Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool

I feel very happy and impressed by the care, love and attention my child receives from the staff at Bright Horizons. The activity posts that are shown on the app are incredible, very child and age-appropriate. I have really noticed a big jump in my child's development since starting. I can't fault our nursery at all and can't wait to continue the journey together.

The nursery has not only given exceptional care to their emotional, social and physical health, they have also taken the time to know them as individuals and grow strong bonds with them. The nursery is always a huge support to the parent as well, I've always been made to feel comfortable to approach staff for advice or reassurance.

After three years at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool, we are really happy with the care provided. Staff dedication is second to none and they are very friendly and caring. Our little one had an allergy and the nursery did everything they could to support us, taking it very seriously and providing the meal adaptation needed. Our only perk would be the exclusive cost of this care and the impact in many families' decisions to have more children!

Our nursery and preschool experience is very positive. Our daughter really enjoys her time here and learns a lot. The staff are very friendly, helpful and good at catering for additional needs(e.g dietary/potty training), as required. Looking forward to being able to go inside and see our daughter in action again!
