My son has been attending st Georges Nursery for just under a year and in September he is off to school. He had a wonderful time here and the staff are really amazing. I never had an issues while my son was here. Would definitely recommend to other parents

Our son who is now 4, has been attending St George's Nursery since late last year, and I can't express enough how grateful we are for the care and support he has received. When he first joined, he had some developmental delays and challenges with speech and language. As parents, we were naturally concerned,
but from the very beginning, the team at St George's made us feel welcome, reassured, and supported.
The staff have shown incredible patience, warmth, and dedication. They took the time to truly understand our sons needs and worked closely with him, helping him grow in communication, and social skills. The progress he has made over the past few months has been remarkable - he has improved in leaps and bounds, not just in his understanding, but also in his behaviour and overall development.
It's clear that the ladies at the nursery genuinely care about the children and are passionate about what they do. They've created a nurturing environment

My son (2 years) started nursery here a little over a month ago and at the beginning he was very anxious and he cried a lot. But after the first 2 weeks he's settled right in and enjoying it a lot more. I believe it's because of how caring and attentive the staff members are. He's talking a lot more
and overall he's a lot more confident now.

One of the best nursery's I have visited whilst looking for a placement for my son. He attends 3 days a week and always asks to come back! Constant updates and photos of my son playing and enjoying his time with his friends! A lovely friendly environment and the staff are absolutely fantastic they made
me feel so much at ease on his first week there! Couldn't ask for a better nursery for him to attend, will certainly be sending my second born too!

As a first-time mum returning to work, I was really nervous about finding the right childcare but something about St George's Nursery just stood out to me. I knew this was the kind of environment where my child, even as a little one unaware of his surroundings, would feel comfortable and safe.
From
that moment on, I have been nothing but impressed. St George's Nursery deserves all 5-star reviews. The way they care for your child's development, the interactions between staff and children, and the constant updates they provide for parents are all exceptional. As a working parent, it's so important to me to stay informed about my child's milestones, and at St George's, I never feel like I'm missing out.
For any parent, especially those feeling unsure about childcare options, I highly recommend St George's Nursery. The staff, from the office management to the team in the 'Bunnies' room, are fantastic. St George's will always have my highest recommendation.

We have been coming to this nursery for 2 years now. Although English is not our child's first language, the staff has been very open to helping and involving him in games and activities. And us, the parents, whenever we had questions or concerns they have always welcomed us warmly and answered every

My child's speech was a bit delayed and they had put plans in place for my son and also involved me in his journey. He used to not play with the kids much but the staff always assured me he was going to and he did. My son was happy to go to the nursery every day. Thanks for the support

Our Daughters development is thriving with her time at St George's Nursery. She loves attending and adores her Teachers.
She learns new things every day, and her manners and politeness are great. She has made some fantastic friends at the Nursery. It will be sad when she leaves for School.

We enrolled our daughter in this nursery in September when she was just 14 months old. Initially, we were very apprehensive about sending her to nursery at such a young age, but the experience has been nothing short of amazing.
The staff have been incredibly supportive and attentive, making her transition
smooth and enjoyable. She has shown significant developmental progress since starting and always gets excited to attend nursery. It's a joy to see her so happy when we pick her up at the end of the day.
The team keeps us well-informed about our daughter's day, including updates on her meals, nappy changes, and the activities she participates in. It's so reassuring to know she's in such caring hands.
Our daughter is part of the baby group, where three members of staff in particular do a wonderful job of creating a nurturing and engaging environment. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parents considering childcare for their little ones.

Pros: Clean facility, friendly staff.
Cons: Poor transparency with fees and policies, inflexible childcare hours. Despite the past issues and current promotions offering better terms, my experience was less favourable. Charged a non-refundable deposit and additional fees without proper prior disclosure,
leading to a decision to find other childcare provider.
For those considering this nursery, secure all terms in writing and verify financial obligations thoroughly to avoid similar issues. Be cautious of policy inconsistencies and ensure that the service terms meet your family's needs before committing and before sending the deposit.

My son started nursery in September, it was the first time him being away from me since he was born so it has been quite scary for him. Since he started coming to this nursery he has become so much more confident. He loves! His teachers and always comes home speaking about them and looking at their
photos, his vocabulary has become so much wider and I can't thank his class teachers enough. I am so pleased I chose this nursery, I was nervous at first but seeing his photos every day honestly makes me think I made the best choice for him. If you are worried or unsure please please have a look around this nursery is more than just a place for kids to play the staff are amazing! And it's a really lovely atmosphere!

Since attending St George's Aylestone, our son has made amazing progress in communication and interaction. He loves all the staff and enjoys all his meals. It has been a huge relief being able to send him somewhere so nurturing and safe since returning to work. A lovely team behind a lovely nursery.

Our 19-month-old has been attending for about nine months now. Apart from the tearful drop-offs, he seems to thoroughly enjoy it. He comes home saying new words and singing new songs, and you can see how the nursery is helping him develop. The staff have been really supportive of him as sometimes he
can be a little needy. We are very happy with the nursery, and in particular, a couple of the staff members, which I'm not allowed to mention on here.

Working with children is all I have ever known and done since leaving school at 16. I love to see the children progress throughout their time at nursery, and experience all of the milestones with them and their families.


I started working in childcare in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice role, which has allowed me to experience.


I chose St. George’s because I feel like my passion and beliefs align with what theirs, and I always know that if I would be happy to leave my child in the setting I am at that I am working in the right place and that’s the way I feel about St. George’s.
