Thank you to all the staff for doing a brilliant job caring for our children.

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. Both my children have attended since they were one, my son is now 4 and my daughter is 18 months. The staff are kind, caring, and nurturing, and it's clear how much they genuinely care for the children. My kids are happy, settled, and thriving here. Highly recommended.

She is happy and safe and that is what is most important to us as parents.

I do hope her eating improves and the staff have been very supportive regarding this.

When my child started first I found it very difficult but as weeks went she has settled in quite well. She has started to read books and started to do the nursery rhymes on her own. The staff are wonderful. They have ease my mind while she's at nursery knowing that she's been looked after well

They do a lot of outside play and they also get a lot of optional additional classes like tennis and Spanish. Good options for food and snacks.

As my son is my first child everything was brand new to me. I'm very grateful for the support that staff offer and reassurance they provide. My son has speech delay and the nursery have been very efficient in supporting my son where he needs it.

My child absolutely loves it here. Every stage or milestone since she's been attending has been met with kindness and thought. The staff are like a little family and my toddler thrives in this lovely environment.

It was the greatest afternoon of the year for me to see my daughter perform in front of almost 100 adults that were in the room! Her confidence was great and her singing was outstanding! This to me has been one of the highlights of my life! I suddenly felt that the fees I'm paying to the nursery were worthwhile. It was my daughter's first nativity and I couldn't have been more proud of her! Thank you to all the staff that put this together!

Recently had the pleasure of attending the nativity concert at a local community centre. The staff did an amazing job with the kids, the venue and how well it was put together. Very happy to have my child attend Busy Bees Birmingham Kings Heath. All the staff are amazing and the centre director is always so helpful.

Busy Bees Birmingham Kings Heath staff were so friendly and welcoming for the preschool nativity last week. They had clearly put so much effort into planning the event and also helping the children to learn the songs and the actions. They supported the children through the concert and we loved seeing our son performing. The nursery have gone above and beyond organising fun Christmas related activities too which is lovely. The staff here go above and beyond, since my little one started the nursery he has come on so much and I am so happy I chose this nursery. Every activity, and every event is so well organised, enjoyable, thoughtful, creative and you can see how much hard work has gone into these things. I feel involved everyday with his day, with the updates, photos etc and it makes leaving him to work stress free knowing that he is happy.

The nursery educators did a wonderful job rehearsing with the children over the last weeks, to perform the nativity Christmas show, on 13th December 2024. I was proud and joyful to see my son singing his lines and acting during the show. Educators were friendly and helpful, as always, to make me feel comfortable on my arrival at the venue. They also helped the children take this as a big celebration rather than a strict, stressful theatrical performance. The venue was value for money for the size of performance, hence it was a good choice. I would recommend Busy Bees Birmingham Kings Heath to other parents, as educators are friendly and they give big focus to each child for its development, health and well being.

I feel so happy sending my boy here, with his sister due to start this month too.

This year's nativity performance was an absolute joy! It was so well-organized, and you could see how much effort the team put into making it a special event for the children and their families. Watching the kids perform with such excitement and confidence was truly heartwarming, and we're so grateful to have been part of it.

The manager and the team at Busy Bees Birmingham Kings Heath did an amazing job of organising and executing the nativity on Friday 13th December. Thank you so much for making such lovely memories we as parents will treasure forever.

We have been kept well informed of our child’s development at a parent's evening session. The key worker had good examples of recent achievements and some good ideas of what will be focussed on in the near future to meet the next points on his snapshots.

I could not be more pleased with the standard of this nursery. My son has been going here for a good few months now and they have made him feel so welcome from the very start; he genuinely enjoys going. The activities they get the children involved in are always creative, and educational and staff do their best to personalise activities to suit the interest of the children. I’m constantly updated with what is going on in the nursery, on a daily basis. The food they serve is all nutritional and encourages a varied diet. There’s nowhere else I’d rather send my child.

My little girl attended Busy Bees for nearly 3 years and she couldn’t have been happier. The staff go the extra mile to make sure the children feel loved and safe at nursery. She’s learnt so much over the years and they really prepared her for reception. We also loved all the extra sessions you could book like Spanish and tennis. We miss you all!

The staff are friendly and approachable. The level of support we have received for our child is outstanding and it is clear the centre's focus is the development and happiness of their children.
