Love this nursery! My daughter attends in the toddler room and they are brilliant. She is learning new words every day and they really take the time to engage with each child. I've been really poorly the last couple of weeks and the nursery staff have been brilliant with her. They keep you up to speed with everything! Would highly recommend.

When picking my children up from nursery they are so happy and bouncy and full of smiles. When dropping and collecting my children staff are very welcoming and warm to approach, they listen and respect wishes. During handover staff give a full feedback form and explain in detail the activities my children have done which I love to hear about. My children have made bonds with certain staff members very quickly. I absolutely love the sensory room for the baby room children.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I have never had any concerns. Safeguarding is very high. My children have been attending for two years and even to this day if a member of staff hasn't seen me before the door will not be opened. My children are always very happy to go to nursery and always happy and content when I pick them up. I couldn't ask for better staff to help care for my children. Thank you ladies.

When you collect your child you get a hand over sheet to keep you updated with your child’s activities, meals and nappy changes. Overall I’m very pleased with Child 1st Nursery.

Our son has attended Child 1st nursery for a year and a quarter now, going from the baby room into toddlers. I have found the staff to be exceptionally caring and compassionate about what they do. They have accommodated our sleeping, food and circumstantial requests very well which is so very appreciated. The biggest fan is my son who is happy to be dropped off which says a lot about how he is cared for. He really has thrived there!

The days/hours available are also very flexible for working parents.

My son has attended this nursery since he was nine months old. He is now nearly four and attends the preschool. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, the staff are brilliant and I have never had a problem in the whole time he has attended.

Fantastic facilities and space for our child to play and grow. We love that there are separate units for the child’s age and development, as well as different playrooms (tumble room, sensory room) and a generous sized outside play area. The staff are friendly and correspondence on the child’s development, events at the nursery and any illnesses is excellent. The food provided is of high quality, healthy and varied. Our son really enjoys attending the nursery and as parents it gives us a great sense of security that he is being well looked after, having fun and developing every day.

Since moving my son to Child 1st Nursery he has come on leaps and bounds with his confidence in nursery. He always talks about his day with excitement with what he has been doing throughout the day. He has built lovely bonds with all the girls in preschool and even with the other girls throughout the nursery. I always feel the feedback I get at the end of the day is very informative and personal. Also, the additional activities have great variety for the children and I feel this really benefits my child. The management are always friendly and willing to help with any problems I have. Overall I would highly recommend Child 1st in Coleshill.

The staff are incredible and the surroundings just perfect. Our child loves every minute he spends there and the staff are very good with him as he has boundless amounts of energy.

They get him to focus and he has learnt so much and come on leaps and bounds in terms of development as well as behaviour.

Our son has major issues with food and the team have done so well to help him overcome his fears of trying things that he does not like the texture to.

I cannot recommend the nursery enough, they truly are wonderful.

This nursery is fantastic, my son has been going here for 4 months, he had been to previous nursery’s who failed to support my child with behaviour needs! They have completely transformed my child’s behaviour they are constant, show lots of love and care, and the staff are so lovely!

I wish I had sent him there sooner, he adores his nursery and his teachers and all his friends. I’m so thankful for the support and my child’s behaviour has turned around. My child doesn’t have a behaviour diagnosis he was just good at pushing boundaries!

Both my daughter and son attend Child 1st. They both love the place and have formed great relationships with the staff members. It has a lovely family like feel about it. I know my children are well looked after here. They hold lovely events on throughout the year which add a nice touch such as the grandparents afternoon tea. My daughter is now in the preschool class and loves the 2 hour forest school session they run every week, which teaches her about the outdoors. Highly recommend to anyone considering this nursery.

This is a fabulous nursery. The staff are great. I’ve got a child at the nursery now who absolutely loves it. My first child went to the nursery a few years back and also thrived at the nursery.

Amazing nursery, sent my son there since he was 7 months old, great staff, great facilities and more importantly my son loves it.

Staff are always so lovely and seem to know each child individually and really care about them. Our child absolutely loves going and we have to drag her home at the end of the day which says a lot.

He enjoys his time at nursery, playing and learning with his friends. He really enjoys yoga and all the other extra activities. He is still unsure about us leaving but once we have left he has lots of fun and often does not always want to come home! It was the best choice we ever made.

My little boy has developed so much at this nursey. He loves all of the staff especially his key worker.
