Charnwood Nursery & Pre-School (Thurmaston)

What a wonderful setting for my daughter. We are so pleased with all areas. My daughter's development since being with you is testament to that. Keep doing what you're doing.

Great team at Charnwood Nursery. My son settled in really quickly and has developed so much.

Since my son has attended his speech has come on in leaps and bounds, his behavior at home has become a lot more positive. The staff are always polite and helpful on collection and my son always looks forward to nursery.

My daughter joined Charnwood Nursery in January. She loves coming to nursery and playing with all the friendly staff and children. The staff at Charnwood Nursery always go out their way to help every child.

Overall, a fantastic nursery that I would recommend to anybody. A great learning experience for the children that is focused entirely on them.

I have been using the nursery for almost 3 years now and I am really happy with the quality of care and professionalism from the staff. Both my children love attending the setting and I have seen them progress well with their development. The nursery provides various learning styles, including forest school which my eldest really enjoys. I leave my children at the nursery in the knowledge they are well cared for so thank you Charnwood Nursery!

Feel very happy leaving my baby here daily as the rooms are open, clean and have a rotation of good toys. Staff are always available to listen, ask how my baby/myself/older children are. Via the app, I receive updates on how my baby is doing which is nice especially when I see a pic of him enjoying himself in the setting when I'm away at work. I never feel rushed if I need to talk to staff and staff know me and the older children by name.

Amazing staff that looks after my little girl brilliantly. I have to travel far from home to get to Charnwood Nursery but I wouldn't have my daughter anywhere else. Thank you and Merry Xmas.

My child has recently changed rooms and she is really not very good with change. She seems to have coped really well with it and seems happy thanks to the staff.

Overall an excellent, friendly nursery that has seen my daughter flourish and given me peace of mind.

They do so much with the children to make learning fun.

My children have been at this nursery from 9 months up to school age, they are well looked after and all carers are really nice and really good with the children.

Tiny tots has been a great experience, where we have seen our child develop and progress. She has learnt a lot and the teachers have been amazing with updates and pictures. Mini Explorers has also been a good experience and our child is doing a lot more exploring which is developing her abilities, however, we would welcome more picture and communication, so we can see what she gets up to.

My little one absolutely loves attending pre-school. Everyone is so welcoming! They cannot do enough for you! My little one has come on leaps and bounds and has a lot more confidence thanks to this nursery. All five of my children have attended and there was no way I was sending them anywhere else!

My daughter settled very quickly in Tiny Tots because of the care and attention she received from the staff. She really enjoys the stimulating and nurturing environment provided at Charnwood.

The outdoor garden and equipment is fantastic. Far better than previously used nurseries/pre-schools for my older two children. I will be upset when my children leave next year to go to school as they love it at Charnwood Nursery and the staff always bring the best out in them. Well done to you all.
