In August of last year, I made the difficult decision to place him into the nursery. At the height of the pandemic and as a first-time parent, I had a lot of worries. The staff at Serendipities not only listened to my fears but did everything possible to ensure that the change went as smoothly as possible.
Right in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, these fantastic ladies have supported and helped through everything. They provide a level of care that equals what he would receive at home. I am forever grateful that they made the process easy and continue to provide such outstanding care to my little world. Everything from the meals he eats, to the activities they do, are at an excellent standard.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and are amazing with my 4-year-old son. A wide variety of freshly cooked food and different activities every day. Very clean, excellent communication with staff and family - highly recommended.

Our son has attended the nursery for the past two years and like any parents, we were anxious at first when leaving my son at the nursery. However the family centred approach from all the staff has been excellent from the beginning. The confidence and development of our son has gone from strength to

My son has been going to Serendipitys since he was 9-months-old. He is quite an anxious child at drop off times and always has been, but everyone helps him and me to feel at ease if we are upset. I am always told I can ring up to see how he is at any time, which I often do!
I also work in a nursery,
but not at any point, have I thought of moving my son to my nursery as he is happy. The nursery is small, but that does not stop him from being able to play and learn and be happy. I would recommend Serendipitys to anyone.

The new staff have been fantastic.
The new manager has been brilliant and always keeps me informed on how he is doing and always listens to any concerns I have. Shes always so smiley and he has taken to the change well considering he normally hates change.
Well done to all the staff; he been coming

I’m so glad I picked Serendipitys, Balderton for my (at the time) 9-month-old baby. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much. The communication between parents and staff is also excellent. At first, I was worried about sending my daughter to nursery being so young. However,
I was soon at ease. She absolutely loves it and she’s come on loads since she started. Thank you Serendipitys.

The team go above and beyond with my son and for myself. They help out as best as possible with my rota changes for work, my sons needs are catered for to a very high standard. The time and effort they put into caring and teaching outstand me day by day.

Serendipitys have been nothing but brilliant with our daughter. She absolutely loves nursery and the staff there. They are very flexible and will always help, we have had some tricky times over the last six months due to personal issues and they have supported the family fabulously. I would highly recommend.

Serendipitys have made my son feel so welcome. He's a unique little man that they understand very well. He has special dietary requirements which have never been an issue and handled with vigilance and care. They keep me updated when I am at work which really has helped me go back from maternity leave
and accommodated my shifts which I'm so grateful for. My son was recently poorly and they informed me right away. I drove straight over to get him and felt reassured when I arrived as he was having a hug which is a massive comfort for my son. I've given them excellent throughout.

As a first time mum, I was very nervous about taking my child to nursery, however, the staff and management made me feel a lot more at ease. The nursery is a small nursery which means my daughter has built relationships with the staff in her room and also staff which don't work in her room regularly.
The nursery is a home from home environment which I feel has helped my daughter settle a lot more quickly. The activities the baby room provide are amazing and there is always something different/new for them to do every day. They take the babies out on a walk most days so my daughter is always visiting different parts of the community, library, park, lake to see the ducks. Since starting the nursey back in August 2019 my daughter's development has increased and I really do feel all of the above is a contribution to this.

Couldn't have asked for a better nursery to put my daughter into, it has helped her gain confidence being around other children and really helped with her speech. The staff are really friendly and I always receive a full report of her day. A real homely nursery with lots to do. I feel confident that
I can leave my daughter in a happy fun environment and also learning new things every day.

The nursery is undergoing refurbishment. This is being handled well by all the staff. The children all play well together and have been out on visits to the part, fruit tasting and have been baking regularly. My little boy asks to go to nursery, he enjoys the themed activities each week.

Since my little boy started nursery last year, we have been pleased with the care that has been taken to ensure that he settled well and that he enjoys his time there. Both my husband and I feel that his key workers have taken the time to get to know him, and he has made excellent bonds with them. They
advertise as a 'home from home' setting, and this is one of the reasons we chose this nursery, it is absolutely true, and my little one loves it! He is able to take part in a range of stimulating activities every day, some of which are very messy, allowing him the freedom to explore. Many activities involve being outdoor; which is so important. I personally am very thankful for that level of organisation as it does replicate what we do at home. The staff are warm and welcoming, it is clear that they know the children that they look after. They are very flexible, which is what every parent needs when you have an emergency, and it is always done with a smile.
