Busy Bees Derby Silvertrees

We couldn't recommend Busy Bees Silvertrees enough! The staff always go out of their way to help and our girls absolutely love going to nursery, which I think speaks volumes. They've formed a lovely bond with all the staff and children.

Great environment. Staff are all very friendly and encouraging. Feel very reassured that my daughter is having a well structured day, with lots of fun. She is always very happy and keen to attend. Communication levels are fantastic.

The busy bee staff at silvertrees have done such an incredible job with Archie. The difference in him from when he first started in Jan 2026 has been immense. His development has increased 10 fold and he's becoming a more rounded toddler because of them.

I have been bringing my children to Silvertrees for almost 8 years now (2 children of different ages) and the only thing that I can say is that they are amazing. The staff care for your children as if they are their own and the children know it. The kids are always happy when they come home and tell stories of the brilliant day they have had. Silvertrees is family for your child, and I will always be grateful for the care and compassion they put into every day.

My son has been going to Busy Bees for around a year and a half and has really progressed in every way. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and inclusive. They have been very accommodating and create lots of different activities and outdoor play. The food is brilliant as it's a variation throughout the week and I feel that my son is safe and happy in the care of the team as when I pick him up he's always happy and has always had an action packed day. I would definitely recommend this nursery if you want genuine staff that clearly care for the children, and if you want them to thrive in a nurtured calm environment full of lots of activities.

Great for drop offs at 7.30am

All of the staff go above and beyond when caring for my daughter. They are always very supportive of her development and help reinforce the things we are working on with her at home. Thank you for everything !

I am very pleased with how the staff interact and look after the children. I know 100% that my boys are being looked after very well. A well structured and organised nursery. The menu is fantastic, I know my boys are eating healthy and varied food.

.if she is poorly they ask about her and check in. The only issue I have is the food being in benefits and paying for food is very hard to afford however I make it happen as she loves nursery and I know it isnt a nursery issue it is wot it is n can not be helped by them .

Since Ava has started nursery here at busy bees she instantly made great connections with all the staff in her room . The girls who look after Ava are amazing with her and have such a special bond between one another and there go above and beyond for the children always. They are constantly doing different things and learning new things and they listen to the parents if there is anything they ask if the staff to do they do it no question asked. All the staff are friendly and always professional at all times . Ava is thriving at this nursery she's such a confident little lady and her speech has massively improved and is achieving all her milestones at this nursery and she loves it and enjoys going to see her friends and the girls who look after her and can't wait to watch her grow even more and learn more new things .

I am very pleased with the Busy bees nursery, my son is always happy there and goes there with a smile on his face. He enjoys playing outside and playing with his friends. He learn a lot from there..

The nursery are incredibly supportive and have helped our Son progress academically and socially. The communication between staff and parents could not be better. Anytime we have communicated areas we would like them to support with e.g potty training, independently putting on his own shoes and writing his name, they have been completely on board with this. The Manager is always flexible with booking sessions in some cases at very last minute requests. The staff and the manager create a lovely inclusive culture for all the children and are always willing to help. The only area for improvement is the afternoon dinner at 1530. The meal is always healthy but very light. Overall, we are very happy with the care they give to our Son and will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Amazing nursery and amazing staff! The care and attention they give everyday to the children is second to none. My child smiles everyday when we pull into the car park and can't wait to get in to see the staff everyday! The amount of activities they do weekly is fantastic finding different holidays throughout the year they can focus on with learning through fun! Would recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a fun, caring and attentive nursery!

My Son has been at the nursery for nearly a year now and is so happy there! All the staff are brilliant with him and have made him feel safe and at home whilst in an early learning environment. My son really enjoys the outdoor play area and insists on exploring 1 last time at every pick up.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees nursery and have received excellent care and support. You can see that the staff go above and beyond for every child. Both of my children enjoy/have enjoyed their time at nursery and as parents, we could not have asked for more from a setting!

Truly pleased with my son's experience at Busy Bees Silvertrees. They inform me every day about what he eats and how he's been. Since joining, my son has also learned a lot and developed his language skills.

My son has been attending Silvertrees since September 2024. The settling in process was amazing, I met all the staff in the baby room and his key worker. I receive regular updates about my child's day when they are posted on the app along with pictures of my son enjoying the many activities they do together. The staff are amazing! They have created a strong relationship with my son and always take the time to talk to me. I would recommend Busy Bees Silvertrees.

The water drainage in the outdoor area is poor and needs work.
