St George's Nursery (Aylestone)

After viewing the nursery and hearing positive reviews through word of mouth, my child started in November 2021. He has settled in so well and is extremely happy when at nursery. The nursery has communicated well with me and always been there to reassure me with any anxiety I have with this being my first child and first time at nursery. I would definitely recommend. The staff are friendly, helpful and interact so well with my son, which is a great reassurance for me.

Good supportive staff, very safe environment my daughter has learnt so much since starting here highly recommended. Only thing I think needs to be more regular is the cleaning. But overall the staff are lovely, the facilities are good and it's very clear the children are learning and are in a very safe environment.

The kids love it.

All the staff are lovely, kind and always happy to help. My child settled in very quickly and loves going to nursery. They do yoga, which he very much enjoys and always comes home and shows us what yoga positions he's been doing. We have never had any issues, and if there was, I feel very confident that they will get dealt with. Overall, a very good nursery I extremely recommended and will definitely be enrolling any future children there.

We had been apprehensive about our daughter starting nursery, but she loves it here. She has been attending for over a year, in which she has massively grown in confidence and independence.

There are lots of activities; the children are always engaged and entertained. The carers genuinely like the job, and the kids and caring for them. Dead impressed.

As a student nurse, it is so nice having one less thing to worry about during the current climate. My daughter is in a safe, supportive environment and is flourishing. My daughter has been attending nursery for almost a year now, and she loves it. The staff really take the time to get to know each child and spend time with them. Fantastic nursery with amazing staff. My daughter loves to go there every day, and she comes home happy. She learned so much since she started. They keep you updated every day about your child. During the covid, they have been very professional with drop-offs and pick-ups. Thank you for all the members of staff for the good job they do every day.

My 11-month-old daughter has recently started attending the nursery. Despite not being used to anyone else caring for her (due to lockdown), she has settled in amazingly well. The staff have been brilliant in helping to relieve my anxieties about her starting and fantastic in helping her settle quickly into the nursery.

My two children have been going to St George's Nursery for around a year, and they both love it. They attend nursery four and five days a week, they are great with both one in the babies room 1-year-old, and she is in such a great routine and eats everything, which is helpful as a busy parent for when home. My 3-year-old is in the preschool room and is currently toilet training, which they are consistent with, they also encourage his pack lunch as he can be a fussy eater. They enjoy nursery, and I would strongly recommend St George's.

This nursery is a fantastic place to send your child when in need of childcare. My son loves it here; he has been going since he was two and has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are so friendly and amazing.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 10-months-old. He loves it. There are always lots of fun activities for him to do each day. The food is excellent and varied, and the staff are amazing too.

I’m so impressed with the staff at St George’s nursery. Since my little one started, I’ve seen a significant improvement with his confidence and speaking ability.

The staff take the time to discuss the kids day at pickup, which helps with development discussions.

Fantastic nursery. The manager and her team are really friendly, and my son loves going to the nursery. He has settled in quickly and come on leaps and bounds in the short time he has been attending. I feel safe sending my son there during the pandemic also. Communication is great. I would recommend to anyone.

So pleased with our decision to send our two children to St George's. They are absolutely thriving in the two months they've been attending. I've noticed a massive positive impact on their behaviour at home and they engage in games and activities in ways they didn't before they started. They absolutely love it and we have felt so at ease sending them in. Excellent communication to parents, I can keep up to date with what the kids are doing throughout the day and how much they've eaten etc and get a little day summary when I pick them up. All the staff are absolutely lovely and I would 100% recommend the nursery to anyone in the area.

They are brilliant and friendly and I shall be sending my daughter there next.
