Children 1st Leicester Nursery School

The staff are all friendly and I would recommend this nursery to all my friends and family

My child has been going to this nursery since 2015 November when she was 2.5 years old. I first tried sending her for 3 weeks to another nursery nearby where she would never adjust. Whereas the staff at Children 1st assured me that she would be fine and like they promised, she got settled within very less time and since been going there. Her habits, speech and behaviour have definitely improved and the credit goes to the team at Children 1st Leicester. She even enjoys the fresh food served there. Will surely recommend to anyone living nearby.

They have a great range of equipment to help develop their skills and knowledge. Would recommend this nursery over all others we have used.

Good and friendly staff, always with a smile on their face. My child is well looked after. I always know he is in good hands whenever I leave him at the nursery. I do not stress or worry when I am away from him. So well done keep up the good work.

We have recently recommended Children 1st to our friend after she was struggling to find somewhere she felt comfortable to leave her child. She was so pleased when she visited she now sends her son.

As soon as I visited I knew that this was where I wanted my daughter to go whilst I was at work, and a few weeks in I can say I am really happy that I chose this nursery. My daughter loves all the different activities they do, loves her key worker and loves the food. All the staff are genuinely lovely and I feel totally at ease when my daughter is there as I feel the staff really care for her and have affection for my daughter. I recommend to everyone I know who is looking for childcare.

My daughter has gained so many invaluable skills since coming to the nursery. All staff seem to have a genuine passion for working with children and are always stimulating and encouraging child development. I like the way that the nursery promotes and celebrates all different cultures with educating the children through fun activities. Overall fab nursery and I have already recommended to 3 friends who's children now go to the nursery.

Hi, my son has been at Riverview for 3 years and loves nursery and has built some very close relationships with both staff and children. Baby room and early years have been outstanding in looking after my son. His reading and writing level is fantastic and this is due to the hard working staff in early years. More trips please! Cameras- no consultation!!

As first time parents we were naturally cautious about our chosen nursery however from the moments we looked round Children 1st we knew it was the perfect place for out little boy. It's light and airy and the baby room has amazing sensory experience. The staff are so friendly and are always happy to put your mind at ease, we were welcome to ring as much as we wanted. Our little boy has developed so well since starting there and we feel like they tailor the play to his personality as they do with all the children. I cannot praise them enough.

We are very lucky to have found such an amazing nursery and that is mostly down to the staff and the way they nurture all the children, teach them great moral standing and inspire them to be individual.

My two boys attended the nursery. My eldest just entered school and I'm sure that he has adapted well to it because of the great experience that he had in the early years group. My youngest has been there for 2.5 years. The staff are extremely friendly and they supported us throughout his journey from baby to toddler. I feel that they are in a secure and loving environment. They love the food and their activities. Both my sons developed friendships, great progress and really enjoyed their time there.
