Bright Kids Crabbs Cross

Our son has been attending the nursery for around 6 months from 3 yrs old. He absolutely loves going there and we are very happy with the nursery. He has some additional needs and staff have been supportive, knowledgable and kind towards us all as a family. We love the setting and particularly choose it for the large outdoor space. Staff are attentive and friendly. We recommend this nursery 100%.

My daughter started at this nursery when she was less than 12 months old. She has developed, grown and learned so many new skills, including speech and confidence with day-to-day activities, and Bright Kids Crabbs Cross has been a huge factor in this development! The way they have supported my daughter but also me, as a new, single mum, who has found many things difficult and overwhelming. Never a brush off or ignoring any obvious signs that I have also needed encouragement and support too. Always a kind word and a hug if needed! I cannot recommend a nursery more than this one. I will always be in debt to how much they have helped me and my daughter. The staff are just so lovely, the setting is beautiful and the way they are very into using natural products, not an abundance of plastics etc. Just everything you would ever want and need for your child's happiness and development. The place where you would feel so safe in the knowledge your child is looked after and treated amazingly!

Really lovely childcare setting. Our daughter joined halfway through the pre-school year from a different Bright Kids Nursery and all the staff at Crabbs Cross have made us feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are so dedicated and creative with all the children. We couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Great supportive staff who go out of the way to help out children with special needs. Issues can be resolved quickly. Happy to discuss any concerns with parents and put strategies in place e.g. speech delay support plan.

We were nervous, like any parent, for our child to start nursery. From initial showing around, the settling-in sessions to the last couple of months, we've been so impressed. From key workers to the catering, it has been fantastic. He loves it so much, he cries when his favourite people leave at the end of the day. Made massive progress and it's all down to Bright Kids.

Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

My 1-year-old absolutely loves going to Bright Kids, he has so much fun in the day playing with all the toys and books. He is also fed really well with a wide variety of food with lots of fruit too and we all know how expensive fruit is. The daily diary is also great for seeing what and how much he has eaten, information about his nappies, how long he has napped for and the duration and how much milk he’s had at what times. After every week they also do a sum up of his weekly activities with pictures included which I always look forward to reading. Overall a really great nursery that I highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery, they are lovely to the kids and take in the child's individual needs in their care. They work really hard to get the children ready for school, very happy my daughter goes here, and I will be sending my other daughter too.

Staff always polite and professional. My child is so happy to come into nursery excited to see everyone. Facilities are perfect and the nursery always has new and thoughtful ideas to get the little ones engaged.

The staff should be paid more across the early year's sector they work long hours and have a huge responsibility.

This is a wonderful nursery, they inform you on their app what the children will be doing for the day and what they have eaten and how much. My son currently uses the morning and afternoon club, however, used to go to Bright Kids nursery when he was younger. My daughter is currently in preschool and my children's experience has always been a positive one. Both of my children love going and the staff are very welcoming and willing to talk to you about their progress and next steps. There is always plenty to do and the staff help them to develop skills so they can become independent. Overall, a great nursery with amazing staff that encourages children to thrive in their own way.

My second child is currently on their journey through Bright Kids Nursery. I think the app is my new favourite addition this time around. You can view daily everything your baby has done, eaten and achieved. I love one staff member's weekly reviews which involves lots of lovely photos - I feel like I am not missing out when I am at work. The staff are all very attentive, caring and understanding of your child's needs and developments.

My son has settled really well into nursery. The staff have been amazing and show great care for my son. The weekly updates of how he’s getting on, is a joy to read. I am constantly getting updates through the app, which is very reassuring and helps if I need to contact the nursery for any reason. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The bond he has formed with his key person is amazing and he looks forward to going into nursery everyday! I feel really comfortable and at ease when he’s at nursery, knowing he will be well cared for.

The staff are so friendly and supportive. They will go above and beyond for your children.

We have had a great experience with sending our son to Bright Kisa, Crabbs Cross. Communication has been very good throughout. The team are open and transparent with us as parents. They are also very responsive to me when I have any queries. The staff are wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. We get updates at the end of the day and a bigger update through the app. The staff go above and beyond to provide care for my child, which is reassuring as a parent.
