Fantastic nursery and staff. My little boy has been attending for the last 12 months and I wouldn't consider anywhere else.


The staff are so friendly and caring, and made my return to work so easy.


Facilities are great, and information is provided with each session. Staff are never too busy

to help or answer questions.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 9 months old and has just left ready to start school in September. They are simply amazing not only with getting my son ready for school but with the support they have given me as a mother. I have gone through so many emotions as a parent leaving my child
at nursery and they have been there for me through all of it. Offering tea and sympathy when I was struggling and cheering with me at the mile stones he has achieved. The staff are a very close team and as a parent, you feel like part of the team. They keep you involved in the day to day learning of your child and are genuinely interested in what is important to us as a family.
The standard of care has always been high and now they have a fantastic new building that matches that care, the garden is amazing and the new freshly cooked food is great, my son ate better than me!
Great nursery, a great team, cannot recommend it highly enough!

My daughter has been at Beehive for nearly a year now. She really enjoys it and is always happy to go. The staff are amazing and are really good with my daughter. They do really great learning activities with the children. My 4-year-old daughter can count to 10 in Spanish all thanks to the nursery.

I feel reassured when leaving my son at Beehive, the staff are all confident, keen, caring and every single member of staff there comes across happy in their job. There is a good variety of activities for him to partake in - particularly yoga and Spanish being favourites. I would welcome a more formal
arrangement of progress feedback, there isn't a 'parents evening', instead we are encouraged to arrange a meeting when we want to discuss progress.

I am very pleased with the outstanding commitment and knowledge of the nursery about the welfare and teaching that my daughter needs. My daughter has been in the baby room at Beehive Nursery for just over a year. The care she receives from the wonderful ladies at Beehive is beyond exceptional. They are all kind, caring, happy, welcoming people who really do put your child's interest first. My daughter also has a smile on her face
when going in the morning and I couldn't want or ask for anything more.

My granddaughter has been at Beehive for two years, the care has been amazing, the staff are fantastic, led by the manager they continue to nurture the children daily, preparing them for 'big school'. The graduation day in July was tremendous, excellently organised and emotional. It really felt like
a big family and I know my granddaughter will miss all the ladies massively, as will I!! Well done ladies keep up the excellent work.

Pros: If, like me, you can't always get your child to eat breakfast - despite making the toast/cereal exactly the way it was ordered, or that you have given your child the wrong spoon to eat with - fear not! The nursery serves your little one food, and they eat it - is this magic? who can say?
There
is a lovely outdoor area for the little ones to run around in, and the nursery staff ensure that the children are always SPF'd up when outside, they can even get your child to wear a hat. I am not sure how they do this.
There is a massive variety of activities to do, so the children are never bored. The staff try to make the in-house learning relevant to the child's home environment. The preschoolers even get to learn Spanish.
Cons: the local residents have a tendency to use the Nursery forecourt as their own personal car park, the Management try to keep on top of this.

The nursery is absolutely excellent. My daughters were there from the baby room through to pre-school and in every room the staff were outstanding and my girls loved going there. The staff were all very caring and treat all the children as their own. The learning story books we receive when they
leave each room are lovely and show the activities the children participate in and will be moments forever. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Fab nursery, my son is always happy to go and some days doesn't want to leave! He talks about the nursery and the staff at home, which I think shows how much they mean to him. Staff are all kind and welcoming, they go above and beyond.

My eldest child has been with Beehive Nursery since the Baby Room and is now in the Pre-School Room so has experienced the whole nursery. I have been thoroughly impressed with the staff who work here, as they clearly care passionately about what they do and for the children in their care and my son
loves them. I have no issues with leaving my child at Beehive... He cries when I come to pick him up! My second child could not wait to start and has just entered Baby Room. I recommend Beehive Nursery unreservedly .

Son loved the baby room and still tries to sneak back in when he can! Excellent staff in the baby room my daughter loved it and so did my son. The baby room always had time and really knew my son even though he only went once a week. He's moved to toddler room and not 100% settled yet but staff are
trying to help him. Great that the nursery uses child care voucher which helps, but have found it is one of the most expensive nurseries in Rugby.

Finding the perfect nursery for my daughter was not easy, you look for a comfortable environment with professional, friendly staff who are happy to take the time to speak to you about your baby each time you attend. We chose Rugby Beehive for this very reason and have been thrilled ever since with their
monitoring, support, understanding and flexibility. As a first time mother leaving my child with people who are not known can be daunting so I was comforted by the offer of as many settling in days as she needed, luckily she settled in well and when asked if she wants to go to the nursery the answer is always ''yes''! Her connection with her key worker is fantastic and on dropping her off in the morning will always stretch out to her. The journey that they monitor is fed back to me at every visit, and I receive updates on my daughters progress. They offer all the facilities and activities to support and nurture my daughters knowledge and growth.

I have over 10 years of experience working within the childcare sector, starting from being a childminder assistant to working in an array of nurseries in and around the Rugby area. I have been working at Bright Horizons Rugby since 2014 starting out as Toddler room leader and deputy manager, to working my way up to nursery manager in 2017. I have a degree in early years care & education and also hold my Early Years Teaching Status. I also have both my emergency first aid at work and Paediatric first aid. Here at Rugby Day Nursery, we strive to offer all our families and children the best possible experiences to help our children grow and flourish throughout their Bright Horizons journey.

Terri has been working within the early years sector for over 12 years and has a management background. She is level 5 qualified and joined the Rugby family in 2013. Terri has paediatric first aid and also emergency first aid, she is also our health and safety champion for the nursery.
