I visited lots of nurseries before my eldest started with this nursery. I got a great feeling about the nursery which turned out to be bang on. My eldest loved her time at here and my youngest enjoys every minute too! The staff are fabulous, kind, caring, friendly and with tons of experience. The variety
of food is excellent and the setting is amazing in my opinion. Lots of activities and the effort that is put in to get the little ones ready for school is outstanding.
I’ll be sad in September when out family journey with the nursery comes to an end.

I couldn’t be happier with the nursery as a whole as well as all the staff. My youngest has been going here since the baby room and is now in the preschool room. The staff are so accommodating, helpful and there has always been great care taken when moving up to a different room, to make sure she has
settled in happily. My daughter has a favourite staff member, who is so patient with her obsession of her but even when it’s her day off, she still enjoys her day with all the other ladies and children.

My little boy has been at Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool for two and a half years and I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. My son loves going and settled in well after just a few sessions. He has a fantastic key worker who knows him really well and the rest of the staff are
amazing too. Throughout Covid-19 the staff have been wonderful and made life feel a little bit normal for both me and my son. We will both miss the staff so much when my son starts school.

My daughter has just started here and she has settled in brilliantly. Even during Covid the staff have made things feel 'normal'. My daughter is happy and comes home excited to tell me about her day. The staff are brilliant I wish I had moved her to Bright Horizons Rugby sooner.

One particular member of staff is amazing. She always provides lots of information on the boy's day and wellbeing. On the nursery days, the boy keeps waiting by the door with his backpack, happily waving to mummy and blowing kisses when dropped at the nursery. He'd always bring new sounds home.

I couldn’t recommend Bright Horizons Rugby enough. Throughout the pandemic, the staff have done everything possible to help me feel confident about my baby attending the nursery. From continuous updates to regular check-ins - I couldn’t have asked for more. The staff put everything into making sure
the children and parents are happy. My baby gets very excited when he is dropped off each morning and loves seeing everyone there.

My little boy joined the nursery in a bit of a rush after our previous childcare placement fell through due to covid-19. The nursery staff were fabulous at helping him settle into a new placement and it wasn't long before he made himself at home. He is thriving at the nursery. His speech and social
skills have come on no end and he is enjoying new activities and adventures; such as forest school and the bee-bot. The staff give a thorough hand over at the end of each day and have been very supportive with nap times and hint and tips with potty training. We even had our first parents evening, which was very exciting! I can't imagine him going anywhere else now.

Fantastic nursery where all the staff are amazing. My little one is very sad to be leaving but excited that he will still be able to visit when his little brother starts there in the new year. This nursery is outstanding, I can tell that my son has had a lovely day and he is so happy to go in the mornings! It is an absolute joy to send your child here knowing I can work completely guilt-free because this is the highest standard of childcare you can get in my opinion. Every single member
of staff is enthusiastic, caring and genuinely seems happy to be at work. My child has built special bonds with many of the staff. Communication is excellent, any dietary requirements are accommodated and treated with the utmost importance. The food is all homemade and nutritious. The toys and equipment look fun, engaging and always clean. It surprises me that more people don't know about this nursery when I tell them. Please don't be put off by the cost, it is worth every penny to know your child is safe, happy, nurtured and encouraged.

Being my first child, you always have worries and concerns when first sending your child to nursery, however, I couldn't feel more at ease.
My relationship with the staff is excellent. They couldn't do enough for my child and keep me posted on progress along the way.
My son is happy when he arrives
at nursery, and runs off without getting upset that I'm leaving.
Baby room does a wide variety of day to day activities that my son thoroughly enjoys.
He has come on leaps and bounds with sitting at a table and is more than capable of feeding himself. The variety of food is very good, you can always smell the delicious foods as you walk in the door!
There is lots that I could write about. All super positive.
Fully recommend bright horizons nursery.

Since my children have attended the nursery they have both excelled and settled in so well. They both adore their key workers and they really do care. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. It will be sad when they both leave.

My daughter has been attending the nursery now for nearly a year, she joined when she was 9 months old. She loves going to nursery the staff are friendly and really look after her. Her development has been great since joining the nursery, her language, the use of cutlery, the way she plays and interacts
with adults and children alike.

I'm very happy with the standards provided by Bright Horizons! My daughter was really struggling with the transition from baby room to pre-school and the nursery went above and beyond to make sure myself, my partner and our daughter was happy and did whatever they could to help!
I'm currently pregnant

I went to the nursery this morning by invitation to find out what my granddaughter gets up to whilst there. The staff were very pleasant and attentive to the children. There are plenty of activities for them to do. Overall, a very nice morning with them all.

I have over 10 years of experience working within the childcare sector, starting from being a childminder assistant to working in an array of nurseries in and around the Rugby area. I have been working at Bright Horizons Rugby since 2014 starting out as Toddler room leader and deputy manager, to working my way up to nursery manager in 2017. I have a degree in early years care & education and also hold my Early Years Teaching Status. I also have both my emergency first aid at work and Paediatric first aid. Here at Rugby Day Nursery, we strive to offer all our families and children the best possible experiences to help our children grow and flourish throughout their Bright Horizons journey.

Terri has been working within the early years sector for over 12 years and has a management background. She is level 5 qualified and joined the Rugby family in 2013. Terri has paediatric first aid and also emergency first aid, she is also our health and safety champion for the nursery.
