You and your child will love this outstanding nursery in Trafford, specifically designed to support your child’s development from the age of 3 months to 5 years.
Set in a vibrant borough of Manchester, the nursery boasts a large garden with plenty of themed spaces for children to improve their motor skills and expand their curiosity. I am always pleased to see the variety of activities on offer, I love the fact I can see what they have served to eat.
the fact they spend time in the great outdoor space is brilliant, as we only have a small garden and fresh air is so important.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The free
book borrowing is brilliant too.

My daughter started this nursery when she was 4 months old has now left to go to school (she is going to be 5 in December). This nursery has been fantastic and the staff hard working. My daughter has turned from a 4-month-old who could just lift her head to a confident, polite and social child. She
has all her basic skills for school and is currently doing really well in her learning to read. This is all due to the hard work of the staff and the fact they have worked with me and my daughter always. I would very highly recommend the nursery to other parents. This to the nursery that cares for everyone- thanks.

I have had a very positive experience so far with Bright Horizons. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. I felt very reassured when I left my son with them for the first time and feel comfortable leaving him.

Couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are amazing and settled my child in really well. The facilities and outside space are brilliant and plenty to keep the children busy. My son's confidence has come on so much since starting this nursery. No issues with this nursery.

My daughter has settled in very well and has gained lots of development. She enjoys her time at the nursery and comes home and implements her learning. Since she has joined nursery she has matured and understands various things. Therefore I would most definitely recommend this nursery to other parents
as I can see she has developed into her own.

I have has 2 children in this nursery and I like the service and care provided here. I kept my daughter here while I was on maternity leave as they have a wonderful range of activities and great outdoor space. We also suffer from obscure allergies/eczema triggers and the cook has been wonderfully accommodating
about this and my daughter never missed out food wise. Now she's in school I really miss their services as she now has to have a packed lunch as the school can't cope with her requirements.

I love Bright Horizons nursery, my son started in explorers and is now in the "big room" which he really enjoys.
I know that I can leave my child with the staff and know that he is being cared for and his development is growing.
When needed I can have a meeting with his key person who my son has
a very strong bond with as he comes home and talks about her.
When I collect him he is always clean and his bag looks like he's had lots of fun.
Bright Horizons is a place for your child too.

Both of my daughters go here. One of the children is in Explorers and the other is a Discoverer. I love the time and attention they give both girls especially the littlest one, who started there drinking milk and is now eating meals with the other children. She even was drinking from a cup which has
all been done with the support of the staff there.
My eldest started in this room and has now moved into the 'big' room. The staff in this room have supported her with potty training and I love that there is a male assistant.

Trafford Nursery is brilliant. I feel safe knowing I can drop off my daughter and she will have a fantastic day. Filled with lots of fun activities.

Ever since my daughter (now 2 and half) joined the nursery at 6 months old I have always felt supported and kept up to date by the key workers and management.
I feel confident my daughter is safe, eating healthy and supported, developed and genuinely cared for.
Wouldn't look anywhere else.

A fabulous and caring nursery. Very friendly and well-informed staff who make us feel very happy our children attend this nursery. Leaving your children in care is hard enough but knowing they are well-provided for, loved and their emotional, social and learning welfare is extremely well taken care

I have got a good experience at Bright Horizons, my daughter started the nursery and was taken very good care of. She was also potty trained before she started school, and now my son is here When he started he was almost a year old and couldn't walk, one evening I came to pick him up and he was walking.
My
kids love it here at Bright Horizons and so do we, all the staff are very friendly and kind.

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. My youngest left this nursery in 2015 and was so very happy here and now my youngest has just started and has settled in perfectly. The staff in the room are so friendly and helpful. they make me feel at ease knowing she is in a safe and happy environment. Thank

My son loves it at nursery, he is always talking about the staff and his friends there. There are always staff engaged with the children and activities going on, even at the end of the day. I like how his interests are explored and extended at the setting and I can see the progress he is making academically
and socially. The food is of a high standard and my son enjoys it, the menu is varied and changes with the seasons.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Laura holds a Level 6 qualification in Childhood Studies and a master’s degree in Psychology, reflecting her deep passion for education and child development. With over 24 years of experience in childcare, she has not only gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise but has also developed a warm and nurturing approach to supporting children and their families.


Recently, Laura joined Trafford Nursery, where she is excited to share her extensive experience and bring fresh ideas to the team. She is committed to creating a loving and supportive environment where children can thrive and parents feel confident and reassured. Laura believes in fostering strong relationships with families and understands the importance of working in partnership to ensure every child reaches their full potential.


Outside of work, Laura cherishes quality time with her husband and family, who are her greatest source of joy. She also finds inspiration in reading, which helps her continue learning and growing, both personally and professionally.

Liv

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Livv has worked for Bright Horizons for just over nine years. After gaining valuable experience, she moved to a different nursery to take on the role of Deputy Manager. She is now very excited to return to Trafford to cover Karima's maternity leave.


Livv began her journey at Bright Horizons as an Unqualified Nursery Nurse. She went on to complete her Level 3 Childcare Diploma, which enabled her to progress into the roles of Room Leader and subsequently Third in Charge. In addition, she has achieved a foundation degree in Childhood Studies.


She has a passion for supporting children as they grow and develop, taking great joy in helping them reach their milestones. Livv is dedicated to making each child's nursery experience as enjoyable and enriching as possible.

Chloe

Chloe

Job Title: Third in Charge

Chloe has been working in early years since leaving high school and has been part of the Bright Horizons family for a total of five years. She began her journey as an apprentice, progressing to Room Leader and is now proud to be the Third in Charge at Trafford.


She is a Level 4 qualified practitioner and also holds additional qualifications in supporting children with SEND and safeguarding. During her role as Baby Room Leader, she has had the opportunity to extend her knowledge through various training courses. She is Trafford's ‘Communication Champion’ and ‘Nurture Approach Champion.’ She is passionate about providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.


Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also has a passion for cooking and baking and enjoys trying out new recipes to share with her loved ones.
