I'm very happy with this nursery. The staff offer a friendly, caring approach to looking after my son. The daily activities help to develop my son's learning as well as lots of free playtime. My son is always happy to be dropped off. Special thanks to my son's teachers. My son will miss you so much. We love you and thank you for taking care.

My son has been at Busy Bees for over a year now and it has been a great experience for us both. The staff are lovely and really take care of him, providing him with a great range of activities and lots of cuddles when he needs them. I also really appreciate the handy communication via the app so I know how he is doing when he is there and the flexibility should I need extra sessions.

This nursery has changed our lives. Our daughter is much happier than she was at her previous nursery and her development and confidence have grown in the three months she's been here. Children are always happy, the staff are attentive and passionate, and there are lots of opportunities for family engagement. We were worried about the lack of parking and a small garden area, but the quality of care and experience has overridden that. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Warm and friendly staff. My daughter is happy and settled. She is very well cared for and they adapt activities and ideas to meet her interests. My daughter speaks very fondly of nursery. Snapshots are always clear and consistent and show that staff 'know' my daughter extremely well.

My daughter loves it at Busy Bees! She always looks forward to going in and tells me that she wishes she went every day (which would be very expensive). The staff are always lovely and welcoming and I have never had any worries or concerns leaving my daughter in their care.

We have enjoyed attending a number of parent workshops recently to see the children in their nursery environment and have been made to feel very welcome.

My eldest went all the way through to preschool and didn’t want to leave!

The team at Busy Bees Kings Heath have been very supportive of the growth of my child. He has grown in confidence and has formed a very strong bond with his key worker and another nursery nurse. You can clearly tell that they love working with my child and him and vice versa. Together we have managed to potty train him and help him develop a positive daily routine. He clearly enjoys learning new things at the nursery and making friends. I would recommend this nursery for any child as children really grow are happy, and will have lots of confidence at the end of the day. Great job, Busy Bees, Kings Heath.

My daughters started attending Busy Bees at the start of January 2023. We have found the staff warm and welcoming and our children have settled in well. They are always met with a warm greeting in the morning and they have formed good relationships with staff. The communication between the nursery and parents is very good and we receive regular updates about daily things (food, sleep, nappies), as well as a round-up of the day when we collect them. My daughters appear to do a range of activities, as well as spending regular periods of time outside. We have enjoyed the different parent workshops where we get to see our children in their setting.

Our two daughters attend Busy Bees. The staff are fantastic, they really care about our children and have a great rapport with them. They put on a wide variety of activities. There is a big outdoor space so children spend lots of time outside in the garden. Our children run in smiling and run out smiling, desperate to tell us everything they've been up to. Have recommended it to several other families. Thank you to all the staff at Busy Bees.

We are happy with the care and activities that are offered at the nursery. There are a range of different activities on offer and we received regular updates and photographs, particularly for our youngest child.

My eldest daughter attended Busy Bees and loved it and now my youngest is there. We wouldn’t have sent her anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable and provide opportunities to my child to develop and grow. There is such a variety of activities, from garden play, sand and water, play dough, baking and crafts to dancing and reading. My daughter shouts ‘Busy Bees!’ every time we drive past. I love seeing pictures of what she has been doing and it very much feels like a family. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees for over three years now and she loves it. My husband and I have been really happy with the care and activities they provide. All of the staff are lovely and my daughter has absolutely thrived under their care. They have prepared her really well for starting school and I am confident thanks to Busy Bees she will start school in a very strong position. The food is varied and healthy and the range of activities they do with the children is brilliant.

The nursery keeps parents informed of developments and changes and always targets a positive approach. Our child is always happy to attend and smiles when seeing staff. As long as our child is happy and progressing to which she is and in a happy manner, we are happy.

Staff at Busy Bees are always warm and welcoming. My son has a very good relationship with this keyworker and gets on well with the other nursery nurses in his year group. He has a secure attachment to them. My son is happy at nursery which is the most important thing. I trust the staff's care and expertise when he is at Busy Bees. My son has also made some friends at nursery and I think this is due to the happy atmosphere at the nursery.

Busy Bees have always been great for our son. Moving up to pre-school has been smooth. He is happy when at Busy Bees, Kings Heath. Handover updates at collection could be better.

It was lovely to see the pre-school room where my daughter is now based. It was useful to have feedback on my daughter's settling in and development. Also, good opportunity to ask questions about my daughter and share any concerns. Nice to meet other staff that work in the room.

Busy Bees Kings Heath has been a lovely environment for both my son and daughter. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and so good with the children. From day one, both children went into nursery and were picked up with huge smiles on their faces! Their development has been incredible due to the care and hard work of the staff.
