Busy Bees Matlock

Our daughter has just graduated from pre-school after 3 happy and fun years at Treetops. She started in the baby room aged 11 months and hasn't had a day she's not enjoyed since! We'd like to give a massive thank you to all of the Matlock staff, past and present, for nurturing our daughter and making her time at Treetops truly enjoyable. You've helped make her the gorgeous, kind, little girl she is today.

As a mother every day I drop off my son and when I pick him up I am reassured he's had a great day at nursery. With an on-site chef who cooks freshly balanced meals. I trust he gets fed well. All the staff are friendly and you can see they are dedicated to the children in their care.

To leave your child with complete strangers requires great trust. In my experience, not only the key worker and 'Bear Cub staff' but ALL staff know my son's name and show him great care and affection. He is thriving as an individual and developing a great personality and I have no doubt that this is due in part to the support he receives at the nursery. I have recommended Treetops (Matlock)to other parents based on our experience of the wonderful staff for which this job is a real vocation. Thank you for all your care and attention.

The facilities cater for the children brilliantly and they are never short on things to do and learn.

My Daughters thoroughly enjoy going to nursery. The staff spend the time getting to know the children and care form them on a personal level. The activities are varied and they get plenty of outside time which they love. The nursery provided the opportunity for the whole family to be involved with special workshops for the children to enjoy with their parents and grandparents. The pre-school room really prepares the children for the outside world and for school.

The staff are just lovely and my daughter is happy, safe and comfortable with them. They are encouraging and nurturing and have her best interests at heart. We have seen her develop lots since being in her current class and her key worker is just fab! So are all the staff! They would be even 'fabber' if they made her walk!

Treetops, Matlock has a fantastic outdoor space and our little boy loves playing outside. He would be there all day if he could. I am very happy with the caring and friendly attitude of the staff at Treetops, Matlock.

I was particularly impressed when the new manager put on an open evening to meet her and discuss any changes to the nursery. It was a great opportunity to be better connected and informed which we really appreciated.

She is excited to move to the preschool room and will hopefully attend the swimming lessons they have on offer, where the staff take them to the Arc on a Friday morning.

A really great nursery that I have recommended to many people. The staff are very caring and really listen. The facilities are excellent and the children's activities are very varied. My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old and I can truly say Treetops (Matlock) has played a huge part in shaping the little 4-year-old boy he is now.

My son is now in the 2s room he has been coming to the nursery from 5 months old. He has enjoyed every room he is very close to the girls that have looked after him which makes it easier for me to leave him. He enjoys most of the meals. I don't think it's the cleanest place but it's not too bad (mainly the floors) but I am glad they are spending time with the kids instead of cleaning.

I would/have recommended the nursery to friends. I just hope the price stays the same as a single parent I am finding it hard with the increases.

Staff are super friendly and professional. My little boy started there at six months and has always loved it there. He has really benefited from the stage rather than age rooms, and the transition between staff and rooms was handled really well.

I have a very pleasant experience with Treetops Day Nursery. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Children have a big variety of toys and activities. Outside area has amazing playground and every single room has its own little library. Children always have healthy food and water access all day. My boys will be very happy here.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 11 months old, she is now nearly three and seems to get a lot of learning experiences and skills from coming here. The staff are always friendly and know all the children by name. My youngest daughter will be coming to Treetops as well, she is having her settling in sessions and seems very happy here already. As a family, we are very happy with this nursery.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the care the staff at Treetops Day Nursery have given to our son from being a baby in lion cub room, right through to preschool. The staff go above and beyond to provide a caring and nurturing environment for the children to thrive in. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Lovely nursery, lovely staff. My little boy is always excited to get there in the morning and settled very quickly despite only attending one day per week.

Treetops Matlock provide excellent care for our son and he has developed immensely since starting Crocs. They have put so much effort into the outdoor area recently (cannot wait for some reasonable weather so our son can enjoy it). Would really recommend this facility, Thank you for everything.
