My goddaughter absolutely loves going to this nursery, all the staff are amazing and really care about the children. I would recommend this nursery to everyone it really is a home from home.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery. My youngest is still there and my older daughter goes in the school holidays. I've always felt as though my children’s needs have been the main priority. The staff are excellent with all of the children and both my girls have developed great relationships
with them. They are all very approachable and happy to help in anyway they can. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my children here. My youngest has really progressed especially with her language. I would highly recommend this nursery and already have done.

My twin boys have been at Serendipitys since they were 6 months old. They have recently moved into the Pre-school area. Both boys are growing into happy, confident children and I could not have asked for a better group of professionals to help me raise my boys. We will be very sad to leave come September
when they start school.

My son has been at Serendipities for more than 2 years. He really enjoys his days at nursery. The staff are fantastic and very approachable, during his time in Pre-School he has been learning French!
The facilities at nursery are also really good, I could not recommend this nursery more, it and more
importantly the staff looking after my son are amazing.

My son loves going to nursery, he settled in very quickly when he first started and all the staff took the time to know him and his routine. He always has a big smile on his face when I come to collect him. His days are filled with lots varied and exciting activities and they are always trying something
new. I love that even in the baby room they eat meals at a little table just like family meals at home. All the staff are fantastic, they take the time to know each child individually even when they aren't in my son's room. Brilliant nursery, I would recommend it to anyone.

Serendipity's Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton provides a caring, home from home environment that I am more than happy to recommend to other parents.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who go out of their way to ensure children feel secure and loved.
Choosing daycare for your child is one
of the most important decisions a parent has to make. My daughter loves playing and learning at Serendipity's so I know that I made the right choice.

My child has settled very well at Serendipity's Day Nursery and I can not praise the staff enough. The atmosphere is always welcoming and there's always a smile to greet us. The food provided is fresh and healthy. Serendipity's Balderton has supported my daughter and I through a difficult few months
with her diet and heart murmur, they have totally understood my child's situation and have gone out of their way to help. I can't praise this nursery enough and they have made my transition back to work so much easier. Such lovely place for my daughter to make friends and play.

Serendipity's in Balderton is overall an excellent nursery. My son always enjoys the day's he spends there. All the staff are very friendly and really know the children they look after. They always take the time to tell you what your child has been doing and there are a wide range of activities. I felt
very at ease when I left my son for the first time.

My daughter has been attending Serendipitys for two years and absolutely loves both the nursery and the staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to other parents, it has a real family feel to it. The staff there are attentive and take time to understand an individual child's needs
on a daily, ever changing basis. I have no doubt the nursery has aided my daughters development, she is stimulated, social and comes home at the end of every day shattered due to the amount of learning and play she participates in. I would recommend any parent looking for a nursery in the area takes the time to look around and meet the staff at Sarendipitys.

A friendly nursery with caring staff. My 17 month old daughter has settled very quickly and loves her day here. In only a few weeks she is more confident, is feeding herself and trying more food and is picking up new words. We are very happy with the setting and with the feedback we get from the staff

I was quite worried about my daughter starting nursery as she is very clingy to me, as most of the time it's just me and her as her dad works away.
When I first went to look round the nursery it was like stepping into a family home, every single member of staff were so welcoming and friendly, this
made me feel more comfortable straight away, they showed me all round the nursery and went into more detail about what goes on in the baby room, what activitys they do and the daily routine.
I didn't even bother going to look round other nurseries as I just knew this one was 'the one'
My daughter had 3 trial days before she went for the first full day and again the staff were fantastic!! My daughter was very clingy and stayed with me most of the time, the staff tried to involve her with everything which was going on.
The day finally arrived where she was going to nursery for her first day I, as well as this, was also starting my first day at college so as you can imagine I was very nervous, but straight away all the staff made me feel at ease, they don't mind about how many times in the day you ring, they also wished me good luck for my first day at college.


Now 2 months down the line my daughter loves it, she goes to the staff straight away no more tears and I know I don't have to worry about her. Nursery has brought her on so much, she's now able to eat on her own, say more words, since starting nursery she's learnt to walk and she's now not bothered about leaving me.
They have so many different activities which they do with the children such as playing, drawing, walks to see the ducks, playing in the sand, reading books- the list goes on.
The nursery is fantastic and the staff make it even better, and I know my daughter loves it. 10/10 for serendipity

I currently have two children at the nursery. One is about to leave to start her journey into full time school, she has been through the baby, toddler and pre school rooms. Throughout all the rooms the support provided to my daughter has been outstanding. She has engaged well with all the staff members
and she has constantly been occupied whilst at nursery from what she tells me. The staff have a professional approach but maintain a very friendly atmosphere.


My daughter enjoyed it so much that I decided to send my younger daughter as well. I have recommended the nursery to others and those have sent their children. I would highly recommend Serendipity at Balderton.
