need and always happy to assist you. Nursery ground is huge and has a lovely outdoor area. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Fantastic environment and fantastic staff. Really welcoming and my daughter has settled in and loves going to nursery. Staff very accommodating and great levels of experience that made me feel confident this nursery was the right one. Also after lockdown, the measures they have put in place reassured
me in my choice to send my child back, in what was a very worrying and difficult time. Highly recommended nursery.

The staff are approachable and always take the time to inform you about your child. Appropriate relationships have been built with my child and every morning when I leave her I know that she is in great care.
