My daughter has been going to St George’s for the past few months, and since starting there, she has come on leaps and bounds. She would never leave my side before, but she has grown in confidence and just loves other people now. Her development skills have really come on since starting nursery too.
All
the staff are so kind and caring; it is clearly evident that they love their job and the children. Like all parents, I was anxious about leaving my child at nursery, but I didn’t need to worry; I know my daughter is safe and loves her time there. At the end of the day, when I pick her up, she is full of smiles. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

My son has come on so well since being at nursery for over a year now. Most of the staff are really nice, and some have helped me and my son on his journey at nursery! All facilities are great, and my son really enjoys his time here and runs in every time he goes and comes out smiling as well. Happy

Amazing! I cannot recommend St George's Nursery enough. My daughter has been attending for a month now and absolutely loves it. The staff are so welcoming to both my daughter and myself. You can feel how much they care for the children. And the app is incredible.

Our daughter has been at this nursery for five months. We have been really impressed with her development since attending. Our daughter really enjoys coming to the nursery twice a week; she has a lovely bond with the staff, especially her key workers. The app is regularly updated, so we know what she

Our daughter has been attending St George's Nursery for a year now, and we definitely made the best decision. She started when she was ten months old in the bunnies. The nursery staff have always been amazing; they care about my daughter's development and well-being. We always receive an update every
day on the app and a very detailed handover when picking her up. My daughter now attends three days a week, and the changes in her are big! She's happy, she eats well, and her development has come on really fast. All the nursery staff are very approachable, happy and smiley.

My son attends St George’s in Aylestone, and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. It’s the same nursery I went to as a child, and the staff have always been so friendly and loving to not only my son but to myself as well. My 2-year-old started in January, and from day one, he is absolutely into it. He wakes up easily at 7-am to get ready for it and can't wait at the nursery door to get in. Has his favourite members of staff, and I'm happy to see him happy. Also, the app is great to see how he is doing and everything
else. Communication has been great. Although my little one doesn't speak, I see him happy, and that's the most important thing for me. Great place to send your little one. I'm very happy that I chose this nursery, and I have been given this opportunity to send him into the nursery at the age of two.

After viewing the nursery and hearing positive reviews through word of mouth, my child started in November 2021. He has settled in so well and is extremely happy when at nursery. The nursery has communicated well with me and always been there to reassure me with any anxiety I have with this being my
first child and first time at nursery. I would definitely recommend. The staff are friendly, helpful and interact so well with my son, which is a great reassurance for me.

Good supportive staff, very safe environment my daughter has learnt so much since starting here highly recommended. Only thing I think needs to be more regular is the cleaning. All the staff are lovely, kind and always happy to help. My child settled in very quickly and loves going to nursery. They do yoga, which he very much enjoys and always comes home and shows us what yoga positions he's been doing. We have never had any issues, and if there was, I feel very confident
that they will get dealt with. Overall, a very good nursery I extremely recommended and will definitely be enrolling any future children there.

We had been apprehensive about our daughter starting nursery, but she loves it here. She has been attending for over a year, in which she has massively grown in confidence and independence.


There are lots of activities; the children are always engaged and entertained. The carers genuinely like the

job, and the kids and caring for them. Dead impressed.

Sian Hickey

Job Title: Nursery Business Manager Joined: 2024

Working with children is all I have ever known and done since leaving school at 16. I love to see the children progress throughout their time at nursery, and experience all of the milestones with them and their families.


I started working in childcare in 2012 and have worked my way up from an apprentice role, which has allowed me to experience.


I chose St. George’s because I feel like my passion and beliefs align with what theirs, and I always know that if I would be happy to leave my child in the setting I am at that I am working in the right place and that’s the way I feel about St. George’s.
