When my child first started at nursery, he had no experience of a setting like it, only having been with either close family or a childminder previously. He was very shy, quiet and overwhelmed but the staff were amazing! The support they provided was five-star. Now he is a completely different child.
He is confident, talkative and keen to make friends and meet new people. I am certain this is down to his experiences at nursery. Can't thank Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool enough!

My baby has recently started, she’s learnt so much already! She especially loves using baby sign as this is a regular activity they do. She’s come on really well since starting especially with physical development, learning to stand and starting to crawl! I’ve had no problems and I’m always informed
about how she’s been throughout the day, we love the regular updates each week about what she’s been getting up to and observations on her development.

My child attends the nursery four days a week and is always excited to come. He has a great rapport with his key worker as well as the staff within the room. The key worker and staff within the room are very supportive with home to nursery transitions and supporting with potty training. I would not
hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

My toddler absolutely adores Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool. When we do drop off, she literally forgets about me and runs straight into play. The manager and the whole team are always accommodating and kind. Such a great team.

My grandson has settled really well and has got a great relationship with his key worker. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. My grandson goes into nursery and the staff take him, he's happy to wave goodbye and has no tears. Food is amazing. The nursery is always clean and they have

Our children are very happy at Bright Horizons. We feel happy and confident in the care they are receiving. We moved to Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool after my son was struggling to settle with his (at the time) childminder. As a family, we were all particularly nervous about this transition, but the team at the nursery were all incredibly supportive and comforting and nothing appeared to
be too much trouble to ensure this transition was smooth for everyone. My son is currently in the baby room and the team are all very enthusiastic, caring and friendly and are wonderful role models for the children they look after. We are incredibly happy with the child care that Bright Horizons provide and feel very happy that our son is comfortable and happy in his new setting and just know his development will be impacted in such a positive way.

My son attends Bright Horizons, Rugby and I cannot rate them highly enough! He is learning so much and has grown in confidence tremendously! One member of staff in particular, in the toddler room, is incredible and really does go above and beyond and my son truly adores her! We cannot thank them enough

Just Wow! I love this nursery so much, I looked at so many in Rugby and I knew as soon as I visited Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery and Preschool, I just knew this was the nursery for my child! The staff were so friendly, chatty, kind and welcoming and straight away made me feel at ease. When my child
started the nursery he came back so happy and content. The staff reassured me so much that he was doing well by sending me pictures home on the app so I could feel even more at ease. I could see that he had eaten even better than he does at home. The range of activities from the pictures I get sent are mind-blowing and my son clearly loves it, from the huge smile on his face. He says that he wants to go to nursery 24-7. He enjoys it more than being home! The manager has always been so helpful and friendly whenever I’ve had a query and all the staff constantly have a huge smile on their face! The food looks and sounds delicious and he always eats seconds. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

My son has been going to this excellent nursery for nearly a year now and he is thriving. I get sent pictures and updates throughout the morning so I can see what he is going. I can log into the app to see what he has eaten. The staff are kind and caring and he loves going there.

Bright Horizons (Rugby) is a truly amazing nursery. We have had one child go through from toddler room (having moved from another nursery) and currently have another in pre-school having started in baby room. The facilities and staff work as a team and always have the children's best interests at the
heart of all they do. The manager and her team are always there on hand to handle any issues or concerns, we may have, professionally and courteously. I would recommend Bright Horizons (Rugby) to any parent looking for a nursery for their children. Without a doubt the best nursery in Rugby.

The nursery was recommended to me by my sister, who was so happy after both her children attended this nursery. I now have two of my own there and I could not recommend it enough. Every single member of staff is fabulous. They care so much for my children and are so kind. The activities are varied,
educational and really bring out the best in my children. The food is amazing, I know my children are eating a variety of healthy, delicious food. The staff regularly ask for home learning links and will follow them through with my children to consolidate their learning. I get daily feedback on what they have done and how they are doing. I can see throughout the day how the children are on the app. I regularly get sent pictures of my children and educational updates. I would not be happy leaving my children with many people, but at Bright Horizons I have complete peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff.

We have been so pleased with Bright Horizons Nursery - our little one only attends one day a week and the baby room staff know him so well just from that small amount of time. They know exactly how to get him smiling and laughing - it is nice to know that we are leaving him in safe hands and that he
is happy and well cared for throughout the day, and being constantly entertained with all the exciting activities the staff organise. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents considering it.

I am so happy with how my daughter is progressing at nursery, I could not thank the manager and her team enough for all the hard work they put in for my daughter. I was told by specialists that she would never cope in a mainstream nursery due to her additional needs. I looked into nurseries that have

Bright Horizon has been absolutely brilliant in helping our son settle into nursery in a very difficult year for any child growing up. I have over 10 years of experience working within the childcare sector, starting from being a childminder assistant to working in an array of nurseries in and around the Rugby area. I have been working at Bright Horizons Rugby since 2014 starting out as Toddler room leader and deputy manager, to working my way up to nursery manager in 2017. I have a degree in early years care & education and also hold my Early Years Teaching Status. I also have both my emergency first aid at work and Paediatric first aid. Here at Rugby Day Nursery, we strive to offer all our families and children the best possible experiences to help our children grow and flourish throughout their Bright Horizons journey.

Terri has been working within the early years sector for over 12 years and has a management background. She is level 5 qualified and joined the Rugby family in 2013. Terri has paediatric first aid and also emergency first aid, she is also our health and safety champion for the nursery.
