I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. My youngest left this nursery in 2015 and was so very happy here and now my youngest has just started and has settled in perfectly. The staff in the room are so friendly and helpful. they make me feel at ease knowing she is in a safe and happy environment. Thank you, especially for making the transition so easy.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons since 5 months old. From her settle in sessions through to now it has been great! All staff are really helpful and friendly and do all they can to support parents when their child has first joined. My daughter enjoys her time at the nursery. I love that she is always learning new things and trying new foods. I would definitely recommend this nursery to everybody I know. Thank you to you all staff, especially in explorers!

My son loves it at nursery, he is always talking about the staff and his friends there. There are always staff engaged with the children and activities going on, even at the end of the day. I like how his interests are explored and extended at the setting and I can see the progress he is making academically and socially. The food is of a high standard and my son enjoys it, the menu is varied and changes with the seasons.

Have used the nursery for around 2 years and found it to be a supportive, kind and a fun environment for the children and parents too.

The fact that the staff have stayed and stayed tells me that they are happy there too and that contributes to the happy atmosphere.

We have had a very positive experience. Our child loves coming to nursery and talks about the staff affectionately. He has made fantastic progress and has made lots of friends. Staff keep me informed of his day and give advice/ideas for us to follow through at home.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and caring. I totally trust them to look after my son in the best possible way. I feel he is safe and cared for. I am confident that if he was poorly or needed extra attention they would give it. The food is varied and nutritious. He is very happy at the nursery and I can see him developing every day. I am kept updated on what he is doing and receive a daily summary of his activities. I have no cause for complaint and I would absolutely recommend this nursery to others.

Overall the care given to my child has been fantastic, she is given lots of attention throughout the day by the team. Our daughter had developed enormously whilst at nursery through learning and playing. Overall all the team have been very friendly, helpful and full of advice. Putting my daughter in this nursery is the best decision we have made. I cant thank the team enough.

Bright Horizons, which is based in the Old Trafford area is a vibrant and friendly setting. My daughter enjoys attending. The staff are nurturing. The rooms are light and airy and I love the outside space, which is equipped with lots of development and age appropriate toys. As a parent I was attracted to the nursery because both staff and children represent the diverse community in which my daughter and I live in. They keep you posted at every stage of your child's development. Unlike most nurseries, they offer a parents evening every six months, there are also extra activities, such as stretch and grow which my daughter thoroughly enjoys. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience
I was a emotional wreck when my child first started his journey at Bright Horizons. He was upset but it took him a good couple of months to settle him, eventually one day there were no tears, the staff in the room were brilliant, they reassured me on a daily basis that he was enjoying his time here, I had regular updates, and photographs, the girls in the room didn't mind when I was ringing during the day.

When he moved up into the big room with his friends, he was so excited and straight away made a really good bond with his key worker and other staff in the room, I would see him during the day enjoying himself, making lots of friends, doing lots of messy play activities, pre-school. When picking him up from nursery he would say to me 'its not time to go home yet'. I would get regular updates from the staff as to how he was getting on in the room, and they were there when I had a question that needed answering. the staff were friendly and I got on with them really well. My child enjoyed his time at nursery.
