Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool

This nursery was recommended to me by 4 different mums. My son has been in the baby room since April 2016 and they are brilliant with him. I was forced back to work hence why he is at nursery so I was worried/felt guilty leaving him so young and with people we didn't know but he loves it there. The ladies in the room are great with him and make him so welcome every morning and his key worker goes that extra mile. My son has taken a real shine to the deputy manager and loves to see her as well. The kitchen and chef on site are great! For me, I would like to know what he has eaten daily so maybe a note on his sheet of what food he has had would be great as I know there are menus but figuring out what week we are on etc is sometimes complex. The manager and deputy have been excellent trying to accommodate extra sessions as well for me whilst my husband hasn't been well.

Our son is in the toddler room and his progress has continued to amaze us.

His speech and language have been coming on so much thanks to all of the hard work from the staff.

He has become a much more confident little boy since starting last October and is forever coming out with something new.

The staff and facilities are excellent.

It’s a lovely nursery with amazing outdoor space and lovely staff. My daughter has been with them for a year now from baby room to now in toddler room. Their own kitchen gives more choice and liberty for food.

The only reason why I would knock of few points from them is: they managed to miss a handover (for more than two months) when my daughter’s keyworker changed and I was offered one only when I enquired about it. This isn’t something any parent would like from Nursery.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for about three years now. Each stage (Baby, Toddler and Pre-School) has had an amazing experience for her which has mainly been due to the excellent care she received from all of the staff. They have all helped in her development as well as ensuring she had a fun time as well.

We have had 2 children attend the nursery from baby room, toddler room through to pre-school with our youngest attending in the toddler room. We have always found the staff to be extremely caring and professional. They are happy to tell us what our child has been doing throughout the day and are flexible with our child's needs. They have assisted us with potty training which has definitely helped our children and us.

Now the nursery has moved premises and the food is made on site it has improved and there is a very good variety of foods which our son enjoys.

Our children have always been happy to attend the nursery.

We would definitely recommend the nursery.

We’re very pleased with the setting and look forward to our second child being able to experience everything that our first child has.

The staff is always smiley and happy to assist. I appreciate their own kitchen for making home made food. Mainly, our son enjoys activities in nursery and company of other children.

The staff at Bright Horizons are very attentive and engaging with our daughter. Since she started there she has settled in well and made lots of friends. She has really developed and loves going every day. The nursery is always clean and tidy (even with lots of toddlers) and is very secure.

The new facility is amazing and I never worry about leaving her as I know she is in real safe hands.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery he has come on so much since he started 5 months ago. He has tried new foods which he loves and also enjoys all the activities he does

Fantastic clean and modern nursery with amazing, polite and friendly staff. My child is full of excitement when attending nursery and has come on leaps and bounds since being there. Couldn't be more greatful for all they do.

I couldn’t fault this nursery, my children love going to nursery and are always excited to tell us about all the wonderful activities they have done that day. The staff care for the children like their own. The indoors area is clean and welcoming and the outdoors area is amazing.

I would certainly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare. All staff are friendly and professional, they take great care of my son and really take an interest in his development. We get a detailed overview of his day (activities done, food eaten, general behaviour) and it always amazes me that they remember so much detail when they have so many children to look after! SO glad we found Bright Horizons Rugby.

I can not describe how amazing this nursery is. I was very worried about putting my little girl into nursery but I am so glad I picked this one. The level of care for the kids is incredible. They really look after the kids well and make sure they are always happy and give you full knowledge of how your child has got on. Very friendly and experienced staff. I drive a lot further to drop my daughter off even though I have a nursery two minutes away from me. I still chose this one just because of how they look after the children, which is the most important. Well done and thank you.

The meals are all fresh and healthy and my son loves them, the premises are very clean and modern.

My son has been attending the nursery since September and has settled in very well. He is learning new things every day and has made friends with other children easy. My son loves going to Beehives.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone.

I am extremely confident that my daughter is being well looked after in their care. She loves going to nursery and that is down to the quality of staff and time taken to understand my child's needs. She would not be as well developed as she is without the dedication and efforts of everyone at Beehive.

An absolute pleasure sending my daughter here. There is an excellent staff to children ratio. They provide excellent nutritional food, which I think is my daughter's favourite part. Outstanding communication and every member of staff is pleasant and a pleasure to talk about the day's activities with.

This is a fantastic nursery, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The facilities are excellent, and the food is fantastic. However, what makes this nursery so special is the staff. The genuine love and care they all have for all of the children is evident every day. My daughter loves pre-school; there is such a large range of activities in which she participates - her favourite being yoga! At the end of the day, the staff are never too busy to tell me all about what’s they’ve been doing during the day. Knowing how much fun she’s having at nursery makes leaving to go to work so much easier!
