Emscote Day Nursery is a warm and friendly day nursery located in Leamington Spa.

Highly trained practitioners support learning through structured and free play activities designed in line with EYFS principles.

Emscote Day Nursery also offer the extracurricular activity of ‘The Guitar Man’ who comes to sing alternative nursery rhymes with the Butterflies and Preschool rooms every Wednesday morning from 10-11am.

Emscote offers a fully inclusive package, open from 7.30-6.30 aiming to provide a convenient service to parents.

It's hard to put into words how fantastic Emscote House nursery has been to Darcy while she has been attending. I could not recommend the nursery enough. We have had the most amazing time here and it will be greatly missed.

The staff at Emscote House are lovely and my son has settled in really well and loves his key worker.


Nothing is ever too much trouble and we love being able to see what he's been learning etc on the app!


I would definitely recommend Emscote House to my friends and family.

We put both of our children through nursery at Emscote, originally convinced by the big, beautiful walled garden. Quite soon we came to realise the staff and facilities were also wonderful, not to mention the convenience of not having to provide nappies and wipes, as you do at many other nurseries.


Our

youngest will be leaving to go to school in September and I can genuinely say we will miss the place enormously. The staff are so warm and friendly with the children, our little one will be sad too.


I couldn't recommend Emscote House highly enough.

Our daughter has been at Emscote House Nursery Day Nursery since she was 9 months, she is now 3 1/2. In every room, she has progressed into the staff has been warm, caring and most importantly for her, fun. We are very pleased with her development and credit must go to the nursery. Emscote House has been fantastic for our two children over the last two years. We initially chose this nursery for the great facilities, large rooms and very large playgrounds, but the best thing has been the friendly and caring staff.

I'm delighted with my choice of nursery. The staff in my son's room are all lovely with the children (as well as with us at pick up and drop off) and they all have the patience of saints!! My little boy has settled really well and gets to do a range of wonderful activities while at nursery even though
he's only 15 months old. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area, in fact, I do all the time!

My daughter joined the nursery in February in the baby room. She settled in really quickly and loves all the staff that work in the room. She confidently goes to the practitioners in the mornings and loves all the fun activities they provide in the day (especially the messy ones). My daughter enjoys
the wide variety of food the nursery provides too.
I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives in the caterpillar room and highly recommend the nursery.

Fantastic nursery, with a variety of activities to keep children occupied. Staff are well trained and experienced.
The food is varied and always well received from my child.
You can tell that staff genuinely care about the children in their class. I will miss this nursery very much when my child
starts reception class. I trust all of the practitioners, which is important as they are looking after the most valuable thing in my life

Lovely nursery with great outdoor space. Friendly caring staff. I feel comfortable to leave my child in their care. My son has been going to Emscote House for more that fifteen months now. I am very happy to see his social skills and overall personality development, especially since he started going to pre-school as well.
The staff are very interactive and helpful. He has made a lot of good friends here and I am
glad to see Emscote House is his second home where he really enjoys himself and is quite well looked after.
The environment here is very warm and friendly and a great foundation before he begins school.

Wonderful nursery with a friendly and safe environment. Both the management and the staff are very cooperative and professional. Our son started when he was 2 years old on a full-time basis without speaking a word of English: He was looked after brilliantly and has settled within 3 months thanks to
the staff support. Additionally, our son’s allergy to cow milk has never been an issue as the staff are used to dealing with any food allergy. We have been able to leave our child and have peace of mind from the very first day and every day after.
Therefore, we would recommend Emscote House Day nursery to any other parents and especially those looking for a nursery in the area without being already living here.

My daughter has been attending Emscote house since Jan 2016. We are thrilled with how she has settled and is cared for at the nursery. She gets to take part in activities that we don't do at home and is building up her social skills. She is now 14 months and is more independent and confident than oever.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2012

Claire is the Manager of Emscote House Day Nursery and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the Early Years sector since 2005 - starting as an Apprentice straight out of college. Claire has numerous qualifications, including Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Childcare, Learning and Education and an NVQ in Team Leading. Claire has worked for Childbase Partnership since 2012.


What is your favourite feature of the nursery?
My favourite feature of the nursery is the character and original features of the building, as well as the warm and engaging environment we create for the children.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
I am most proud of the home-from-home feel we as a team deliver each day, even though we are a big nursery, as well as how we have grown and developed over the years.
