Bright Kids Crabbs Cross

My daughter has come on so much since starting with Bright Kids. Nothing is too much for them. My concerns are dealt with and sorted straight away. Very happy with my daughter's progress. Thank you.

Great nursery. Great staff, always there to help. My son has come on leaps and bounds.

My little boy has been at Bright Kids for the last 3 months and I am very happy with the overall service staff have provided. He has some additional needs and I feel they have managed these extremely well, he actually comes out of nursery happy! The environment is great, I love the spacious inside and outside play areas. I would definitely recommend.

My son has been at Bright Kids since September 2021, he enjoys going and has good relationships with the staff. The staff are all friendly and keen to help. I feel it it a nurturing place where he can explore, make friends and grow. There are a variety of different activities available for him that change through the year so he doesn't get bored. The staff cater activities for the individuals interests which is super. My son is a picky eater so is allowed to bring his own lunch but has the nursery snacks which I think he likes.

My two children have been attending Bright Kids Crabbs Cross since they were small toddlers (they’re now almost 10 and 11) and have gone from being looked after in the nursery to attending the holiday clubs during the school holidays. Several of the staff have been there with them for over a decade and my two really look forward to seeing the familiar faces every time. The management is always so accommodating with availability and flexibility for the holidays which is a great help. The kids have the chance to do a variety of activities and are also given a bit more responsibility if they want it, helping to clear up and choose activities which they enjoy. They both look forward to the hot dinners and snacks too! I’d have no hesitation in recommending the holiday club to anyone needing somewhere stimulating, reliable and safe to leave their kids whilst at work.

Brilliant nursery, my son is always eager and happy to go there Monday to Friday. He has a speech delay and has come a long way since joining last year, he’s really making progress with his speech and becoming such a confident young boy.

Bright Kids is a wonderful nursery. My little girl has been with Bright Kids since October and I couldn’t be happier. She is truly thriving there and enjoys all the activities, especially the new sensory room. Staff are warm, friendly and form amazing relationships with the children.

Thank you thank you thank you a hundred times over to the brilliant staff who make my son's week just that bit brighter.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The nursery is an interesting and stimulating environment with lots of toys and fun educational activities for the children. The staff have good child development knowledge.

Bright Kids, Crabbs Cross is the best nursery. My daughter is very happy over there. She improved her speech very quickly, although English was not her first language. She talks about her friends at the nursery and how great the day was. I can see her progressing in many aspects. She is receiving great support every day. We are very appreciated. All ladies are doing brilliant work. Thank you. You are all fantastic!

My child has been at this nursery since she was 2 years old. We actually started using this nursery while we were going through the pandemic. The staff were so amazing. We still got to see the nursery setting (Of course, following all restrictions). My child was very shy and didn't really know how to interact with her peers due to lockdown. The staff were so accommodating, went at her pace and honestly now she's an outgoing child who absolutely loves nursery. I can't praise all the staff enough. They are absolutely amazing! I love the fact I'm kept up to date with everything. I don't feel like I'm missing out on my child's milestones.

A member of the staff has been excellent with my daughter especially with how clingy she has started to become with her. She tells me that she’s started to become more independent whilst playing with others and doesn’t need to be encouraged.

Having a child during Covid was tough and so we were especially impressed with the care and attention the ladies at Bright Kids gave to our son. They have listened and have really cared when we’ve asked for help or guidance. We think they are a lovely bunch and my husband and I couldn’t think of a better place for our little boy to be.

Bright Kids have been amazing. I can’t thank the team enough for the care they provide for my daughter. After having a bad experience with a previous setting, the team have certainly eased my anxieties and continue to impress me.

My daughter loves going to afterschool club. She loves learning and playing with other children. She tells me what they were doing and what they had for a snack. The outside area is big and has lots of different things to play with. Happy child, happy mum.

My son has attended Bright Kids since Last April and he has come on leaps and bounds since. He looks forward to going and is sad at the weekends when he cannot attend. His social skills have developed really well and he is always coming home with new ideas, or a new friend he has played with. Even if he has had a difficult day he is met with kindness and the team put in place ways to help him tackle these difficulties such as quiet time or researching how we handle big emotions with him at home. I cannot find any fault with this nursery. They give him snacks, they give him activities, they broaden his knowledge and feed his inquisitive mind. What a wonderful team! Will definitely be looking to send my youngest when the time comes.

My son has been attending Bright Kids Crabbs Cross for over 2 years now. I would never want to send him anywhere else he is so happy there. My experience is that every member of staff there cares about each child as an individual. He is learning all the time there as well as having lots of fun. As a household with a parent in the emergency services they are incredibly flexible and understanding with our schedule. Will definitely be looking to send any future children there too.

My two boys currently attending love all the activities they do, the different rooms and outside space they get to play in and the routine of the day. They always have so much fun. I can’t believe how well they have developed so Thank you!!

Very pleased with staff/management and how they got our son a place so quickly and the communication for the dates I need. Where 100% so glad our son loves the place as taken to the staff. Our son has ASD but staff said he is very talkative and well mannered since he has been there for the last few days. I am happy with the organisation and how it is run. We will use this establishment for the future trust of our son.
