Emscote Day Nursery is a warm and friendly day nursery located in Leamington Spa.

Highly trained practitioners support learning through structured and free play activities designed in line with EYFS principles.

Emscote Day Nursery also offer the extracurricular activity of ‘The Guitar Man’ who comes to sing alternative nursery rhymes with the Butterflies and Preschool rooms every Wednesday morning from 10-11am.

Emscote offers a fully inclusive package, open from 7.30-6.30 aiming to provide a convenient service to parents.

I visited many nurseries prior to my first daughter starting at Emscote in November 2013. I have to say that none of them came close in terms of the facilities and environment that's on offer at Emscote. My second daughter is now in the Caterpillar room which is a lovely, calm environment for the babies.
Always clean and with friendly, professional staff. My older daughter is in the Butterfly room having moved up through various rooms and always bonding well with the staff in the rooms. Emscote always go the extra mile to help you when needed and you never feel like anything you ask is a problem. The most important thing for me is knowing that I'm leaving my children in a safe and stimulating environment with kind and professional staff.

We have been very pleased with our 18 month daughters development in the last month. Her keyworker has been very good with her encouraging her to learn and adapt socially to the environment. Food has been excellent as from our daughter's notes she has finished all her food. Due to the support and care
of staff I would recommend this nursery.

We are over the moon with our nursery choice. Our son has many allergies and intolerances and we thought we would be a burden on whichever nursery we chose. Emscote House never made us feel like this and went above and beyond their duty of care. The deputy manager even sourced some suitable food and
recipes in her own time. I felt completely overwhelmed by this. His key worker is fantastic. She has genuine interest in him and has helped make us feel at east with settling him in. I couldn't recommend this nursery more.

Emscote House nursery is the second nursery we have used. The nursery has good facilities. However the main difference we have found with Emscote House is the staff team. They show a genuine interest in our children's development an when I am there dropping or picking up our children there is always
a smiley, relaxed atmosphere.

The staff at Emscote are lovely. They really take the time to get to know my child and seem to enjoy telling us about his day. One particular member of staff has been fantastic.

Both our girls have gone to Emscote House and I couldn't recommend it enough (and indeed have done). Both girls have thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, especially the wonderful walled garden, and have formed strong bonds with their key staff.


Staff are always friendly and available and seem

to know each and every child that comes through the door. Its bright, clean and safe. What more could you ask? It is, in my opinion, hands down the best nursery in the area.

Emscote House Nursery has provided my son with the best possible care. The whole team are extremely professional and really treat the children as individuals. I cannot praise my sons pre-school teachers enough, he had so much fun and has learnt so much. The staff are a valuable asset to the nursery.
My son is a happy and very sociable little boy and the team have prepared him for school in the best possible way. I would recommend Emscote House to you all. 10/10 Thank you!

Our son is going to Emscote house from 6 months for morning sessions and he is very happy there. He is going to start evening sessions as well from September and we are not worried at all. The staff are very co-operative, responsible and friendly. They understand kid's needs, know their habits and deal
with them accordingly. We are very satisfied and a lovely thing is when we go to pick up or drop him to nursery he is very happy and never cries.

My Son has been at Emscote House for 6 months now. He started when he was 11 months old and settled in quickly. My son's confidence and development has really come on in leaps and bounds. He only attends two and a half days a week however he loves it. He will be increasing his hours soon and it certainly
put my mind at rest knowing that he is well looked after and happy. The staff are lovely and easy to speak to. I couldn't recommend Emscote House enough.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2012

Claire is the Manager of Emscote House Day Nursery and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the Early Years sector since 2005 - starting as an Apprentice straight out of college. Claire has numerous qualifications, including Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Childcare, Learning and Education and an NVQ in Team Leading. Claire has worked for Childbase Partnership since 2012.


What is your favourite feature of the nursery?
My favourite feature of the nursery is the character and original features of the building, as well as the warm and engaging environment we create for the children.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
I am most proud of the home-from-home feel we as a team deliver each day, even though we are a big nursery, as well as how we have grown and developed over the years.
