Bright Horizons Hinckley Day Nursery and Preschool

A really amazing nursery and preschool. We have had two children there over the last seven years, and our experience has been great. Kind, friendly staff and a lovely environment. I've never once worried or had any concerns.

I cannot praise this nursery enough. They have been brilliant with my little girls since she started at nine and a half months (now two). She has thrived in the warm and caring environment the nursery offers. I have every confidence her learning and development will continue and prepare her so well for school.

All in all, we are grateful for all their support and hope that we can stay with them until school starts!

Would highly recommend this nursery! Our 14-month-old son absolutely loves it here; he enjoys exploring, reading books, making friends and trying lots of new delicious foods. The staff always go above and beyond and are so kind.

Big shout out to the staff in the Baby room, they are massive credits to the team!

The nursery has been amazing for our little one so far. Encouraging her to become more independent. She struggles with eating and has vastly improved. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and caring.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Hinckley enough! They have been absolutely amazing the past four years my daughter has attended, giving her the solid foundation and development to move on to school. The staff are so polite, friendly, understanding and most importantly supportive of me as a parent too. They work with the parents to fully know the child and I honestly trust them like family with my daughter. They have handled the pandemic superbly to ensure the safety of everyone, without disrupting the children too much. I really am looking forward to my son going too, so that he can experience it too.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since 2018. All the staff she has come into contact with have been fantastic and she has built great relationships with them all. She always looks forward to going and we have never had any moans or groans from her. The nursery and their staff seem to have coped and done a great job over the past year with all the problems associated with COVID and there has been minimal disruption to the overall service as a result.

My experience with Bright Horizons Hinckley is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and kind and the management are always happy to help and are accommodating. My daughter enjoys her time at the nursery so much and has benefitted in terms of development and social skills. This is down to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and I would highly recommend it. The management team are amazing, as well as other colleagues. I’m always updated every session and also given a very friendly during handover. My son really enjoys going and is progressing every day.

Cannot fault this nursery. We are always grateful for the choice myself and my husband made, so glad we chose this nursery. The nursery has been so beneficial to my son and me. They guided us through when my son's having difficulty with speech and gave lots of extra support. They always go the extra mile, sending home nice cards gifts with children and decorating entrance even through the pandemic. Communication is great. A-star nursery and each and every member of staff!

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery. She only attends once a week, but she looks forward to it every Friday. She's come on lots since returning from lockdown, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives from the girls while shes there. I love to see what she's been up to each week and hear about how her little personality has them laughing. I feel like I'm completely kept in the loop with her development, and know if I have any concerns, someone is always there to help whether it be by email phone or in person. Couldn't recommend Bright Horizons enough.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. Our daughter LOVES going to nursery! The activities are suited to develop each child to bring out the best in them. Receiving regular telephone updates to see how she gets on is such a plus. We feel very involved, even with COVID restrictions. Couldn’t recommend this nursery more! We are so pleased.

We’ve had 3 of our children attend this nursery from when they were babies and I’m so glad we found it! The staff is excellent, always so helpful and attentive to our children’s needs. The children have so many activities to do and so much to learn. We love looking at their work and progress through the nursery app and online journal.

Our daughter had her first day today. She went in a little upset but came out beaming with smiles and stories from the morning. We are so happy she enjoys her time there. Thank you so much!

I was so nervous about sending my one-year-old to nursery and spent a while researching which one to choose. I am so glad I chose Bright Horizons Hinckley. They have been amazing and done everything possible to put me and my son at ease. They have great communication and organisation. I get lots of feedback and pictures about my son's progress and most importantly my son loves going.

Experience with Asquith Windmill Pre-School & Day Nursery has been fantastic over the years. All staff are very friendly and professional.

Our child is happy to come to this nursery and we are confident that all of her needs are being met and she is making good progress across all areas of the Early Years Curriculum. We are very happy at the level of challenge eg learning French, use of phonics. We fell that the nursery is ensuring she is ready for her first year at school. A warm, caring and welcoming nursery.
