Both myself and my partner cannot speak highly enough about Serendipitys Nursery in Balderton. As first-time parents, we were eager to find a home from home approach with a personalised touch. All the staff go above and beyond to make us feel our son is receiving the best possible child care and is
safe. All staff are approachable and accommodating to individual needs, and it is reassuring to see babies and children so happy, calm and clean at several points during the day.
We have been anxious about how our son would cope due to his illnesses, but Serendipitys have tailored his care so it is suitable for his requirements. He has only been there just over a week and did struggle with his settling in days, this was not a problem as more sessions were scheduled which really did seem to help.
Since starting nursery, it is great to hear the variety of activities they do and how children are engaged throughout their day; you even get lovely pictures to cherish! We could not be happier as parents, thank you!

Our son has attended Serendipitys Balderton for just over 2.5-years, and we have always been so glad that we chose here as his nursery.
The staff are fantastic, always friendly and are great at informing us about what our son has been up to each day. It’s a home from home setting, which is what we
wanted, the meal choice is really varied, homemade and well balanced.
They actively encourage our son's interests and have a wide variety of activities to keep him entertained and help him learn and develop.
Serendipitys assign a key person to each child, which we feel is a fantastic way for our son to have a strong relationship with someone who gets to know him really well.

My child is extremely happy here, he eats well and enjoys lots of varied games and learning. He’s often taken on walks to the local pond to get fresh air which is amazing and the staff are very committed to the children's development. I get daily updates on his eating, sleeping and playing habits. Communication

I’ve been nothing but happy with the nursery since the moment we visited. It was a big deal for our son as he’s been home with us for almost 2 years, but the nursery went above and beyond to help him settle in and support us as parents with the transition. The setting is very clean, easy to access and
welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful and experienced with the children. Our son enjoys all his meals, all meals offered are healthy and balanced. The nursery put on a number of events for children and their families to enjoy. We get regular updates and work sent home which is great to see/hear what they’ve been up to. Highly recommend.

Overall, very pleased with the staff and care our little girl receives. She has had some complex dietary requirements but the staff have been brilliant in their vigilance over her diet. My daughter absolutely loves attending nursery.

My child started in 2021 and the change in them has been incredible. Their development since starting has been incredible and their confidence has grown and grown. The staff are amazing, friendly, and keep us informed on what they have been up to. The meals are healthy and there is a great variety.
The nursery has a nice homely feel which was one of the reasons which attracted us to Serendipity's. My child loves going to nursery and most importantly you can tell they enjoy being there. I am so glad we chose to send our child here and couldn’t recommend them enough.

My son is now 17-months-old and started here when he was 8-months. It's great to have a good routine in place from a young age. He has come on leaps and bounds. I genuinely believe being at this nursery has had a huge, positive impact on his development.
The staff are amazing, and I couldn't ask for
more from them. You can see the trust and relationship my son has with them, even with staff that aren't in the same room!
It's a shame the garden area isn't larger, but this is out of the nursery's control, and they more than make up for it with regular trips to the lake and park nearby.
With the daily diary you're given that's completed each day, it's reassuring to know that he's had a great day, eaten and slept well. The staff are extremely accommodating to any preferences you may have, and I always appreciate any advice I ask for with being a first-time mum! They have a lot of time for parents too!

My little boy has been attending since January 2022. I cannot praise the staff enough. He is very shy, and I was apprehensive about leaving him there. The staff were amazing and put both myself and my little boy at ease from the get-go. They are all very caring and supportive, and my little boy's confidence
has grown massively. The nursery is tidy and clean, and all staff present themselves in a professional manner. I've found their communication outstanding, both face to face and via email. The staff provide great opportunities through a large variety of activities, and my little boy always comes out happy and smiling.

My daughter has been attending Serendipitys Balderton since she was 11-months-old. She is now approaching her next step into primary school in September, and I have every confidence she'll succeed at school thanks to her start at nursery. Since day one, the nursery staff have helped her grow, build
her confidence and encouraged her to be amazing. The staff are brilliant and are very passionate about what they do; they are also supportive of every family. It will be a sad day when my daughter leaves nursery to start school, however, I feel truly thankful for all at Serendipitys for building the foundations of my daughter's life.

My little girl had her first day today at nursery. As a mummy, this was one of my hardest days, but from the moment I dropped her off, I felt at ease. All the staff are so nice and welcoming. I called halfway through the day, and again, I felt so much better! They even asked how my day was going, which
I thought was lovely. When I picked her up, she was so so happy! They had printed off photos showing her playing, which were lovely for keepsakes! They also gave me a bunch of flowers from my little one! All these little touches have made such a hard day so nice, and I can’t wait to see and hear about what she gets up to next week! Honestly, I can not recommend them enough!

I have been extremely impressed with Serendipitys. My child started there in 2021, and the change in them is incredible. Their confidence has grown and grown, and their development is going from strength to strength. The staff are brilliant, friendly and communicate well with us, telling us everything
that our child has been up to. The nursery itself has a lovely homely feel, and they keep the children engaged in a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors. The food is excellent - a wide choice and variety of healthy options. We are over the moon that we picked Serendipitys, it has absolutely been the best choice for our family, and we couldn't recommend it enough.

I absolutely love our nursery that we chose for our daughter. It has such a homely family feel to it.
