Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton

All staff are very welcoming and keep up to date on progress.

Since my little boy started nursery last year, we have been pleased with the care that has been taken to ensure that he settled well and that he enjoys his time there. Both my husband and I feel that his key workers have taken the time to get to know him, and he has made excellent bonds with them. They advertise as a 'home from home' setting, and this is one of the reasons we chose this nursery, it is absolutely true, and my little one loves it! He is able to take part in a range of stimulating activities every day, some of which are very messy, allowing him the freedom to explore. Many activities involve being outdoor; which is so important. I personally am very thankful for that level of organisation as it does replicate what we do at home. The staff are warm and welcoming, it is clear that they know the children that they look after. They are very flexible, which is what every parent needs when you have an emergency, and it is always done with a smile.

My daughter has been coming to Serendipitys since July and absolutely loves it. The staff really help her to develop and I feel like the staff and managers really know her. I love seeing the pictures on the nursery social media page to see what she has been up to whilst at nursery.

Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton is fantastic. The staff are all friendly and brilliant with kids. All very approachable and put the children's needs first even if that's just a cuddle when mummy or daddy are leaving. The food is excellent and varied and my daughter always has plenty to tell me as no day is the same and all fun-filled as well as educational.

Very kind and welcoming members of staff. My child always comes home happy and he's come on leaps and bounds since starting, especially with his speech. Really good facilities and so many activities for the children.

Very good, hard-working staff, go above and beyond to give your child the best possible start in early learning. Always willing to work around your arrangements too.

My son left Serendipitys for school last week. He has been there since he was a baby. The staff are all amazing and it's obvious they really care about the children. The rooms are made to feel very homely and relaxing but also have some fantastic activities set up for busy little people. The outdoor area is fabulous and accessed daily and they often take walks to the park etc, so the children get plenty of exercises and fresh air. My son loved the varied and healthy menu too. He would also talk happily about all of the staff members including the cook and the handy man; I think the children feel like part of one big happy family when they are there, which makes leaving them a lot easier!

Amazing nursery, all staff are caring and friendly. Care given is always outstanding, very professional. Children love nursery and brought them on so much socially and with skills to help adapt for school.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds over the times she has been here. The staff are fantastic.

Serendipitys Day Nursery staff have worked so well towards helping my children reach their milestones. They are all lovely and both my children enjoy the nursery. Lovely house, always lots for the children to do.

It is an amazing nursery with amazingly caring staff members. They all know my boys name and make the effort to say hello everyday even if they do not normally look after him. Such a friendly, happy and welcoming place to send my boy.

I wouldn't think of a better nursery to take my child to. All the staff are kind and friendly they are also very understanding which personally, I find amazing.

My little girl has been going to this nursery for the past 6 months and since she has been going, her speech has come on so well. My little girl has had separation issues and since going to this nursery, they have gone out the window.

Since going to this nursery altogether has been the best thing to happen for my little girl. She has come out of her shell, made loads of friends and she loves going altogether she always has a smile on her face whilst I'm dropping her off and when I'm picking her up. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience for her.

All staff are extremely friendly and very professional. The care my granddaughter receives is fantastic. Her individual needs are always met. Food is always freshly made and tasty.

Nothing is ever too much for the staff at Serendipitys, Balderton. Especially in the last few months, I have regularly had to book my son into nursery last minute and on the odd occasion, I have had to move/cancel my son's session/s. They will always try and do what they can to help you.

My son has been coming to the nursery for around 2 years. The girls are always helpful, happy and professional. I feel happy and secure leaving my son in their care.

Our 18month old son started at Serendipity's and I cannot praise the team and environment enough. They really helped to make my son and myself feel happy with him being at nursery. I have seen him develop so much in their care.

This nursery is a real gem- I would highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to Serendipity's Balderton and even shouts excitedly for it as we approach each morning. The staff are very caring and friendly and always happy to help in any way they can to support both my children, even though my eldest is in full-time school. He’s very keen to stay and play at nursery and even offers to help sweep up! The manager at Balderton is brilliant, always helps to brighten my day and send me off to work with a laugh. The toddler room head is fantastic, a very caring lady who my daughter adores - always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my children and I are happy and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Serendipitys nursery really goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend.
