I couldn’t put into words how amazing this nursery is. It says everything when my daughter gets excited the minute we pull up at the nursery, and she never wants to leave. The staff are incredible and have so much care for the children.
The facilities are next to none, and it feels lovely.
The resources
they offer to the children to develop their skills are incredible. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since coming to this nursery, and I wouldn’t wish to send her anywhere else.
Thank you to all the staff for making my daughter feel so comfortable and happy. It’s the best feeling in the world, knowing she’s looked after by the best team.

My little girl loves coming here, and I know she's taken care of. I have no concerns or worries about how she is progressing and is coming on leaps and bounds. The staff really know each child, and you feel like they listen to your worries and concerns and try and help as much as they can.

The staff have been absolutely amazing over the past year; especially with my son's health/behaviour. We couldn't ask for any more care. A member of staff is absolutely incredible. An amazing support and my son loves her so much!

Having been through the pandemic with no interaction with other children, coming to nursery has enhanced his social skills and this is entirely due to the encouragement from the knowledgable and caring staff. It is a pleasure to collect him from nursery as he is excited and happy. The staff here are

The manager and the staff have been great with communication.

Our child has always gone in happily and comes out smiling. He has made some friends and likes to chat about them. The nursery has been supportive of his milk allergy and has provided him with dairy-free alternatives in line with each weekly menu.

My son really enjoys his day at nursery. You can tell by how happy he is when he's picked up and how he smiles at the staff when being dropped off each morning.
It's nice to have a lot of different paintings and drawings that he does so we can share them with the family. I know he loves the singing
and nursery rhymes, as he now tries to teach us how to do it too, amongst various other activities they do daily. On days when the weather allows it, they visit the lake and see the ducks quite regularly, which is nice as it gets them out and about.
It's nice to get a written diary to tell you how his day has been, how he has eaten and slept too.

My little boy really enjoys his time at Serendipitys. They do loads of different activities. The staff are very caring. He particularly enjoys the varied and well thought out menu. I would definitely recommend Serendipitys to anyone looking for high-quality childcare.

My first very positive impression of Serendipitys Nursery Balderton was the way in which they dealt with my daughter’s initial visit when she and her partner were seeking the right nursery for my then six-month-old grandson. Being a first-time mum, she was understandably feeling the ‘guilt’ associated
with having to go back to work and leaving her precious child in another’s care. The team was empathetic, patient and reassuring, helpful in accommodating an early start and finding out as much as they could about my grandson and his routines. The Baby Room impressed his parents too. They were convinced then it was the right place for them, and that has only been confirmed several times over in the ensuing months. When I’m on pick up duty, I am greeted by a friendly, informative nursery nurse, and importantly, a happy child who is clean, well-fed and - if he could talk - he’d be full of tales of an entertaining day.

I am so impressed with Serendipitys and the standard of care they provide for my toddler. She has never been happier in a nursery setting, and her development in all areas has been exceptional as a result of Serendipitys. The staff are very thorough, professional and approachable, communication is always
excellent, and they are very attentive to my daughter's needs, progress and development. They provide an exciting range of leisure, creative, social and educational activities for the children and encourage them all to get outdoors as much as possible. They have a lovely outside and garden area, and also take the children out to local green spaces to explore the natural environment. Their menu is also of a very high standard, and they provide nutritious and healthy meals and snacks for the children. I love the fact that the toddlers sit together around a table rather than in high chairs; such a great way to promote independence and table etiquette. Thank you so much to all the staff!

I’m so glad that we chose this nursery to send our little boy to. From the moment we were greeted by a member of staff on our first look round we knew that we liked the feel and values of Serendipitys.
It feels like a home from home and every member of staff is so welcoming and caring. All the staff
take the time to learn your child’s name and characteristics - even if they don’t work in your child’s room.
I found the thought of going back to work so worrying and I was so guilt-ridden but Serendipitys staff made it so much easier for us as a family. My little boy loves nursery and now gets excited when we pull up outside. The children receive a wealth of experiences from trips to the duck pond to getting messy with the paints.
I couldn’t be happier with our choice and take comfort in knowing he is getting all of his needs met in a loving way while we are at work. Thank you!

The staff are so lovely. Would not like my granddaughter to go anywhere else... she's doing really well attending Serendipitys. They have a varied menu. There are plenty of activities for children of different ages.
