Springthorpe Day Nursery and Pre-school is an excellent nursery. The staff are highly professional, they care about each individual child. They have helped me with my child's development, the safe-guarding has been excellent in relation to his needs. They provide excellent opportunity for learning and have great facilities - in and out door. Excellent management. I feel very lucky to have such a nice nursery.

The area manager was professional when she contacted me and obviously, she tried to sort the situation but I feel it’s my responsibility to tell other parents my situation.

Fantastic nursery and great staff. My child has come along really well since attending. Great communication and an app where you can see how your child is doing. They teach your child skills, ready for starting school.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since April, and for the short time she has been there, she absolutely loves it here. Myself as a parent, I am so pleased with the nursery and cannot fault a thing. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly and always approachable for chat. I am constantly updated with what my daughter eats, when she sleeps and what activities she does in the day via the app. She has come on leaps and bounds with her confidence since attending the nursery, and I have total peace of mind when she is there. We are encouraged as parents to be involved with our childs development, with monthly activities to do at home, and we are asked to submit information on what our children do outside of nursery. I honestly cannot think of a single bad word to say.

My daughter really enjoys her time at the nursery. The staff at the nursery are very nice and attend to my child's needs appropriately.

Absolutely love this nursery! Staff are amazing. The manager is wonderful and is just brilliant at her job. Nursery is clean, brilliant toys/resources for the kids also!

At the top of this, I paid full month fees and stop bringing my child as the manager wouldn't let her in. A month later she was cheeky enough to call me to request another month's payment, as an excuse I was told I didn't give notice in writing, but at the same time in 1 month's time nobody even called to ask if the child is alright, if she's coming back or how she's doing, I received a phone call only when they were after money. I feel disgusted remembering this awful experience. Avoid this place!

My daughter's needs are always met with this nursery. The staff that work closely with her always go above and beyond. She has lots of friends, and she has something new to tell us every day. I and Mom are very happy.

Very happy with the childcare provided. My child really enjoys his time there. The staff are great, and the place is very clean, and there is plenty of things. There are lots of activities for my child to explore. All information is in the app.
