Nene Valley Day Nursery (Northampton)

I can't say a bad word about this nursery, both of my children have attended this nursery and all of the staff are lovely, friendly and very approachable. If I have an issues regarding anything they have always sorted it for me. I fully trust this nursery to look after my children and I am happy that they have taught and supported my children. Would highly recommend this nursery to family and friends.

Nene Valley Child Care has been fantastic. The staff are caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into creating engaging activities for the children every day. Communication with parents is excellent, and the team always keeps us updated on progress and daily activities. It's reassuring to know our child is happy, supported, and thriving there.

The team at Nene Valley have provided so much support and advice since we joined them in September 2024. No matter who you see there is always a smile and every staff member knows every child. My children have both grown so much with the support of the staff and I feel I cannot thank them enough for making us feel welcome and supporting our family through early years.

Everything has been amazing! We are really happy with the care and support our son has had.

We've had such a positive experience with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring and fun, and they always keep us well updated on the children's progress. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and a huge variety of learning areas and toys so the kids are never bored. Healthy, balanced meals are provided, and the whole environment feels warm and supportive. The team made settling in so smooth for both me and my daughter, and they've been wonderful at supporting her transitions into new rooms. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Had a wonderful experience sending my son to Nene Valley nursery. The staff there really took care of him and helped him gel well with other kids. It was great seeing my son grow from a shy boy to one who is comfortable expressing himself.

My son started this nursery about 3 months ago and since then he's been thriving, he always comes home happy. His key worker Sally is so lovely and helpful and I can see the bond they have which makes me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has a lovely time at nursery, I get regular pictures and a really good handover of what he has been up to. They also update the app in real time so I can see what he has eaten and when he slept- which makes planning bedtime easier! They are very thorough whenever we have needed accident forms and always phone if there has been a bump to the head.

My so happy go to nursery, he like playing, listening when reading books, Every day there are different activities, Helps children feel good in nursery. We so happy when we chose this nursery. Thank!

My child is always super happy going into nursery and it's thanks to the staff in the ladybird room, they are always happy to see him and always make us feel so welcome. My child is always keen to get into nursery and explore. He loves every practicioner in the ladybird room and they all take the time to teach him new skills which I really appreciate. He has the most amazing bond with his key person who we appreciate more than anything as she has made his nursery experience so positive so far. When I pick him up he is always busy playing and exploring and interacting with the practicioners and other children. They follow his routines and support his development in every way possible. I am so happy he attends Nene Valley because I know he is always safe and well looked after. Thankyou so much.

The ladybird keyworkers all engage with him and his additional therapy needs and care planning. They provide excellent care and I feel that he is safe in their hands. The ladybird team have supported his development and progress. The staff have taken the time to get to know him recognising his strengths and adapting activities to ensure participation.

My second child is in the nursery now and is thriving here. She is happy to come in and theres a great range of activities on offer each day.

My daughter loves the staff and environment here and I can't wait to send my second little girl here. Staff are so friendly that my partner can't leave without being social which is nice to see. They help with any issues. The environment is secure and enjoyable, always clean and new staff even try to personalise to the children.

All of the staff invest their time with my boy. He's bouncing and always smiling and laughing when I pick him up. He shows more curiosity which is what we love, a recent health professional at a hearing test said his use of language is amazing. This is because he's in a stimulating environment which encourages his communication skills to improve every day he's at nursery. The staff are adaptable and caring and even ask how my family are which keeps us connected. They laugh with me on pick up and drop off and always have something different and funny to tell me. I'm confident that this nursery will help my boy move into the bigger world for school. Where he will join his older siblings. The food is amazing and is nutritional, it's cooked fresh on-site and they also celebrate different culture events throughout the year. There has been new staff recently who have joined who are polite and honest, this is what we like. Parking safer and easier for dropping and picking up.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. My child's development has improved immensely. They feed the children healthy, nutritious meals.
