Children 1st Newark Centre Nursery School

My child's key workers have all adhered to high standards and they embrace my child's lovely personality. Some less experienced carers have faltered in their attention to my child. However, overall I have been very happy with the care given to my child to further her development. Thank you!

Overall a brilliant nursery. We looked around other nurseries but nothing compared to Newark Loren’s Children 1st. We tried a different nursery before looking elsewhere which was a bad experience. The staff here are amazing and really has helped with my child’s confidence. She now speaks fluently and is very easy to understand. Didn’t take long to settle in and loves saying goodbye to me whilst she stays and plays. We love to EyLog as we can see how happy she is and how her development is coming along as a family. The staff are very easy to talk to about everything and anything. No issues at all and it was the exact same back in 2013 when my oldest was there.

So happy to be at Newark Town.

My son is really happy at this facility, he loves being there, he is really attached to the staff. He talks about his friends and the staff at the nursery all the time. He has come such a long way since he first started, they have helped him reach important milestones and work towards planned goals. I'm always happy and comfortable knowing that I've left him in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

I've found this nursery has done my son a world of good. He's much more confident in himself. I like the way the nursery runs and deals with any situation that may occur. Would recommend to anyone.

It's an excellent nursery. My son has developed so much in so many ways since starting. All staff are lovely and my son really enjoys attending.

My child loved going to Newark Town nursery! He has learnt so much while being there, and the environment and atmosphere was good. All staff were friendly and so welcoming and I knew my child was in good hands. I always got a good feedback at the end of the day and he always brought some kind of art work home which I loved. The meals were great what was cooked at the setting and a good verity of snacks to take home. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone, and often do brilliant setting and an amazing team.

Our daughter has been attending nursery now for about one year. She has loved coming and really settled in well thanks to all the staff. She has grown in confidence and become a very sociable and independent little girl who always loves going to nursery. As there is always so much for her to do and see, she will only grow and develop further.

My son attended this nursery for 4 1/2 months and during this time I feel that he was provided with quality care by his key worker and other members of staff. I had a good relationship with the staff and was kept well informed of his progress each day. Children 1st have taught him so many things that I thought was impossible to learn or do at his age and for these reasons, I am truly grateful. We miss all of you and wish we were still a part of this nursery.

The nursery was very welcoming. Everyone was cheerful and polite. All areas were clean and tidy and lovely activities throughout my daughter's session. Lovely rooms and interesting displays. All staff very well presented. Menu and snacking area clear for all to see. My daughter always enjoyed her time. Fresh food daily and a very good follower of cultural events within mealtimes and snacks eg Chinese New Year and Thanksgiving etc etc.

When picking up from Children 1st @ Newark Town, all the staff were welcoming and the environment and atmosphere was amazing. My godchild did not want to come home. The activities were really good and always bringing artwork home to show. I would highly recommend to others. Brilliant nursery.

All the staff are very helpful, and very dedicated. Everyone is supported by an excellent management team.

I and my partner were very sceptical with putting our daughter into nursery after viewing a couple and we weren't impressed. We came to Children 1st @ Newark Town and we were so impressed with how professional and welcoming the staff are here. From the moment we came here, (I never leave reviews for anybody) I must give credit where credit is due. I would recommend this nursery to anyone that asks, our daughter has learnt so much since being here and gained a lot of confidence. A big thank you to all the staff that work here.

Such an amazing nursery! My daughter totally loves it there! Very friendly, happy, great food choices, and a good mix of both education and fun! I always recommend Children 1st nurseries if asked and I'll be very sad when we need to stop going. Such amazing staff and it's great having peace of mind that your children are well looked after when having to go to work.

Children 1st at Newark Town has always provided great care and a wonderful environment. My child really enjoys his time at nursery and has made great friends with other children and staff. Learning and development for older children are great and we love that the children are given lots of different opportunities and activities and lots of chances to play in the fantastic outside space.
