Charnwood Nursery & Pre-School (Thurmaston)

My daughters have been attending Charnwood Nursery and Pre-school for 5 years and 2 years respectively. I have no complaints with the care and teaching they receive. The staff are always helpful and caring and go out of their way to make the children and parents feel comfortable.

Both my children have attended the nursery for many years. I am really happy with the setting, it feels like a 'home from home'. It's comforting that the nursery has retained the same staff for a long time. It's a nice place and overall I'm very happy.

My daughters' have both always loved their time at nursery and I can head to work feeling completely guilt free!

Since enrolling my daughter into this nursery we have been overwhelmed by the progress she ahs made. She is always welcomed by a big smile by the staff and I leave her feeling assured she is in safe hands. Cannot praise this nursery enough.

My child has attended Charnwood Pre-school and nursery since 2014. During this time she has developed into a confident and well-rounded child. The nursery uses technology to update parents such as a facebook style blog record, which means I can see her day whilst I am at work. They have lots of trips out in the local area, offer a broad curriculum to develop personal, social and moral development and have an open door response to any concerns. The parent breakfast are an amazing start to the day too, I will miss my bacon.
