My son has an allergy and this has always been dealt with sensitively and professionally. He has recently been diagnosed with a degenerative bone condition and as soon as we made the nursery aware they got in touch to arrange a meeting to discuss an action plan to manage it. The staff are kind, caring, creative, helpful, willing to listen and learn and each child is an individual they want to help develop and grow.
The management team are passionate about childcare, continually challenging themselves to learn and deliver more.

I would unreservedly recommend this nursery to anyone and we are already trying to get our unborn baby’s name down on the list for a place!

The staff are so good that my children (when younger) referred to their key workers as 'mummy' - this gave me confidence that every time I dropped them off they were in good hands and that they were happy.
Through the years I have seen massive emotional, intelligent and social developments in the kids - which if they were just in a home setting would have come later down the line. I feel attending Charnwood has excelled their learning and development.
Lastly, as a parent, I wonder how they are getting on through the day. Whenever I phone I'm always greeted with a happy positive attitude and not the 'you're calling again...'. They always answer my questions and make me feel at ease.

I would just suggest they encourage children washing their hands and face more often.
