My youngest has attended Bright Horizons since she was one - she's now about to leave for primary school. We couldn't have been happier with the nursery! Lovely clean, bright, fun and an educational environment. Good food prepared on the premises (she's loved helping serve now that she's one of the Big Ones!). She has bonded well with each key worker and we feel she's been well-supported, has learnt a lot and made some good friends. Management is easy to talk to and very responsive to queries and suggestions. No concerns at all, would (and have!) recommended to others wholeheartedly. My daughter started this nursery when she was 4 months old has now left to go to school (she is going to be 5 in December). This nursery has been fantastic and the staff hard working. My daughter has turned from a 4-month-old who could just lift her head to a confident, polite and social child. She has all her basic skills for school and is currently doing really well in her learning to read. This is all due to the hard work of the staff and the fact they have worked with me and my daughter always. I would very highly recommend the nursery to other parents. I kept my daughter here while I was on maternity leave as they have a wonderful range of activities and great outdoor space. We also suffer from obscure allergies/eczema triggers and the cook has been wonderfully accommodating about this and my daughter never missed out food wise. Now she's in school I really miss their services as she now has to have a packed lunch as the school can't cope with her requirements.

My eldest started in this room and has now moved into the 'big' room. The staff in this room have supported her with potty training and I love that there is a male assistant.

She graduated in 2019 with a degree in Business and Management and has since worked in childcare, a field she is passionate about. For the past three years, she has been a Deputy Manager with Bright Horizons, gaining experience across several nurseries.
Ada holds a Level 3 childcare qualification, a Level 3 Early Years SENCO qualification, and a Master’s in Early Years Childhood. Livv began her journey at Bright Horizons as an Unqualified Nursery Nurse. She went on to complete her Level 3 Childcare Diploma, which enabled her to progress into the roles of Room Leader and subsequently Third in Charge. In addition, she has achieved a foundation degree in Childhood Studies.

Chloe has been working in early years since leaving high school and has been part of the Bright Horizons family for a total of five years. She began her journey as an apprentice, progressing to Room Leader and is now proud to be the Third in Charge at Trafford.
She is a Level 4 qualified practitioner and also holds additional qualifications in supporting children with SEND and safeguarding. During her role as Baby Room Leader, she has had the opportunity to extend her knowledge through various training courses. She is Trafford's ‘Communication Champion’ and ‘Nurture Approach Champion.’ She is passionate about providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She also has a passion for cooking and baking and enjoys trying out new recipes to share with her loved ones.
