My daughter has received quality care since starting Serendipitys Day Nursery. The staff have informed me of the activities she has been involved in. She has been out on an outing already to see the ducks and spends time outdoors, getting lots of fresh air. Very happy.

Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School have been amazing throughout our daughters time there. All of the staff are very nice and caring and know the children well. They seem to do lots of different activities with the children and the food is really well varied and healthy. They always communicate well
with us about any issues and have always been supportive and offered useful advice wherever needed. I love the small homely feel and feel confident that our daughter is well cared for there.

The staff are extremely helpful and kind. My daughter wants to go to nursery every day when she wakes up. Great facilities. The company is flexible with hours. I can add hours and subtract hours very easily.

My grandson attends Serendipitys and absolutely loves it.
He is always happy when I pick him up; the staff are so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help me.
He goes on regular little outings to the local parks, and I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else.
It is so reassuring that he

My five-month-old loves coming to nursery here; she always greets every staff member with a big smile. It seems like all of the staff in the baby room have a bond with her, and she never fusses no matter who's at the door. We get a detailed handover about her day and also a contact book. I feel very
supported by staff and management and am feeling confident in my choice of nursery.

Serendipitys Day Nursery Balderton is fantastic! You cater for our daughter's everyday needs and have been supporting us as a family with concerns about her motor skills our daughter had. Even encouraged our daughter with fun activities, like riding trikes in the garden to help strengthen her legs!

My granddaughter is in the baby room at Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton. Well, what can I say - what a lovely nursery, very caring ladies in all rooms. They do me a run down every day all about what she has been doing. I am happy to leave her in the morning, and also, she is happy for
me to leave her. I would 100% recommend this nursery if you want special care for your child or grandchild. A big thank you to you all for all you do.

I would recommend Serendipitys to anyone who wants their child to be in a home-from-home, safe, friendly environment. All the staff are super approachable and always help where they can. Since my daughter has been attending, she has grown in confidence and learnt so many new skills in a short space
of time. The handovers, in particular, are never rushed and always have good detail of what been up to during the time in nursery. One lady, in particular, is brilliant, and I always feel assured my daughter is in good hands! Thank you.
