She has recently been provided with a new key worker, but soon settled with her and the other staff working in the toddler room.
Overall I am really happy with the nursery my daughter goes to and her development. I have noticed a huge improvement in my daughter's confidence and abilities. Her relationship with her key worker is really nice to see.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. I will pass this on to the manager and her team.
This nursery has massively improved our child's development! Highly recommended!

A brilliant nursery, very caring towards my son. Made him feel really settled and comfortable. Couldn't be happier.

My daughter is very happy at this nursery and it has helped to develop her speech and interactivity with other children. I am at ease when taking my daughter here as I know she loves going and has learnt a lot since starting in June this year.
Lovely, friendly & informative key worker & team that have supported my little boy so well. Since starting nursery my son has grown so much in confidence. With the support of the staff there he has mastered potty training and his speech along with his behaviour has improved so much. He loves walking into the nursery to discover what exciting, new activities the staff have set up for them to do. He really likes the outdoors and they have a lovely, huge outdoor space which I know he loves exploring. They provide a range of well balance meals/snacks and there has never been a time where my son hasn't eaten all of his dinner up here, so I know he enjoys them too. He has learnt so much since starting and I know he absolutely loves coming here to this nursery, sometimes the most difficult part is getting him to leave come home time.
I am very happy with how my son has settled into the nursery. His development is improving, he comes home showing us the new activities/words that he has learnt. Overall we are very happy.
The team at Busy Bees are fantastic and all helped and supported my daughter and our family to get her potty trained.
1, Consistent staff.
2, Good understanding of kids needs.
3, Good activities for kids.
4, Friendly staff.
Very informative and well-kept record of details. I had a very professional experience and very friendly. Highly recommended.
We have been really pleased with my son's development. He is starting to come out of his shell. His key worker has been really good with him and makes sure he is settled if he gets upset. Cherubs is a good safe nursery and we love the outside space.
Glad we chose Busy Bees for our daughter, this is our second child to attend and we would recommend Cherubs to other parents.
Busy Bee have provided my little boy and myself with reassurance and confidence in him being happy and settled when I have returned back to work. He engages well with all staff and always happy to see them and the nursery in a morning meaning I can also go to work knowing he is happy and confident being where he is for the day. Busy Bee has always been very helpful and flexible when I have ever needed to book any extra dates due to last minute meetings at work. I have also noted a definite improvement in developmental areas when he was attended.
As an overall review it is a good nursery. The staff are very friendly and look after the children. I couldn't wish for better key workers. They take their time and look after their needs.
Very happy with this nursery for my children. Friendly staff who my children are settled with.
I would recommend Busy Bee Day Nursery to any parent/carer for their children. From the management/staff/food/learning I cannot fault- my daughter, I believe, has developed and progressed really well, she is only 3 years old but the knowledge she has of general topics of life. I can only thank the staff at the nursery. I am hoping she will now have an advantage for when she starts school.
We have both enjoyed my child's time in nursery, he has come on well with his speech and interaction with other children. All the staff are pleasant and take the time to get to know the children. It is a very friendly atmosphere.
My child first started nursery in September and had not socialised very much. She has also only said a handful of words. Every member of staff have helped my child's progress and informed me every step of the way. I am very happy with how much my child has come on since being here.

"Hello, I'm Laura - Area Manager for Cherubs South Normanton. I have been part of Cherubs Nurseries since 2007 and am incredibly fortunate to work across multiple Cherubs Nurseries during my career so far. Doing this has allowed me to really understand the expectations and the need to ensure we provide high-quality childcare every day. We take our role in the early years seriously and are always keen to go above and beyond where we can.
I am incredibly passionate about giving all children the very best start. In addition to my Area Manager role, I am the Group Safeguarding and SEND Lead. This means I work with all the nurseries to ensure we provide tailored care to those with additional needs."
"Hello, I'm Rebecca - Assistant Head of Nursery at Cherubs South Normanton. I'm currently working on my Cherubs story to share with you and will have it uploaded soon."
