Excellent nursery and my son thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery. Amazing staff members who are always welcoming. I get update of how my son is doing and that is just wonderful for a parent. I'm thrilled with measures put in place to combat covid-19. I would recommend Bright Horizons to any parent looking for a place for their child.
Friendly and helpful staff. Any issues that we've had have been dealt with in a professional manner. Nice environment for both of our children to develop. Would recommend. Only negatives are not opening until 8am, free childcare requires significant top up payment (but I think this is the case everywhere), and having to pay even when taking child out for several weeks.
The staff have been amazing during the covid period.
Child started later as previous nursery closed. He has been made to feel welcome and has settled really well in short space of time. He enjoys going and enjoys the outdoors space and familiar faces he sees day to day.
When we looked for a nursery for our second child, there was not a question that we wanted Bright Horizons as our first place. Our first child loved this nursery, she got a very strong base for Reception. Our second child started here in September 2020 during difficult covid times. We didn’t have a chance to visit his group before he started but despite this he settled very easily. I was surprised by this but made me very happy. He is happy to go to nursery every day.
Our son absolutely loves going to Bright Horizons. His speech and language have really improved, and they have definitely contributed to this. They give excellent feedback and make him feel really welcome. Highly recommended.
Fantastic staff. My child's education has developed quickly whilst being there, and she thoroughly enjoys being with both staff and children. Even during the pandemic, they have been supportive and ensured the children haven't had to feel too disrupted during this complicated time. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting caring staff and a good educational start for your child.
We increased our hours to every morning since January 2020. After 6 months my child was saying he wanted to go to "play with friends" each time we were passing the building. They have lots of variations of cooked from scratch food, snacks and desserts daily to fit even the fussiest (no) eaters. Nursery has strict policies which are always the same for everyone so easy to remember and follow to keep everyone safe eg allergy wise.
Also with time we find our child has speaking daily and the amount of support we received is amazing! All our friends are amazed by the progress of our child so in our opinion, even if you don't live locally it is worth the drive! Our second baby will definitely go there as well with no doubt!
The nursery came highly recommended by several people and we're really happy we chose it.
They are very good at communication and respond to any email straight away.
In general, I am very happy with their service.
He brings home lovely artwork.
He loves to go and see his friends.
We feel relaxed to know that he is being taken good care of and is happy.
The meals are varied and healthy. He has a good appetite for new foods.
The site itself is easy to get to with good parking facilities.
We always recommend the nursery to friends.
Bright Horizons at Trafford Day Nursery and Preschool is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has learning difficulties and I can't express how grateful I am to all the staff who have helped my little girl. Her speech and communication have come on so much since she started. She is so happy when I drop her off and pick her up which says so much about the nursery. All staff are kind, caring, friendly and very supportive and they are brilliant with both children and parents. I 100% recommend this nursery, they have helped my daughter so much. I'm looking forward to sending my youngest here next year.
Great nursery, my son has been there since he was 8-months-old he is now 3 years old. He loves it and I love it, the staff are amazing very attentive and professional. The nursery has a family-like community. Me and my son feel very welcomed.
Amazing nursery with amazing staff. Starting with the manager, always got a smile on her face and very welcoming. My daughter loves her carers so much she hates leaving when I go to pick her up.
I also get email every week with newsletters to read about activities done in each room and what can be done more with kids at home.
My little one is really happy there and would recommend this nursery to anyone.
I have used this nursery for 10 years and have 3 children and a grandchild who have attended. The staff have always been courteous, caring and generally interested in my child. My children have enjoyed coming to nursery and I find they do a lot of activities which are targeted towards my child's interests, they have all made good progress. My youngest son and granddaughter currently attend this nursery and I feel confident they are well looked after so while I am at work I can focus on doing my job. They keep me well informed and there is always chance to speak to their key person. The only thing I would suggest is the outdoor play area could do with updating but aside from this, the nursery is warm, inviting, welcoming and stimulating.
The nurseries Cleanliness, Hygiene, Safety, Activities, Learning, Care, Management and very organised, up to date with everything is amazing.
The staff are brilliant at their job.
My two boys enjoy attending Bright Horizons Trafford Day Nursery with a smile.
My experience with them has always been positive.
My youngest is here at the minute and my eldest has just left. This is by far the best nursery in the area. Every member of the team is like an extended part of the family and have helped my girls immeasurably. They’ve nurtured them mentally and helped them progress so much that my girls are very confident. My eldest transitioned from nursery to discovery and then into reception at school so easily because of the work she was prepared with and my youngest is pretty much ready to follow suit. There is nothing about this nursery that I would say I don’t like. They deserve the commendation of outstanding nursery.
Great overall experience. Detailed tour around the nursery, highly trained nursery staff and an expereinced management team. Settling into the nursery worked well with settling in sessions and a smooth transition. The nursery room was always inviting, the children greeted by happy staff and activities in the room changed frequently to engage the child.
Information shared with parents is good with regular newsletters emailed home and lots of informative resources in the nursery for parents to use. My child is happy here.
Nice pleasant positive learning environment where a diverse collection of children from different cultures, religions all learn together in a great way. Well done.
The nursery is very good. My child started about a year ago and is doing exceptionally well. He has got better with his speech and has learnt animals, numbers and is getting better with his alphabet. He has just started toilet training and really enjoys the days he is there with his new friends. The staff are very helpful as they tent to the children's every need.
