Children 1st Clowne Nursery School

I cannot praise the staff enough for the care they provide. The facilities are amazing and the environment is always clean and tidy.

My child and us as parents, absolutely love Children First and there’s nothing we could say that needs improving. Our child has learned so much since attending this nursery and he’s coming on so well. He has been in a couple of different rooms with a couple of different key workers and they have all been as amazing as the last. Even family members have commented when they have come to pick up on occasion, how great the facilities are and our child’s development is. We also really love that they always take everyone outside to play.

We have never had any issues at nursery. My daughter absolutely loves it and skips into nursery every day smiling. She learns so much and it's so nice to see her use the skills at home she has learnt at nursery. She is such a rounded little girl and I think this is definitely partly down to her time at nursery. The facilities are amazing and I can't praise them enough.

Fantastic nursery, lovely staff and they are wonderful with the children/babies. My daughter has been here over a year now and she absolutely loves it.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are lovely and friendly and easy to talk to. The nursery itself is lovely and bright with lots of fun toys to play with to keep the mind active. They do alot with the children outside too in the play areas. There is an excellent food menu with a great array of different foods.

My child has only recently started at the nursery. As a parent I was reassured by the presentation of the nursery and the activities offered for my child.

Our little one has loved going to Children 1st @ Clowne from day one. He's developing amazingly with help from all the wonderful staff that work there. The environment is always clean, clam and happy. My son loves his meal times there which are always a varied healthy diet. It really does get 5 stars from our family.

I have found the nursery has helped my son to gain confidence in a safe environment giving him more freedom than I would give him due to me over supervising. He has a close bond with most of the staff and has made some special friends. I believe the staff truly care for my child as their own giving me the confidence to up his hairs knowing he is safe and happy.

Children 1st @ Clowne have fantastic facilities, thoughtful and caring procedures and, in my opinion, the kindest, most professional staff I have ever seen at a nursery.

Amazing nursery. My 2-year-old wasn't talking when he started Children 1st @ Clowne in September and now he says everything. The staff are all really polite and all greet us as we walk in. I would recommend this nursery to everyone and I can't thank the staff enough for everything they have done and continue to do for my little boy.

Our child has developed superbly in this nursery. They receive excellent care from all the staff who are able to meet his individual needs. Staff are aware of their preferences and personality characteristics, individualising the care they receive. Our child has been able to form friendships with peers and staff within the nursery. They amaze us with the learning they can demonstrate at home. Our child openly shares that they enjoy attending and being part of this nursery.

Amazing standard of care. I brought my son when he was 5 months old for 2 days a week after viewing 5 other nurseries locally and this was the best by miles. The facilities are unmatched and to be honest I would like to attend myself! Wouldn’t hesitate to keep him here for many years and do encourage others to send their children here too to see if it’s right for them.

Baby room staff are incredibly kind and smiley, genuine people I trust my son with.

I know on nursery days he is having a great time and I have no need to worry!

Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Staff are all wonderful. My daughter loves going and her development has come on leaps and bounds.

Children 1st @ Clowne is a great environment for my child. The staff are friendly and helpful they work hard to ensure children both enjoy and learn during their time at nursery. I wouldn't want my little boy to go anywhere else.

When I see how excited she is to go to nursery in a morning and listening to her telling me all of things she’s done each day. It makes me feel so much better about having to work full time.

Clowne Nursery is fantastic. Our baby started here at 9 months old. We can't fault the staff at all. They're all lovely and friendly. Even the staff from the older groups know my son's name and say good morning to him. He's developing really well both physically and mentally since he started. We love the app where we can see bits of his time there and updates on his progression. The application was simple and managers always around to ask any questions. Security is really good. Lovely place to send your baby. We always feel comfortable leaving our son here and know he is in good hands. The parent drop off parking spaces are really useful too.

My daughter is very happy at Children 1st and we are therefore very happy with it too. There are great facilities, but more importantly, great care. My daughter has issues eating and is incredibly fussy, the staff continue to persevere with this issue through tears sometimes, in supporting her. I love the app updates on her progress.

The staff have just done a commendable job helping the children with their nativity! Well done all!

Whatever age they were at from tiny babies to schoolboys, I can go to work in the confidence that my children are safe and happy.

On the whole, I am really pleased with all aspects of the nursery.

Friendly staff - the receptionist, the teachers in the rooms, the administrative staff- friendly and helpful.

Freshly cooked meals every day.

My daughter's and my son's key workers and the other support workers in the room are excellent - and pay close attention to my children's needs.
